K.I came here because it was nearby and I had a huge dumpling craving. We got beef and mushroom & pork chives and prawn. The pork chives and prawn dumplings were so good but the beef ones were just okay in my opinion. We got them fried and they were really nice and crispy. Their dumplings are quite long and big so pretty good value for money!
They seemed really busy as they kept having online orders coming through but our food came out pretty fast. If you dine in they have soy sauce, vinegar and chilli oil on the table to use which is nice!
S.New favourite dumpling place. Affordable prices, good portions and delicious dumplings. Had to wait for a wee bit and I did find a small piece of hard plastic in one of the dumplings but these things happen every now and then. I will still keep going back to this place because their dumplings and sauces are delicious!
D.The interior design, in particular painting, is very poor quality. But the food is very nice and good value. Took them a little while so I assume they were made fresh. Nice customer service too. Would recommend if you're into dumplings and not too bothered by dodgy paint jobs.
H.What an absolute gem! The dumplings were BIG, just like how mum makes them at home, and absolutely stuffed with filling! I got the pork and chive (10/10), and pork and spring onion (8/10, not enough salt), and both were so, so, so delicious.
If you're after good, honest, homestyle dumplings, this is the place to go!

R.Wow! Hands down the best dumplings we have ever had! Have tried their chicken and coriander and chicken and cabbage and vegan dumplings. Vegan were low on salt but both chicken ones are great. Will be trying other flavors one by one. We literally have to stop ourselves from eating here every day. Their chilly oil/sauce is the best as well. What a gem! Please open another shop on the northshore. You guys will do so well here compared to what boring dumplings we have here on the shore. Thank you!

C.Delicious dumplings for a decent price. Good service. Dumplings made on site, including the wrappers - watched them being rolled out, so don't be put off when they take your dumplings out of the freezer - they are hand made on site! Vegan option is great, texture of the tofu is fantastic, had me worried they'd given me pork instead! Great little hidden gem

N.Very big and totally stuffed dumplings. We got food from the Dumpling house four times and so far we've tried pork garlic sprout + chicken carrot mozzarella + lamb fennel + beef mushroom. The best by far has been pork garlic sprout, and in the second place comes the lamb fennel (to our taste). Occasionally the pork garlic sprout dumplings might be sold out.
C.Ok, Dumpling House is low-key, high-key the best dumplings in town. You wouldn't expect much looking at the place, but the real treasure is what you get when you order. The dumpling skin is just the right thickness and provides a good crunch on the bottom, whilst the filling is so juicy and moist - it gives you that nice pop when you bite into it and a burst of flavour. Seriously man, these are hard to beat. Not to mention you're getting your money's worth. These bad boys will fill you up on a budget.
Seriously, other places might have better marketing and seating but these are the real deal. If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate - do it and you won't regret it. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

B.My sister and I ordered 16 fried cabbage, pork and prawn dumplings and were served 18. Very tasty, plus the vinegar / chilli sauce made them taste nostalgic :) The store inside may seem a little dirty/messy but it’s authentic and good.

V.Yum. Hands down the best dumplings I've ever had. Can't wait to come again soon. The pastry is super thin and the flavours of the filling so delicious. Usually I'd have some soy sauce but with theses dumplings didn't even need it after the first mouthful. Yum yum yum

I.Probably the best dumpling I ever had! My favourite is the classic pork and chives dumpling. I live on Dominion Road but I'd travel a bit to get dumplings here.
Their homemade chilli oil is something else too! Better than the store bought one for sure

E.Straight up amazing dumplings. Don't be fooled by the exterior - I wasn't convinced this place at first, the lights were off and there seemed to be no one around, but after I went in to enquire, I received a lovely warm welcome and was treated to the simple menu. Again, don't be fooled! They know what they do well, so choose your dumplings, get a selection of chili oil/vinegar/soy. Take em home and devour accordingly!

J.Trust me when I say, If you think Eden Noodles or Tasty Noodles are the best Szechuan Noodle houses in Auckland, then Dumpling House is the best dumpling place! I've been buying from here for a few years now. They are consistantly great quality, fast to prepare, and fantastic value.
Their Pork & Coriander, Pork & Fennel, and Bacon and Mozarella are delicious. Always go Pan Fried for that lovely crispy crust, and best to get a side of their Vinegar & Chilli Oil, or Soy Sauce & Chilli Oil....

This place seems quiet at first glance but every time I've been there, there's always been at least 2 or 3 uber bags full of dumplings.
They always offer you soy sauce & chilli oil at no extra cost and their dumplings are MASSIVE. Seriously they're almost twice the size of the ones you get in the shops and they always taste fresh!
Maybe I'll get these guys to cater for my wedding one day, or maybe I won't. BUT, I will definitely be coming here for years to come.
