Been eating here for the last 20 years at least …. The chicken kebab is always good and nostalgic - the flavours have not changed and the owners have been nice and friendly throughout I had a chicken kebab - yummy chicken and sauce with crispy crunchy toasted pita The steak and egg sandwich - 1st time trying this, was good - however the steak was dry Overall a yummy feed and will keep returning, Thanks guys

I had a good meal and the salad was fresh. The order was also completed and delivered to my house way ahead of estimated time. Thank you. However, I opened my meal box and found that I was missing the wedges :( Also, some of the chicken was a bit dry.

This is and will always be my favorite place for Kebabs. Pita pockets full of coleslaw and Chicken coated in Garlic Mayonnaise. Delicious. Prices are a little high, but it's so worth it. Customer services is usually good also.

Definitely recommend this place to my friends that have never been before and even people who are local to our area that don’t know the go. A go-to spot for me and my circle. Best garlic wedges EVER! The kebabs are yummy, so is the chicken breast plate & the steak deluxe toastie. I think the guys name is Baha every time we go in he says As-salamu alaykum is really kind to us. He remembers when I was in school coming here and I’m 27 now 🤣

Used to come here with mum Between 1996 and 1998 and let me tell you the only thing that changed is the decor of the place. The food is still as amazing as I remember it as a kid. I swear it's better than any kebab shop on Sydney. 1000% recommend.

Had mixed kebab (chicken and lamb) on rice. Really good portion size and fresh ingredients. Shredded Lamb was cooked nicely and juicy. Found a gem in papakura 😊 definitely going back again!

A kebab shop in Papakura that I've been going to since I was a child. This is the place I go to when I need something other than McDonald's, Chinese or Fish & Chips. You know your normal fast food chains & the only thing that stops me coming here less than I'd like is because it's a little bit more expensive for a family BUT I can tell you when I do come here its great every time. Ezmeralda's is most famous for their kebabs and wedges combo's (they have hands down the best kebabs & garlic wedges that I've ever had) but also sell burgers & things like that, have a breakfast menu that serve an amazing eggs bene, and a few pasta dishes in their cabinet. I suggest if you havnt tried Ezmeraldas you need to.

Always the same, good old chicken kebab combo is a treat! Needed an afternoon nap to help the digestion but not unexpectedly so. Definitely a place to visit when I'm back in town.

Food is still good but the service has gotten worse over the years... especially from the lady thats normally at the counter. She cant even muster a smile some days! But luckily we go there for the food, not her.. so I’m still giving 4 stars to the chicken kebab combo with all its garlicky goodness 🤤

Ezmeralda's (Izzy's) is a must in South Auckland. I cannot recommend Izzy's enough to the world one of my absolute faves. We go there everytime we're out those ways. Must have is the easy peezy Chicken kebab combo. The combo comes with a delicous chicken kebab and the best garlic sauced wedges as well as a small drink. Our must have is the chicken carbonara to go with it (odd pairing but I swear it works 😁) it is soooo good - OMG you'll love the whole meal, I promise. It may not look like alot but trust me you get a lot of bang for your buck this whole meal is around $40 for 2 combos and a large pasta. You and your plus 1 will be full and satisfied. Highly highly recommend Izzy's. It is an absolute staple and a favorite.

The best ever. Most filling place to eat at, food is always and everytime the same amount and taste. Unless ur a regular and they give u extra chips sauce etc . Love izzy from even when they were in the small shop and had all the napkins on the wall.

The owners/staff were very nice and the food was very delicious and filling and arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Would definitely recommend this cafe and would definitely go there again.

Customer service needs a reboot, gone a few times and everytime i’ve gone, it almost makes you feel like you should apologise for ordering to begin with. The place seems more dirty everytime i go and the bathroom was disgusting last time i went. Food and prices itself is pretty decent and drenched in sauce. Wish they had normal chips.

Man what can i say... as a ex kiwi anytime i visit NZ i brave the streets of Papakura... i make sure i come back here for my kebab with that garlic sauce!! And those delicious chips! Googled papakura cafe and this place came up, glad I came cause the falafel was the best I’ve tried, fluffy and light. Baklava is homemade so was tempted to try, my partner was licking the plate it was that good. My first time and definitely won’t be the last.

We rate this place as very good for it's accessibly and mobility for disabled and access needs people.. Giving it 4 Stars. Staff friendly and helpful, Good communication. Clean tables and roomy comfortable seating. Menus big on wall in store and menus available on Zomato. Signage outside could be improved as easy to miss and walk by.
