My friend and I came to Franc's one evening and I ordered the chicken waffles - it was the first time I had something like this, I have to say, it was very sweet as it came with maple syrup and cream. I did however enjoy it! but I don't think I'd order it again. We also ordered some jalapeno poppers (soooo delicious) and we ordered the choc brownie smores thing which was really yum but it was again, very sweet! The waitresses were also super nice! I really appreciated their helpful service!

It's a cozy place to have weekend breakfast. The food is absolutely delicious and in generous portion. We really enjoyed our meal.👌 Very welcoming and friendly staff. We had breakfast skillet and mince on toast with lime shake and nice coffee. Love this place and will visit again.😊

Very nice and lovely place . We tried many dishes all are delicious and tasty like it very much like Chicken Shawarma , fish and chips, chicken taco and Mac-and cheese. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They come many times asking if we need anything . There is one meal didn’t like which is crispy chicken burger it looks amazing but the chicken was not cooked very well crispy from outside raw inside, I told the man that it is raw and he brings us a new one but it is also raw from inside not cooked very well . They cooked the chicken breast with skin which leaves the meat cooked from outside and still raw inside . really disappointed 😔 about that dish only . we leave it as it is can’t eat it .

Had the platter, cheeseburger, and desert waffle with caramel apple. Family going before i could get photos. The fried cauliflower was a standout, and the wagyu beef burger patty was what burger king wish they served. Bang on. Here is a picture of the desert though. Great service. Fun food and a brilliant spot

We normally really love going here, but recently went for a meal and were asked if we would like still or sparkling water for the table and when we said still (as it’s normally free ) they charged us $11 for one bottle to our surprise at the end. Makes you think how many other people they must be doing this to. I have given 3 star because we do like the location and food, but please be transparent about something like this.

Had the best iced chocolate from here from one of your lovely waitresses young lady Danielle such a friendly face. Definitely will be coming back awesome place. Can't wait to try the menu.

Went on sunday avo, service was a little slow. Ordered the chicken shawarma and a mimosa. I was served a glass of straight white wine, which I had to send back to be corrected. 1/3 of the way through my meal i started to notice what looked like pink raw chicken. Told the waiter i wanted to return the dish and wouldnt be paying for it. I felt sick. A gentleman came out and apologised for it and explained chicken was souveed and had been cooked for over 8 hours but could understand why i waz put off. Credited us our whole bill and we left. Awesome customer service when situation arose. I felt menu was overpriced for what it was. 3/5

Great friendly service and well rounded menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork poutine and fish tacos. Definitely would come back again!
