B.I love to have dinner here. Their pizza was the best. You better try salad as well it comes with all combinations and is well mixed with a salad dressing. The homemade garlic bread was awesome. Highly recommended.
C.Fantastic! Pizzas were delicious, so much flavour. We did the full 3 courses as there's so much we wanted to try. Rolled out of there but was totally worth it. Really cozy and relaxed atmosphere with the friendliest service to match. We will be back, highly recommend for a chilled dinner or takeaway. Bring friends so you can try more of the pizzas!

B.Great authentic atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the food tastes good. If you don't mind greasy then this is a good choice! (It is New York style after all.) They have a variety of flavourful NZ beers too.

P.A friendly, warm and inviting place to indulge into some delicious pizza and pasta. Loads of vegetarian choices. The chef customised aglio e olio for us and it was delicious. The pizza was phenomenal, we had Jackie o, loved the toppings especially feta with olives! Don’t miss the cheese cake, it tastes as Good as it looks! Loads of parking on the other side even on busy Sunday nights! I don’t drink, but I could see lots of wines and such for those who like a glass of something with their pizza!

Staff kindly welcome customers on arrival and made sure they are seated with menus.
Extremely flexible for those that have allergies or dislikes. My friend is one of the most indecisive person I know when it comes to ordering so we ended up with two large half and half pizzas. Staff were more than happy to switch up ingredients to suit.
The shop itself is super homely and has a bits of American flare about it, the picture wall reflects the names of the pizzas you can order.
Food itself was amazing, was made from scratch with fresh dough. Our complicated order came in roughly 15mins.
Highly recommended it to all! You can't go wrong the pizza is gorgeous and they are licenced.

M.Bring the pain Wayne was an excellent host with the most. Food was delicious and we had pizza takeaways for lunch next day. Next time we'll try the pasta. Definitely coming back here for the cheesecake as well. Top marks!

I.We were walking around Dominion Road with friends, looking for some place to eat. Our only option was Gorgeous New York Pizza as all the other restaurants were Chinese (if you're not a fan of Chinese, Dominion Road centre is not for you). I'm happy to say that their pizzas were amazing! Their pizzas are fresh made, juicy and full of flavour. I got their 'Cindy' pizza which is basically pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and pineapple and etc. It was amazing. Anyway, I definitely recommend.
P.Never a dull moment with Wayne! He's 'da man' of pizza .. best in town! ... and yeah .... it's a nice touch of New York - part of the fabric of the area. Go there frequently and have not been disappointed yet. Highly recommend this place and its great to not only have excellent food but to interact with people (Wayne and his staff) who are interested and interesting....

Place is a bit too small for a big group of people. Only 2 big tables. The only minus - wine glasses were covered with finger prints and marks. Maybe it's not a high quality restaurant ,but dishes must be clean.
A.This guy can make pizza! And calzone that's to die for. And the salad? Just sitting at the side of my calzone, a salad that deserved to be a centrepiece dish at a great dining restaurant. I'm going back to Gorgeous again soon. A solid 5 stars.

The owners obviously have impeccable attention to detail which is evident as you scan the walls of artwork, murals and authentic New York relics. Highly recommend!
