M.There are many options for sweet treats in the mall, but I was brought here. I was extremely pleased with my choice. There were many delicious looking flavours, but one in particular stood out to me: Pics Peanut Butter Caramel. Absolutely amazing! Especially with the peanut brittle on top. Will definitely be returning here at a later date!
J.Friendly staff, so bubbly! You can taste their flavours with a spoon if requested, for free! Amazing choices of gelato, tried their bestseller, the pic's peanut butter, had a taste of their blueberry and dulce too. They're good! Buy and enjoy these loveky desserts after eating at the restaurants! You'll definitely have a sweet treat!
P.1Ltr takeaway tub of yummy flavaz, this is my favourite Gelato shop in Central Auckland.. it wasn't too crowded at 7pm.. during lockdown this is all I wanted 💝
J.A group of of seven people and myself waited for the Gelato cake to be served, after the first spoon of Gelato cake touch our lips "the group conversation stopped" and started to enjoy the Geleto cake. A comment made next day "that Gelato cake need to be worshipped", another reply "reverently". A order was placed from Island Gelato in Newmarket for our Christmas Lunch.

O.A gelato shop is supposed to bring joy, but apparently this shop is not ： one stuff will ruin your weekend for sure.
No greeting, no smile, just keep her head down and ignore customers, so disppointed.
A.They have always had great icecream. Yesterday at opening they had $1 scoop specials. Very delicious yummy flavours. Definitely best icecream shop in the mall. Hope they do more specials on icecream too so I can go back on a regular basis as I come to the mall 5-6 times a week now!

N.Great service, the guy serving us was really relaxed, happy to help us try some flavours without being pushy, was a really great experience and it meant that we all ended up with the icecreams that we wanted! As a result, we had a fantastic experience, so will definitely be going back again!

I got the peanut butter brittle flavour both times I visited and I loved it!!! It wasn’t too peanutty and they make sure you have a nice slice of brittle in your cone :)
My complaint is that I tried some of the other flavours and the only one I’ve liked is the peanut butter brittle!!!

J.Such a cute gelato place! I'm lactose free and there was such a good variety of vegan flavours on offer! I tried a few and it made it so hard to choose. Delicious, creamy sorbets highly recommended!

T.I did not purchase any of the gelato's (which I definitely will soon), but this is about the interaction had with the attendant on the day. I did not get his name, but he has a north american accent.
Not only did he display a very good knowledge of the menu but his up-beat tone and friendly manner was clearly obvious. Even under his mask one could tell he was smiling! Keep up the great work and hope to visit there soon for that gelato and coffee!
T.One of the best ice creams ever. Very limited choices but this is their strength. They've put a lot of work in all the flavours. In summer open till 10.30-11pm very nice one on the roof of New Westfield in Newmarket!
