L.Need to have selection board at beginning of drive through like they had previously. Got to window to order and the sliders were sold out advertised just before where you stop to order. Then had to quickly decide while they waited for me. Pressure😂
T.The staff are really accommodating to everyone's needs and I love the customer service. Really a big fan of the coleslaw and Chips, the chicken is always perfectly cooked and juicy
K.Chips wasn't salty. Coke wasn't came with a cup. Just bottle, we ordered double zinger stack but even the burger hasn't sauce at all. Disaster mate~
N.I felt terrible for taking my online delivery back but it was incomplete and the team were so accommodating and corrected my plus extras that we absolutely appreciated, so Thank you so very much to the team who looked after us tonight!
P.S The delivery team were lovely too which was why I felt so terrible.
C.Always friendly staff, generally clean and tidy, and one of the only restaurants that doesn't mess up your order. Had a great meal
S.I think I have only been here 4 times or so in my life and maybe second time actually dining in. I feel it's okay here, customer service at the counter looked like she didn't want to be there whatsoever and had a very blank face towards everyone she was serving. I don't think I saw her smile once while I was there. We never interacted with her but as we ordered on the kiosk and waited for our food that was what we had observed. Besides that, no issues and our wicked wings was tasty!

Went to get take away, though there were about 8 cars in front of me, had to wait 20mins, once the order was placed in 3 minutes i got my order.
K.Worst customer service I have ever seen within Auckland. I have waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes to place my order. It wasn't such a long queue though, just 5 cars in front of me. Staffs were so immature and unfriendly. Some serious action needed from the management.

L.Bought a bucket of chiken on 19th Oct by driven through , first time after the level 4 lockdown.
The promise was contactless payment, though the the way the EFTPOS machine was placed, it has to take in to a hand amd do the contact less transection. This is breaching government Covid guidelines of welbeing of customers.

R.Ordered online for click n collect. Fast n easy and fresh... best to order online to collect as the lines in drive thru way too long.. if u dont want to wait in drive thru do it this way..
D.As a person with insider knowledge of certain KFC branches, I can safely say this is one of the few KFC branches I trust with good hygiene. The branch manager is very strict with hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace and is a reflection of corporate so you will know the food has been thoroughly taken cared for before reaching your dinner table. Highly recommended. I really hope it lives up to its current reputation in terms of underlying cleanliness as I often come to this branch from time to time.
S.They were really fast to get my order ready, everything tasted fresh, perfect amount of salt for the chips, gravy was perfect consistency. The other good thing about this store is that they do Hot & Spicy all year round, they just didnt have any when I went on the day.
The gravy can sometimes be a hit and miss, sometimes its too watery and then sometimes it can be perfect.
s.Amazed with vegetarian option as i never find vege burger in malaysia. But taste average. Slightly slow service as only one staff working on counter and one more on drive trough. Expect to wait at least 15min.

Floor was quite greasy, chips were ok, no one checking vaccination passes.
N.Unfriendly staff and they got my order wrong had to sit in the drive thru and waited for someone to assist as the guy just put the food outside and left.

N.I ordered 3 golden buckets tonite and they left one chips behind but I went back for it and they gave me 2 back so that was alright at the end cheers

S.It was great! I seemed to have work on my communication because my brother pretty much said one sentence and a KFC staff member understood. It was fast too! Omg, on my previous visits the crew was a bit slower becuase of the amount of people. Overall great.☺
C.Very fast service if you were a walk in. I placed an online click and collect order and unfortunately had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get it. Not sure if the staff had that option under control. Staff training probably required for that service.
C.Of all the KFC branches I have visited, this is my favourite. The line in the drive thru always moves quickly even at peak times, the staff are really friendly and polite and once I got two free extra fries (even though they forgot my wicked wings)! Win-win!
A.I ordered the jumbo meal and the food was fine but the bag it came in ripped causing the chicken to fall on the ground when I took it out of the car! Maybe put it in 2 bags next time? Luckily I was able to pick up the 8 pieces within 5 seconds
A.Ummm... Texas chicken isn’t far... might be worth getting that.... BUT! Kfc still tastes good!

R.service thru the drive thru was quick and friendly, the food was good, the zinger fillet had a good outer crunch to it but was juicy and most on the inside, the fries were crunchy but could have done with a little more seasoning but overall was very good.

N.Foods nice. Tables very dirty. Make sure check your orders they do miss things. My patato gravy was missing when asked they said bring receipt. Took receipt back then they gave patato gravy and blame that issues with the machine.
K.There are good days and bad days with this place. Sometimes you get lucky and the food is excellent. Other times you wish you had gone somewhere else.
S.My sole reason for going to this particular KFC store is because they are pretty much the only store in AUCKLAND that serves hot and spicy chicken all year round... If that is your flavor then that is the place to go!!!! Enjoy!!
J.Can be good, but it's hit or miss everytime I come through the drive through. Either their full menu is not available or they have missed something in my order. It's happened a couple of times these last few years.
T.The KFC was yummy! But, most tables were greasy and dirty, however, staff member who cleaned the table for us did so diligently, and thoroughly. The floors were also very greasy, could be a real hazard for the vulnerable, I.e. Pregnant woman, elderly and younger children.
A.I love kfc especially hot and spicy I'm giving 4 stars because it was hot delicious crunchy mouth watering but just not spicy enough for me and i didn't taste bunt oil which was bonus I'll still go for seconds 😘😋💖🥰

L.Love it as the food was fresh when you order it. They have clean sinks when you wash your hands before you eat and when you finish eating. There also very busy in the weekends as well. Chips are hot and very nice and salty and chicken is also fresh and hot and ready to eat. Just a problem when going to the table you see rubbish and all and the table isn't always clean but that's why you always have to ask at the counter.

R.KFC is my favourite place for chicken.
This is another KFC on great south road Manurewa after Manukau and you won’t find another one after this point is quite busy store .
this place has good space for car park and nice area for dine in As well.
Reasons for my rating is this KFC is sometime provide your food box in your hand without bag like this as a pic, which then left oil spots on your car seats if you keep it on your seat as you are not going to eat in the queue you are in.
They should think before giving it to customer as it’s Takeaway
So please provide tissue paper and some bag even if order is small.
P.Tonight went to KFC, they serve your favorite chicken with 11 herbs and spices, I just shared a meal with family, a very long wait when covid-19 is forced us back into lockdown, but besides that you can always enjoy Kentucky Fried Chicken 🍗 for dinner
C.Ordered via the order machine screen, & paid receipt wasn't wide enuf to fit all information on, then on receiving the order noticed there were no cups for drinking, after waiting at least 5 mins & asking excuse me numerous times to receptionist was told by anunda employee oh u have to ask, i replied i've been trying for the last 5mins to do exactly that, very (arrogant workers). Also they don't RECYCLE everything goes in RUBBISH bin. Also they had BEGGERS annoying their customers at the end of the drive-thru.
m.Drive thru is always busy, but got quicker service when ordered instore. Good staff, cleanliness could be better but was there at a busy time so understandable
c.I come here quite a bit.. They constantly sell spicy chicken which is my favorite, they used to muck my orders up quite a bit but they haven't in a while.

O.KFC, the customer service is good enough but the environment was not. I saw a worker sitting in one of the seats lying down drinking soda. This did give me a sense of cringe. Other then that, the food is ok. If you want a crispy piece of fried chicken then pick the hot and spicy because the coating is fabulous. The regular is soggy and doesn't taste fresh. The floor was not clean and I have realised this in ALL Fast food chains in Manukau.
I suggest visiting Fast food outside of Manukau as it tastes way better. E.g. Tauranga McDonalds and Whangarei McDonalds are clean and taste fresh.
Y.Fast service at lunchtime through the drive thru. Chicken was hot as were chips and they had a decent amount of chicken salt on them

R.The system they have in place for social distancing is excellent... Also how they have a staff member wiping down the EFTPOS machine an area customer is is really great to see... Also she asks every customer that if they log into the wifi then you don't need to fill out the contact tracing details...

U.6Jul16 Easy to get to and easy to get out of because of its location handy to the motorway off ramps and on ramps. The usual usual fried chicken In 2014 and 2015 the interior of this store has had too much food and packaging debris on the floors with table surfaces either badly cleaned or not cleaned at all between customers. So I stopped going into the interior of this store. Chips (french fries) improved vastly in 2016. BUT the drive-through is often far too slow - especially on a Sunday after church when you know everyone else in the family has reached home but you've got another 15 minutes to sit in this store's drive-through queue. WHY DON'T THESE STORES HAVE "WAIT TIME IS 5:30 MINUTES" or similar signage at the drive-through ordering point?
R.Was disappointed a few times with the wicked wings...overall the chicken is supposed to be crispy but its been hard and chewy. When ordering kruskers, am expecting large straws so when I receive a small straw, how am I expected to have my krusher? Use my hands?...cmon KFC do better. Also another thing to mention is...if ur krusher machine is out of service, at least in the drive through say it's outta service.
J.Just had the Hot and Spicy lunch deal, and man it was yummy. Nice flavour and lots of spice and the food was hot and fresh. No complain here.

C.Manurewa KFC does not do hot and spicy chicken so I drive to manukau to get a bucket meal half spicy and half original and it is always worth it! There is a surcharge of some where between 30-60 cents extra per chicken piece if you are getting spicy.
Tip to remember: No need to add wicked wings (as they are quite expensive individually) because you get the best of both worlds with the half and half offer.

Q.Today I can say that I had the best burger I've ever had from KFC from here today. Chicken was dry as F though. And chips overcooked & not seasoned. Unfortunately I kinda expected it from this store.
T.Service is pretty good considering it right in the middle of Manukau City and a very busy fast food restaurant, it can get over crowded people and parking wise, watch out for lunch and dinner rushes

J.They made a mistake with my order, giving me the wrong burger & someone else's receipt, however the manager was very apologetic & had my entire order remade. This took an extra 10 mins but the apology & very freshly made hot food were both very nice.
P.The staff aren't the cheeriest but they are very efficient. The order is always quick and correct, and their chip containers are full, unlike some other branches who give you half full containers
F.Please teach some of the workers there to understand/speak reasonably clear English. Been here twice now and so disaponted to not be able to be served by someone who can understand what I'm saying. Lucky KFC chicken keeps me coming back! 😭
s.Big fan of KFC for the last 40 plus year's and I have only complained once for bland tasting KFC which use to be in the food court at Westfield Manukau. The food and service is always excellent when ever I have dealt with kfc Manukau.

r.Busy kfc location. Has hot and spicy chicken bit runs out of it most of the time. Washrooms are not tidy. Tables take a long time to be cleaned.
M.It's layout is different it's wide open the chicken is fresh the chips are fresh and they have spicy chicken the service although nice the staff are a little slow and the store filled up fast so it seems to be quite popular

A.As with a lot of manakou takeaways, its hard to decide, which is fastest, DRIVE THROUGH or WALK IN???, KFC Manakou is the worst for that decision, especially weekend's, my recommendation...., as you drove in look in the windows, see what the queue is like, then look at the drive through queue, if the drive through is clear or you only see 2 or 3 cars, GO FOR IT, or if the queue in the shop looks like 1 or 2, but if it was me I'd still go drive through, even if it looks only 2 people, IF THE DRIVE THROUGH has only 1 or 2,

C.Staff in the kitchen were talking while preparing orders in other words what comes out of their mouths while talking falls on the food they in the kitchen were preparing for the customers.

T.Where else can you get Finger Licking Good food except from KFC. You know you wanted more.
k.Don't know why they are always like push a new trainer or one cashier in service at busy time , this is that why I have no more interested the food .

s.Very busy place it could take 15-20 min just for ordering. Otherwise everything is okay and as usual KFC is KFC.

D.Reasonably busy. As with most KFCs, be prepared for greasy floors.
T.Wrong meal received at drive through, had to go back around to get it sorted.
