Seems to be the most consistent KFC quality wise. Never had a problem with an order here. The one time we did we were given extra chicken in our order for waiting a bit longer for food so made up for that. Generally is a tidy store compared to some I have seen.

Chicken was a bit dry and little burnt was disappointed when arriving home with the meal. Couldn't go back as I had a hungry family to feed. Best hot spicy but it's downgrading on its product. Very disappointed 😞

Ordered lunch snack that showed drum stick, burger,chips and a drink. Received the smallest wing I have ever seen which had hardly any meat on it plus there wasn't much chips either. Very disappointed and I was still hungry.when you give up your lunch time waiting and you receive a meal that wouldn't full a child.

Sometimes missing some items from the drive thru order but just too much work going all the way back. And the last two times I tried to call noone answered. Sometimes the fries are bland and overcooked.

It is KFC so you know what that is, but for KFC this one had good service and consistent food eg hot chips, well presented burgers.

Only rated 3 due to usually in our big bucket we always got at least one piece of each chicken and I love my kfc chicken thighs but didn't even get one in our box I ordered. I even paid extra to make them all hot and spicy as that's my favorite. Please make sure to at least give one of each in a bucket.

Mixed results here, sometimes we have been really happy, others not so including one time when the flavoring of the chicken was ZERO. It was like they had forgotten to put the herbs and spices in.

In my experience, this is by far the best KFC in west auckland. Its consistently impressed me. Service is fast (relatively) and the food is always hot, sometimes piping hot! Lines can be long during the day but thats just kfc, everyone loves em.

Needs work. For example. When the eftpos is out on the drive through, it's not helpful to be told this once you get to the ordering window. A sign at the start of the drive thru would have been helpful. Otherwise the order was correct and staff were all good dispite working under what looks like poor management.

KFC Lincoln Rd. The hot n spicy chicken yesterday was really succulent and delicious! Not overcooked at all, oil well drained- perfect. Only thing, unfortunately, was the chips were soft and cold, not even a little warm. Living close to KFC, I wouldn't have expected that. On the positive side, they weren't crazy salty. Back for more tonight:D

KFC is KFC, it's great. This franchise is no exception. I have trialed both in-store and drive thru dining. Toilets are always clean, huge carpark outside, service is prompt and efficient. Dining area is spotlessly clean, no diners abandoned food containers visible, unlike Westgate franchise.

Yes I've changed my review because of one bad experience doesn't out way two years of Perfect experiences with Lincoln Rd KFC. They're the best and I've been to alot of kfc branches, doesn't mean I'm fat! it's more age lol. lincoln Rd, rocks 100% all the time :)

I came to the store ordered on drive thru and this manager was shouting at her crew, we can literally see how the environment is at kfc. We were waiting quite long for our orders and my potato and gravy was a mess. I just didn't bother coming back because we already got home. Today I came and it was alright so I'll give 3 stars

Much faster service now. The serving staff I've noticed are young and loud. Re the latter they need to remember the public are facing them and seeing and hearing everything. And they are the face of KFC so need to give a professional look. Its a business not a nightclub for goodness sake. It's also what the public want to see in return for the money they spend outside of the food.

More than often food has run out, before 8pm or 9pm and the slushy machine is not working. Last time I got KFC in Henderson was Thursday night and there was no potato and gravy?

This branch is hit or miss. I have heard that this branch uses the Australian recipe. Has the self order kiosk which is useful.

This is my local KFC, for many, many years. Hot wings and hot n spicy have always been my absolute fave. Still have to have the originals too, even back when you were in the opposite corner of where you are now, when you used to deliver, and before the drive thru. Staff have also been great over the years. Staff come and go but KFC forever, yum, yum, yummy❤

Got a mega pack and saw a bottle of soft drink displayed behind the pack on the menu board. Deceiving if that is displayed and actually not in the pack. Fries were cold and chicken was hot and was some oil residue at the bottom of the bucket. No upselling at the ordering kiosks. But i believe there needs to be a better quality of the service provided to make things flow with more ease and faster packing and order taking. Will be back to KFC as KFC we love. Small things like acknowledging customer's if they are standing at the pick up area. However they were still amazing. And it was busy.

Food was great but they ripped us off a piece of thigh lol as a ex employer, the rule is for large meals staff are meant to give all five pieces, ie, thigh, drum, wing, beast and rib, then any pieces thereafter unless its 10, 15, 30 etc which incase should just double up, triple and so on

Can be a bit dirty at times. You're nearly always guaranteed a long wait inside and in the drive though. They often don't seem to have sauce that I want. However the food is nice and the staff are decent.

What you expect at the end of day. The smell when driving past has you pulling in thru the drive thru. I reckon they need to clean their tables more often. Last two visits all available tables had rubbish of some sort and the chicken crumbs over the tables, seats and floor. Shame they don't have wipes available to give it a clean yourself especially when have 1 and half year old you really want it clean.😕

Food was as expected, there was only one (poor) girl doing all the serving, during a busy lunch break. Tell the management to put more people on the tills when there is queue building up - maybe more than minimum wage would attract more staff...

This place is amazing. Spicy chicken all year round and no extra cost.... just given away the local secret but honestly one of the best kfcs chicken here is always perfect for me maybe because if the high turn over. Yes sometimes there is a wait but id wait knowing that the food i am eating is hot and fresh and not tasting burnt or old.

We tend to go to this KFC more often than others as the service tends to be a lot better than usual the the premises is ually very tidy. The drive-thru is usually very fast. The quality of the food here is also above Par. This KFC is also a lot cleaner than other KFC's I've been to.

This place is ok. Like most KFC it's so popular that certain items from the menu can often be out of stock or take a while to be cooked eg: wicked wings. Depending on when you go, the service can be good too when there is more than one person on the counter. The drive through is usually qued up but there is plenty of parking. All in all, ill still eat there :)

To be honest this place is soo busy because theres always a 100 people coming in at one time. And people have the odasity to scream at them and tell the staff they are useless when they have to pack a 100 buckets for a 100 different people. I know sometimes they mess up the orders this is only because they have to remeber all the other 100 orders they need to pack individually. So next time ypu go just know they are working their assss off preparing your meals.

Always a great bunch of people. I typically visit when the restaurant is closed and only the drive through is open and I have never been disappointed with their charm and understanding. Its a treat and I relish coming here

They delivered 12 instead of 20 chicken pieces. But they were good to offer me another 20 pcs of chicken which I gratefully said it's ok i dont need another 20. Then they offered me to come by the branch and grab a box anytime. Wish i said yea to the 20.. hahaha. But really, kudos for responding well to your customers.

Overall ok although there has been several occasions where we got home to find not the correct amount of pieces 😮😩😡. Also now they think charging for the paper bag for the order is ok, ! I think is a joke . Even though it's only 50c they honestly should fit the bill ,can they not afford it lol 🤔🧐

Staff friendly an they have new self order boards similar to McDonald's but they are difficult to navigate thru them to place order correctly gave up an had to go up to counter in the end. Over all the place is ok but restaurant brands need to Iron out the bugs with the order screens to make things faster.

We just go through the drive through. Only have it once a month sometimes it's dry and the chips are soggy it's good if you've got a big family $45 mega bucket feeds 6 of us, so reasonably cheap feed.

Very long wait and staff did not seem to be able to cope with the dinner rush. But at least you get fresh chicken. Staff were not clearing rubbish off any tables to free them up for the next customers and the bins were packed full so the customers couldn't even clear the tables themselves

New Lynn being a West Akld franchise leading that sorry service, Linciln road the outlet that requires better counter service than a single operation with customers backed up upon entrance & better hygiene.

Kfc Lincoln road still has hot and spicy!! The chicken from here is so moist and the chips are well seasoned. One of the best kfc I have been to.they also do hot and spicy which is the only reason some people go to kfc
