V.Great service. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Chicken is always hot and fresh. One of the fastest drive through on the south side. Staff take out time to have a conversation with the customers here. Service is fast but not rushed. They also offer great delivery services.

F.Twice now we have gone to the store through the drive-thru and we have not received any paper towels or spoons for coleslaw and potato and gravy very hard to eat with your fingers very disappointed 😪

B.Can do better. Hard to understand the staff. They had a very heavy foreign accent. I had to keep repeating myself. They could not understand me and I couldn't understand them. Sad because I usually love the service here. I rate KFC Mangere town center a 3.5.

M.Better than the airport KFC. The chicken is fresher and the chips are too. The pinpad at the drive thru is always greasy and gross tho. Bring hand sanitizer and use it right after you use that thing.

V.Fast service. I have no complaints about this place. Every time I go to the drive thru the service is always great. Workers have amazing customer service. They never forget anything that I order.
T.Sometimes it's too packed but at other times it's just right chicken sometimes comes hot and fresh then other times you know it's been sitting for a while.
C.For a KFC they offer the best service amongst all the other areas. Chicken is also freshly made more often than not!
M.Not bad. Just that I've had to find out when I'm almost home that something is missing from my order and am too tired to drive back. Maybe will check before I go next time which i have a few times and something is always missing lol I just go back and let them know when I do check.

M.Always long waits in the drive through. Food is always usually the same. But sometimes when I get burgers the bottom or top of the bun is like hard kind of stale like. It's annoying bc you wait so long in the first place you don't want to go back and wait forever again
N.Like any Drive Inn KFC outlet they have their ups and downs of forgetfulness otherwise good place getting a treat of fried chicken.
C.Ok KFC. Lacking on the food range of chicken with majority of the time only receiving thighs in a 20 chicken piece. Inconsistent cleaning up with the eating area in a mess forcing customers to clean up in order to be seated.

D.Purchased from this location on many occasions and generally have been fair on service (ordering for large groups) I would recommend visiting this location over the nearby Mcdonald's and Burger King for larger groups due to their capacity to deliver a fast and consistently fair quality of food compared to Mcdonald's or Burger King.

U.I usually don't enjoy KFC but this one is by far the best KFC I've had in my life 😅 everything was fresh and the chicken was so yummy and moist esp the wicked wings :)
