Chicken was yum, fries were cold despite just pulling fresh fries up they gave me cold ones 😔 zinger burger was cold also. When we went to the pick up window we had to ask the guy what drinks there were as the the lady who took our order didn't ask what we wanted. The guy getting our order said she didn't ask coz we drove away 🤔🤔🤔 umm no guy she shut the window and walked away lol then looked at us so we drove to the next window so 3/5 for chicken - 2/5 for trying to blame me lol

Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon. Not much to comment on especially regarding the food - it was up to par and was standard fare. Clean and quiet in the restaurant itself, but the drive thru was definitely getting its fair share of customers.

One of my favourite place to each chicken dishes. Place is neat and tidy. Enough car parking space. Just 1 minute walk from Panmure bus/train interchange. Ideal place to grab a quick bite before getting into bus or train.

My local KFC..love their wicked wings..very crunchy..the chicken is always fresh and juicy...chips are very good in terms of seasoning..only downside is the original recipe chicken lacks seasoning a bit and i believe its a common phenomenon in nz..always busy..onsite parking is sometimes difficult to get..but still prefer this outlet over others..cheers

Last week Friday I ordered KFC through the KFC app (delivery) and it never arrived. I complained about this and Anna from Panmure KFC contacted me a week later and reimbursed me with a Family Feast. Not to mention, her customer service was exceptional. Thank you SO much Anna!

I almost never buy KFC, maybe twice per year, but KFC Panmure surprised me by supplying freshly cooked crispy chicken, not soggy oily chicken that every KFC now seems to supply! It's still really toxic takeaways, but almost as tasty as in my childhood memories. Thanks!

I go there very often. One particular person called Kingston is really good. He's got a great attitude. When you're being served food with a smile, it goes a long way! I hope everyone can be like that About the food, I've always had good experience as the food us always well cooked

In general, it’s tidy and clean. There is a long queue in front of us. We waited for 7,8 minutes. When we made our order, we didn’t wait for long at all. The staff are nice and helpful!

Have always got KFC which is fresh and crispy here. My brother works at Sylvia Park and drives up here as he was the one who told me these guys are good. Service is also nice here.

Originally when opened, this place served real good quality chicken pieces. Who ever was cooking it was doing a real good job. But over the last little while, its been a hit or a miss, some time good, but more often than not, chicken are over done, or bit too greasy. Real potential though.

Pretty good KFC compared to the others around however during their busy periods, the wait times get longer and the quality of their food goes down a lot. Best to go in the quiet times for fresh food

The only KFC in the entirety of Auckland that actually has any regard for time efficiency. Fries are always seasoned adequately, and chicken is consistent in texture (never soggy or caked in grease like other KFC establishments). This is the only true KFC in Auckland.
