Large drive through for a KFC so you don't lose a bumper in the quest for chicken. Like all KFC locations taking the order is the slowest process then they turn around and make the order so everyone else who's not ordered stands around waiting. But apart from the service was good and the chicken nom nom.

Good chicken and a sunny patio is a plus. Watch out for hungry birds though! A bit slow service on the other hand, it's strange for me they have not heard of corn on the cob in New Zealand. Also, it's weird that certain meals do not allow options between spicy or regular chicken. My Value Meal Bucket had to be regular chicken, when I asked for spicy chicken I was told I would have to order a different meal.

It is opened on Xmas day with those other restaurant or fast food was closed. Even Macdonald was closed on Xmas. The fries here is much tastier than in my hometown.

I was the only customer, probably because it was pre dinner - late afternoon. Bins were being changed, tables needed attention. Very tasty double down burger, I could tell it was fresh!!!!! Enjoyable experience.

Great food, no hot and spicy chicken available. Some staff are rude. Love the top floor dining experience, great views of the port. Chicken is well cooked and fries are seasoned well. Burgers are great, buns are nice and fresh. 4 stars.

Seasoning on chips is always inconsistent, sometimes even in the same order. Sometimes perfectly seasoned, sometimes extremely bland, even sometimes too much seasoning. Not even close to other fast food places in terms of consistency for chips seasoning.

I had a good experience here. Hot chips. Yum potato and gravy. Yummiest Hot and spicy and roll wasnt squashed for a change. Lady who served was on her own out front and did a good job. As was busy. Thanks for finally a yummy kfc experience. Wish Hot and Spicy would stay!! 😀

I have ordered both dine in & drive thru, on a number of occasions that I have seen when dining in is the lack of staff presence on the front counter, there were more loudly conversations had between staff on drive thru & in the kitchen in a foreign language, queues forming with only one person on front counter taking orders & then having to wait several minutes later for food from this one person. The restaurant upstairs was not clean either, boxes & plates stacked on tables, food on the ground, dirty tables not cleared or cleaned. The level of service with the amount of staff on at that time seemed unprofessional, time should be focused on the cleanliness of the restaurant, more focus on front counter & less banter on the busiest times, this is my own observation each time I visit here.

Very nice chicken wings as usual.... great service but when I reached home I found only 11 pieces of wings instead of 12 pieces. Posting this review so that they are careful in future....should never happen specially during this time when we have limited contact, and can't go back to store for such silly things. But wings were hot spicy and great...

KFC is what it is, I like to pump up their burgers by supercharging them, however it's something you need to stay on top of as they regularly don't actually add the sauce even after acknowledging the request. Not specific to this store, probably the same at any low wage takeaway employer.

Dirty place was not happy with standard of cleanness. Left waiting for order quite a long time, while whilst mother brought her child in covered in red spots from legs to all over face. I don't think peopled should be served when clearly there is an issue of risk to public health in a food store. Staff there happily accepted this customers order and money.

Chicken can be a bit dry outside of peak hours. Pays to check your order before you go too and be careful exiting the drive through, pedestrians and other cars everywhere.

This is a great example of why most "native" Kiwis stay out of hospitality, the ammount of annoyed customers complaining at the same time is exhausting, regarless they see some immigrants being exploited in the deep fry. Colonel Sanders would rather have a kebab next doors. Chicken is not that good to be honest, Average service tho.

Service and environment is Very good, I love only veggie combo, I prefer Halal food for a Muslim brother and sister, but we have only one option only the veggie burger combo so they should start HALAL for Muslim brother and sister.
