C.We visited for our wedding anniversary and chose dine-in. We had the Satay chicken skewers Entree (the fresh homemade Satay sauce is so good), the Special grilled Lamb Rack (the lamb was soft and very tasty and the sauce just made the dish) we also had Pad Thai with Squid that was similarly yummy. We had the Three rains mocktail. The wait staff were attentive, took our order efficiently and refilled our water glasses without having to be asked, a small detail that is surprisingly absent from most restaurants we have visited recently. We very much enjoyed our experience here and we will be visiting again soon.
B.Awesome food. The satay was one of the best I have ever had. The other dishes we had was amazing. My mouth loved it the entire time we were there. So yummy. And the staff were very very helpful polite and even smiled at some of my stink jokes. Highly recommend. Go, you won't regret it.

l.Delicious sweet and sour whole snapper. Fresh pineapple, crispy skin, they even cut off the meat from both sides of the fish and place it on the top. Lamb rack was also good.
A.Amazing food. We had deep fried whole sniper, pad thai, lamb rack, green lamb curry, pra ram chicken. Everything was awesome. Please order hot if you dont want sweet. Attentive staff.

A.I love the decor of the place, how it is modern but also gives a traditional vibe, especially with the amazing wall art and statues. Perfect place for a date night or a good night out with friends.
The food was authentic, flavourful and so fresh. The peanut sauce chicken and the garlic lamb was delicious. However the Tom yum soup was the best Tom yum soup we have ever had! Definitely recommend!

J.I took my Mum out for dinner here. The staff are sooo sweet and cute. Reminded me of all the beautiful Thai people I met in Koh Samui. The food is outstanding. Everything we ordered was super delish and really authentic just like the food in Thailand. We also had a delicious organic Rose which I loved. The only thing I didn't like was they don't have prawns on the menu only mixed seafood. But other than that this place is outstanding. Def try it if you're in New lynn. Thank you team xx

Of the dozen or so times we have been with other friends I can truly say we have enjoyed the experience. 4 people cost us between 120 and 150 including 2 beers n 2 glasses of wine.

Chef is a Thai native. Been in business for years because they are great. When kiwi ingedients don't measure up, they won't serve it!! Larb, Tom Yum, the standards and the exotic. You will get what it is suppsed to be and won't be dissapointed!

J.I never thought the old Lai Thai could be matched, but the food in the new one is very good, the staff are real characters, and the prices are still very reasonable. They've added quite a bit to the menu but still retained a lot of the old favourites.
