R.The view never gets boring. The beach is spacious, close to shops and cafes and has a playground. You can walk for an hour, swim or watch the boat ramp. My favourite Auckland beach.

M. B.Long-ish beach with nice cafes and restaurants around. Doesn't get extremely crowded, the sand is mixed with a bit of black sand which give it a nice pattern close to the water. And you get a nice view of Rangitoto. My favorite beach in Auckland
S. H.It's one of many nice beaches on the shore and although some of the locals can be a tad bit rude it's still a nice place to visit. Plenty of wicked good bars close by too.
