Always a very pleasant and safe club . As a member for quite a number of years, I can strongly recommend it. I belong to the over 60s division which has meetings and trips once a month. We could do with some more members so come along and join.

The nearest best place to dine and meet up with friends... Cascade Cafe had a few teething problems. .. now I believe they are doing well and have a very good variety of meals... today I had Tandoori Chicken excellent, have tried the pepper calamari and that was also very good.... next time I will try something different. .. You should go along dine and wine you will enjoy!

Awesome food from restaurant & cafe. Only sound system for raffles & messaging is terrible sitting 2 seats away and can't here a thing. This venue is pretty good. I have been here 3 times. The gentleman at the door is lovely and friendly. The food was good and I'll return for another meal for sure. Such a shame the bar staff were unfriendly and sour each time I came here. A smile goes a long way.

Nice staff, safe environment, the food at the restaurant from down behind the big screen is awesome! I'm a new member, so far so good. Maybe a couple of gripes, the guy singing last night (Friday 26/10/2018) had such a long break we left! If you want to lose a crowd you could use him again 🤪. We also tried Avi's Cafe on Wednesday, Fish and Chip meal was awful,batter was thick, fish was like jelly, wasnt a garden salad more like an onion salad. Spaghetti bolognese was like a soup! So we will stick to the restaurant 😊

Beer n finger food reasonably priced, music a bit too loud in main area for the little ones I think. Overall a nice place.. Its a shame one of my memories of the place is when our 4 month old was required to have his 'hat' removed at his great grandma's birthday get-together.

My 2 sons and I experienced (as members of this club) great entertainment, a safe environment, great staff and looking forward to our next visit there. *My view on the rules/policy of this club is that it's not personal to the cultural differences and works to provide a safe environment for all.

After listening to talk back radio this morning I hope the cosy club stick there guns about No hats/turbines etc. I don't believe wearing Anything on your body has to do with religion. Go somewhere else or build your club. They Degrade, treat them like second class & Say its religion. Chris

If you are looking for a inexpensive place for entertainment, drinks and food in Auckland then you should apply to be a member. $20 is the initial fee and $90 for subscription to the place. They have a esturant and cafe, bar, tab, pokey machines, pool tables and much more. Plenty of parking. This is great for the whole family up to a certain time then it becomes adults only.

I am a life member of a fellow Cossie Club, and yes I agree with the non wearing of hats and similar attire on Club premises. However it seems that there has been a mistake made, with umimagined consequences, with respect to the turban incident. This is not some local ratbag with a hoodie and cap and sunglasses on!!! This a person wearing recognised religious headwear. Would the Club decline a nun from attending a function, purely because she was wearing a habit? If the answer is yes, then a consistent, but in my view wrong, call has been made. If the answer is no then you will have failed to be consistent. I believe you can not "contract out" of the laws of the land by claiming Club rules.
