Stopped to get brreakfast pancakes for grandaughter before her work, went to window girl hznded over a drink all goo but no straw we had to wait round side for food, girl came out on opening bag no straw so poor grandaughter had to drjnk out if container, the lumps of ice kept commenting down and making drink spill. She was not happy about going to work with uniform wet from ice.

The best McDuffin combo I have ever had and the staff are so nice. Just need to speed up a bit, took quite a while for our food to come.

Extremely slow drive thru, ended up going inside. Coffees were well made, nice crunchy hashbrowns but sausage mcmuffin a bit overdone & sadly flat.

Airport Maccas never lets me down! Always getting fresh fries, and burgers made properly. And FAST service...Unlike Mangere town centre - worst maccas in NZ.

Hate it and love it. Waiting times can be awhile, sometimes they get your order correct, sometimes they dont.

Really handy location for a quick bite on the way to the airport. Used the drive thru on this occasion. The young lady taking orders did an excellent job. She was welcoming, courteous and polite throughout the whole process. Her customer service skills were impeccable! 10/10👍

Not too busy. Good waitress service and seating for my partially disabled brother in law. Utensils were clean. We go here because of good disabled access. As with most McDonalds the range of food is limited. Would prefer something more than muffins such as sausage rolls or custard pies.

For a McDonald's this place is not too bad.... chips are always fresh which is always a positive

A great place to chill for a few minutes or a couple of hours. Easy access premises with close off street parking makes it an all year round joy. The non-staff order facility means that you can enjoy solitude to the max, or simply enjoy the relaxed tempo and hassle-free ordering - whether for yourself or with a group (best have an idea of what you/they want, so you don't ponder possibilities too much). Clean, smart service areas, toilet amenities and dining areas. Service team members pleasant and cordial. Standard McDonald's food fare arrived fresh in good time - apart from a coffee that was overlooked, and then brought to the table about 8 minutes later - with apologies.

Inattentive staff. Ordered a takeaway long black with cold milk, got to my car only to discover that there was no milk in it. Went back in and another staff member made me coffee as requested. Also asked the initial staff member that served me for friut toast (which I have had there previously) and received toasted banana bread. Yuk and way too sweet.

I've had no issues with staff and service in terms of a meal. Not a fan of their Mcafe so I never buy coffee from there anymore. I prefer to go their late evenings when it is quiet and just chillax. Out of all the Mcds I've been too this is my favourite. Cleanliness, from my observation there is always someone cleaning and clearing away the tables.

We had quite a long wait in the drive-through queue, and again once we had ordered, but we were there at lunchtime so that was to be expected. The staff were friendly, the order was correct (yay!), the hot food was hot and the ice-cream sundaes were generous. They gave us plenty of spoons, straws and napkins. All good.

Not sure why this place has such an underwhelming review. The food is exactly the same as every other mcds. The staff was really nice they asked their staff and customers for a jumper cables because my car died. It's mcds, they got this fast food game locked down.

Service was slow. Got a quarter pounder instead of the McChicken that I ordered. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink at the drive thru and got 1 napkin. I asked if there were napkins on the bag and was told "yes". Really? Did 1 napkin seem sufficient? The food was hot and fresh-better than some McDonald's on that regard.

The Food is easy and quick. Coffee is a hit and miss but the lovely young ladies are more than happy to remake the coffee to your taste. Only problem and its a biggie is the lack of parking and the very small parking spots. Drive thru is not the greatest they are always forgetting something in the order. So remember to get your reciept!

Went to use the toilet and there was someone in there with the door open and unlocked so that freaked me the f out... but that’s not McDonald’s fault. Anyway this McDonald’s is one of the few remaining ones with a self service soft drink machine which personally makes it more desirable for me to go there before/after work than the few other ones on my daily commute :)

The service through the drive thru was fast fresh and fabulous. My wait time for salt free fries was 2 minutes and they were fresh hot and crunchy. Keep up the great work.

Probably avoid during peak times unless you can wait. Staff are nice and friendly. Coffee is just too good!

Why squash the burgers? Rest was ok.

Their quality of food is always good here and their burger presentations are always well presented. Definitely one of my fave Maccas in South Auckland. I've only experienced 1 bad customer service hehe

Decent Maccas, good quality food most of the time, very few let downs.

Staff work extra hard to make sure we as customers aren't waiting too long for our orders, keeping in mind they're in one of the busiest areas in South Auckland. Our hats go off to them.

Great place to hang while waiting to either depart or pickup friends arriving..... however slow service and thats when it was quiet..... but I always still go there....... great coffee

Very popular place to wait for arrivals from AIA before pick up, they have flight info on screens inside which is quite handy. Not always well staffed, with the od occassion of the drive through been closed. 24hrs which is great, food is generally good.

Service was efficient and friendly. Also helpful. Food was tasty but unfortunately, the grounds and the store really needed a good cleaning.

Quick table delivery, clean restaurant. Only drawback was poor hand dryer in toilet; luckily I have jeans for drying hands...

Quick as service, and food tasted like it should. Bummer about not having napkins, but I must commend them on their speed at nearly 7am in the morning.

Opens 24/7 so you can sit in the restaurant at 3am and enjoy your meal. And service is quick. Food more importantly is always great!

Serving is fast and they do good business . However the floor and the cushions are sticky . Ple clean them regularly .

Comparing this McDonald's to other ones: It is definitely 5 stars! Very clean, nice staff, and the food was fresh and tasty. Perfect for a pit stop right before heading to the airport!

Not a big fan of McDonald's overall nothing personal just think it's a little pricey for what you get food not to bad but this one gets a high good marks because I love the fact that they have peach ice tea as a dispenser well done

Nice Macdonald's to stop in or drive through my family stopped in It's modern and a average sized Macdonald's look at my photos. I like the seating as you walk in and to the right are the table seatings and smaller to the left. Go to the counter to order or use machines to place your order.

No issues n so conveniently located near work😊

I am a senior executive that frequents many Mac restaurants for morning coffee etc. This restaurant franchise is to be praised for its absolute cleanliness,its staffs interaction with customers and the best cappuccinos and fresh muffins in auckland, presented by the classy Eden and her team!! Well done Eden!!

Drink machine needs fixing

If you want a late night ice cream or shake can always count on airport mcds to actually have their machines working 👍👍👍

Good close fast food outlet after shopping at countdown..also sushi and subway next door and dunking doughnuts

You get what you expect from a McDonald's. Good, quick service. Coffee always seems to taste burnt somehow and is usually to hot even to hold the cup.

3Nov16 Rating 3.5 stars for this McDonald's store at on Tom Pearce Drive at Auckland Airport because the food is always good, the coffee is OK but can be a slow, the staff are obliging and observant BUT the drive through order processing too often holds up the cooking, finishing and delivery of the in-store orders. Lots of tables and chairs but too many low tables (more like squabs for one person) that are awkward for all ages except toddlers and small kids who like to clamber onto low objects.

Service was good that night, just a bummer their ice cream machine shuts down at midnight

Love the food, but waiting for more than 15mins for your food after a 17 hour flight isn't an amazing feel. Yeah they gotta speed up their service.

Service us usually good here, but on last visit got completely wrong burger and flat coke.

Busy food outlet Mac Donalds in Greenlane. My advice is if your going thru drive through getting a 3+ combo's ask for all separate bags, majority your missing your extras if in one bag. #EASY TO SEE U GOT IT ALL.

the service is great and its open 24hours. you can dine inside at any time if day and night and can have anything in the menu at any time if day

Food was ok but someone needs to introduce the staff to a smile. I know it was early but I left feeling like I had woken them up.

Very busy store but the staff are great

Dirty tables and tired looking staff. Food was ok hot chocolates tasted almost salty sort of malt flavour which was bizarre.

Good McDonald's, fast and clean. Great stop for a coffee or snack while waiting for a plane to arrive without paying airport parking or before checking in at the airport.
