Amazing service, went inside to order an iced coffee and large fries, usually I complain about my orders at every McDonald’s, but the food was fresh and the iced coffee was to die for, and they ACTUALLY had almond milk. So happy with my order, would definitely come back here and to the young staff member that went out of her way to find some sugar for me. SUPER AMAZING!!

Excellent Service, very friendly staff, the order counter was out of paper plus, they gave me nuggets instead of cheese bites. Told them and they gave me the bites free 😄 Nice car park and roomy indoor seating too. Fast service despite being a busy day. Always a good experience when I've visited.

Amazing place, fresh fries with right amount of salt, the burger was made with care fresh and warm and my drink was filled to the top with the right amount of ice. Best maccas I’ve had in a long long time

My daughter (8) said ‘maybe they should go on google and learn how to cook’ Was really average and would be the worst McD’s I have been to unfortunately. Glad I went it so I could go back to get the missing stuff. Ordered for the kids, cheeseburger with no onions, pickles. Had to pick them out. No sauce with nugget happy meal. Chips were hard and cold when served - How does that happen from a warmer? Not even that busy, 1 other family in here. Wouldn’t even return to this location again.

The service here is amazing, my order for both drive thru & dining is always spot on! Food is always hot, fresh fries, friendly staff. Uber eats food is great too! Unlike its other restaurant on Stoddard Rd, this restaurant is far better & more organised with its staff & customer service, I have not had any complaints with my food & orders via drive thru! Going through the drive thru to get a sundae and a frozen coke the attendant asked cheekily if i wanted to add a 10 pack of chicken bites which was actually hilarious in the way he asked. But aside from that its maccas, not much else to say.

Ordered a soft serve with chocolate dip, no one could do it. They kept dropping the ice cream in the chocolate. One lady glared at me angrily, almost threw a tantrum. Was served one with a flake instead. Kinda funny

Of all the branches in Auckland this always tasted the best. We mostly buy Anguses. Also really glad they hardly ever put onion in at this branch.

Nice and always clean. Plenty of parking spots and a nice drive through. This is my weekend-to-go place for breakfast. Revisited this place again. Happy with everything I said a month ago. The highlights are Cleanliness, Staff with Smiles, High Quality of service.

Tried here again and it just gets worse and worse. 25 minutes wait for a quarter pounder and a big mac. Very dussirganised. We went through the drive through and while there were only a few cars ahead of us, there was a long wait. When we received our food it was cold and had obviously been sitting on the counter for some time.. how hard is it to align up a burger with a bun? Went here again. The service was still a little slow and my bun was cold. Cleanliness needs to be improved. We found a staff member to clean our table.

USAmerican, here. Was hesitant to try the kiwi burger, but it is a terrific combination! Not a beet fan, but it didn't detract from the taste and added a little something sweet. Glad I tried the local fave! The meat is far superior to USA McDonald's.

We used the drive thru here. Huge car park. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Really seemed like a busy place. Thought we would try something new so ordered the burger with the mozzarella pattie, but unfortunately they didn't have any patties. So went for the next best thing. The mozzarella sticks. Ok seriously, these guys definitely need a dipping sauce, something like Sweet Thai chili. Would have picked up the experience. As you know mozzarella needs to be piping hot for the stretch lol!! If they are not hot take em back. You just wasted your money. Ours were nicely hot but didn't get any sauce which was needed, rather bland but hot, will definitely get some next time. Not usually one to moan like many live by moaning, but this outlet is pretty rank, trays greasy from previous customer, chairs greasy chips all over floor, dried sauce on table. Jesus. But, remarkably, the food is a lot better than other ones. This was at 10:15am so maybe morning clean not done, could just be staff on the gravy train, otherwise, Mcdees is what what it is. Good feed, just pretty rank with the poor cleaning, food is more important end of the day. Kia ora.

The amazing staff do their very best. Attentive, ensuring they have understood the order correctly. They are patient as I check the order and accommodate me with answering further questions I may have. I appreciate their efficiency and manners. Being courteous is so very very important in this customer service industry. May they continue to be amazing representatives of Mc Donald's. Great food.

Rating based on the Drive Thru. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The service was great, even though we were asked to park up. It was worth it as our meals were fresh, tasty and piping hot! Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.

I almost ate at a competitors today but aborted halfway through the transaction due to their total lack of professionalism. Came back to the brand I can always count on and was not disappointed. Premises were sparkling clean, service was efficient and friendly and food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Macs for having my back when I was particularly 'hangry'.

Been here 3 times, I was really surprised how good the food was each time. Fries always hot and fresh, burger always looked like the picture. Maybe I've just been lucky. The place is not the cleanest, most of the seats are ripped. Bloody good food though.

Can be a bit hit and miss with orders. Sometimes they forget items. Especially frustrating when you get it through drive through and don't check until your home. I get the impression they run short staffed during busy times. Queues and wait times van be frustrating too. We still go because of convenience. Widh they would step up with their service though.

Fast and efficient service. The toilets however were in a pretty bad state of cleanliness. One toilet was actually blocked and overflowing. No soap in the dispenser either, so clearly the bathrooms weren't checked very often.

Great service. You can order using touch screen kiosks and go sit down and they will bring it to you. My only complaint is that I didn't find the seating layout nice. The store is compartmentalised not open plan living. Don't like the feel of it. Also lighting is an issue. Unless you have a window seat you feel like your sitting in a dungeon lol.

The order board I used was very slow to display and slow to process the order. There was no option to order dine in. The McCafe was unattended and the option I wanted wasn't on the order board. I waited at the counter but no one came.

Twice this week visit there D/thru after 6pm and it was fast friendly and quick successions of cars going through we were the 3rd in line. A few thoughts would like more napkins as we only got x2 for 4 ice creams and a meal had to ask girl for more. The other area was the speaker box is hard to hear the person at times as had to ask to repeat the order, I believe that there can be a few distraction of noise in the background or the head piece they wear can be out of alignment with the persons ear and mouth. All in all service was great when you were face to face. Well done McDonald's Balmoral. Plenty of car park at this location.

For Mc Donald's this has the best service and hands down of any we frequented in the greater Auckland region. Never a wrong order or missing items. Nothing like the typical long wait in the drive through queue only to drive away and find something is missing from staff that treat you with contempt from the outset where you can't be bothered jumping back in the long queue to then be treated worse because you didn't get what you payed for and actually came back. Balmoral No 1.

McDonalds are oretty much the same, so you know what you are going to get. But this one isn't so good. The screen we ordered from had problems. The screen that had the status of orders had problems. And the whole place smelt like the rags used to clean it hadn't been washed recently. But hey, it is a McDonalds, so you are not going for the fine dining.

Very fast McDonald’s which get the order correctly. They can forget to include the receipt in your bag so do ask at the both windows. But other than that, there is nothing more to say.

Not the best McDonald's. Nice. Not the best. Their Coke is constantly flat, lacks and sort of fizzy carbonation that you would expect in these drinks. Dine-in service always lack ketchup. You always have to ask. Always. Staff are too quick to drop your dine-in tray after calling your number without any sort of follow-up with the customer. So when you ask for ketchuo it's, "excuse me, excuse me, exxccuussee meee," to try and get their attention.

Maccas is yet another establishment that has fallen victim to the cheap, cardboard tasting garbage packaged in forest-destroying, greasy paper just begging to be turned into litter. The milkshake machine is consistently broken, and hasn't functioned for so long I suspect the entire situation is a twisted strategy to save money on milkshake mix, cups and straws. Chicken burger is good though.

This MacDonalds is by far the best McDonalds I have ever visited. Great food, Great customer service, fastest drive through - got my food as soon as I got to the window and the fish filet burger looked hand crafted to perfection; the Mona Lisa of Filet o' fishes. The boys in kitchen honestly deserve a medal or a raise or perhaps a promotion to crew trainer so that all burgers can be made with such zealot. This Maccas is truely the bellwether of New Zealand maccas that left me saying "I'm Lovin' it"

McDonald's Balmoral is my regular Fast Food branch. If you download the App from the App Store to review your purchase thru an automated dialog box; you are always qualify for something free to eat from McDonald's. I have been having free French fries, Chocolate Sundae, Cheese Burger and etc.... Also, if you buy coffee from McCafe, you can receive points in order to get your free coffee from McCafe thereafter.
