It's located at a convenient area. It was a spacious and clean branch. Got many parking lots.

Called in for coffee as I had to look at a job to be done in a close by building. It is a normal McDonald's staff are polite at the counter. On the other side there was one sprawled out in customer seating 3 quarters asleep . A lot of staff doing nothing,bathrooms needed tidying up for customers.

Very cool playground, took a while for tables to be cleaned and cleared but they were done in the end. Toilets were immaculate and smelt nice. Wish I had brought my charger as there are charging points available...bonus. Also loved the color changing interactive table.

The place is good staff is also good they are following all the rules a regulation by scanning vaccine pass there are sanitizers around the only thing which I didn't like was the service it was very slow for one burger I need to wait 20mins. But no blame on the staff they were doing their job i went during peak hours but for me just for one burger need to wait 20mins that's the only thing I didn't like it rest everything was good

Lady made my coffee caramel latte, I took mouth full of coffee, and knew it wasn't right so I gave it back she told me it was right and I said no it isn't, to make it again so she did and alot better! Rest of staff good but busy!

The self ordering kiosks makes things much easier and mistakes rarer when I indulge my rare cravings for a sausage or chicken McMuffin. Table service is a plus but I’m looking forward to the return of trays. I hate eating out of a bag.

You will get what you order, they provide a good space. Just don't expect the "wow" factor in their service or the freshest food; its a hit and miss kinda store for fresh food.

The food and service was nice and friendly. But the boy races was there and just too many off them to get out from car park to motorway. So had to go out towards one tree hill to get home to Avondale.

Great location, nice and central and easy to get to from the motorway. Parking is ample as it shares parking with Countdown nearby. Generally nice and clean inside, McCafé coffee is good, food is made quickly compared to some other McDonald’s. You can choose to use the self service machines or order at the counter. A nice touch is the ‘sauce station’ right next to the machines - my husband’s fave is the Big Mac sauce on tap! The kids playground is large and keeps my boy entertained for ages. A good place to go if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat while you’re out and about.

it seems like a upgrade version of Macdonald restaurant. It’s a very spacious and modern designed place with function areas to meet different people’s needs. There is a birthday room, a meeting room, a large indoor playground vertical settings for both toddlers and bigger kids to explore. During the weekdays, it feels like a good place for office working to meet and have a catch up, while it’s the kids land at weekends. Some features may catch your eyes: a self-service sauce counter, a drinking tap stand with paper cups and a long table with changing LED lights which is kids favorite.

It's a great McDonald's - the location is good, service is usually pretty fast, even at busy times, and the restaurant is kept clean. The food is normally hot and very tasty. The staff are friendly and offer good customer service. It also has a drive through, which is in a very convenient location just off the main highway, and again service is usually fast.

My frozen coke sat on the machine for almost 15mins before j could attention of any of the 4 girls flying past the front counter and had to ask twice for the water also on the order of the only 2 things aforementioned. Usually pretty good though. School kid Hub with the interchange up the road and 3 schools nearby so can be busy at peak school times

The machines make it very convenient for ordering at our own pace. The service was really fast and the staff who served us smiled and was pleasant. Had the hokey pokey shake and a McChicken with a large orange juice. The orange juice was really watery - which is why I rate the place 4 stars instead of 5.

Is extremely digital, I sat in the kids play area which is built into 2 different rooms with the playground equipment joined in both, you could order your food from inside the playarea. At the mccafe you had the orders being projected onto the bench where they were being read, was very different but a good experience.

The McDonald's that beats all McDonald's. Not only does it have this great sauce bar (fries with big Mac sauce anyone ?) It has many spots around with usb and power ports for charging all your devices, because of course you'll want to sit a bit longer with that free WiFi too. It's busy but also kept quite clean. 👍

Sunday at midnight is not very busy, but also a skeleton staff. Expect to wait a while for your order. Don't expect fresh chips. Also don't expect them to go off the default deals. And you will pay for it. One of the busiest drive thrus in Auckland.

If the staff will do it ask to have entire burger cooked from scratch. Especially the pattie. The staff here were great by agreeing to do so. Otherwise you end up getting a tasteless, tepid burger that's been sitting in the warmer for too long. Ever since McD's introduced the pattie warmers the quality has dropped massively.

Best Mc Donald's experience ever! Very clean, not too busy, had table delivery. The food was so fresh, looked like the pictures and tasted delicious! Friendly staff too! And top it all off, the EV charger was available!!! This was all during lunchtime!

First time I've used the machines for self ordering. Wanted to have table delivery but the numbers are kept over at McCafe so you can't leave the machine/your order process to get a number, so had to continue with a normal counter order. Ordered 3 wraps and a hot chocolate. Waited in line for 10 minutes, in which time 6, yes 6, people came back to complain about wrong orders. Maccas are notorious for messing orders up. Anyway, I felt sorry for the poor girl at the counter because it was pretty full on. Order drinks kept getting added to an area on the counter, so by the time my wraps arrived and I got back to the table, my brothers Hot Chocolate was barely lukewarm. Sorry but certainly wont be in a rush to go back there.

Staff ok but often lack friendliness & seem less that enthusiastic to be there... The uniformity of the food is part of MD's attraction & as stated this branch is subpar in this respect...

Not enough sauce on the big mac burger I got, so that really added to its blandness. There was lots of lettuce which was nice I guess, but at least all of the components of the burger seemed sanitary. They don't clean up enough, and I've heard that they don't do their jobs when it's not busy...not good enough. Even when there are no customers in your shop you should always be cleaning something and looking busy, especially in a food chain store like McDonald's. Management needs to stop being so slack with their employees.

McDonald Greenlane is my favorite meeting place - a quick bite, coffee or a business catchup. You cannot go wrong.. Parking is easy.. Quick access from motorway.. I can even do some shopping at the countdown if i am early.. Easy -Peesy..

So Busy and the staff can't keep up. Orders were wrong and we waited over 30 min for our food. Restaurant was very messy too. Not a great experience.

So dine-in was open very late (we went around 3 am) which was really handy, especially with the line that builds up at this hour in the drive-through. Service was slow which I understand would've been because of the drive-through queue outside. However one thing that was extremely annoying was most of the seating area was blocked off apart from two tables, which were full. It's quite a big restaurant with 98% seating blocked off. There was others there too just standing around eating there food, which we had to eventually do as well. I don't fully understand the point of having dine-in available when tables won't be available for eating at.

Great location. Very easily accessible from the motorways. The service is always good. Product range is almost always available in stock. The new layout of the interior is also nice. Self service kiosks provide greater flexibility and autonomy to customers. Drive through times can vary on the load and times of day though. Well recommended.

The staff were friendly and helpful for the big group I was with. My Big Mac was made incorrectly twice - the first replacement looked identical to the burger I had sent back, even though I had to wait a while for it. The second replacement took ages but was correct.

One of the best McDonalds after its refurbishment. The layout of the store is cute! The quality of the food fluctuates; on some days it tastes great but on others it doesn't taste warm. One thing that needs improvement is maintaining the hygiene of the toilets, but I can totally understand that considering the number of children around and how busy the staff are.

Check your order before you leave and in the drive through. Always amazes me how they leave things out, forget the patty in the burger, miss entire items. Menu is the same as any other McD. At times its faster to go in than drive through. Weekends avoid, the mass of humanity at this location will be that of football field proportions!

It's McDonald's. The food is fairly consistent across all branches, and Greenlane are no different. The staff at this particular branch, however, seem to continuously be unfocused - almost as if they're more concerned about making a mistake than supplying good service. Makes me wonder about management.

Always busy and always interesting- its packed full of a mix of people and its never relaxing to sit down but its great for people watching. There's been about 4 fights I've seen at this McDonald's and a couple of break ups. The service is pretty slack so prepare for a long wait. Also only use the toilets if you're busting or brave!

Hygiene issues is a big problem, especially the toilet area is always dirty and smelly. Need more staff to do the cleaning considering the number of customers.

The whole restaurant was filled with greasy oil, smell and smoked filled room. After we left, our children hair smelled like greasy oil. It stayed in our hair, on our clothes, on our jacket. Need to invest in better air ventilation. The greasy smell and oil filled dining area was off putting, too bad for such a pretty place.

Went on a Saturday 2.30pm. Very chaotic atmosphere with so many people. Best to come at off peak times(if ever a thing at Mcds lol) I ordered a latte and b&e mcmuffin. Wait time was 10mins and no one told me to go to McCafe for latte. My cup was just sitting on the counter as customers were breathing their order over it.. Yuck! The staff member that served was friendly and used good manners. Some 'call out the order' workers gathered and chit chatted as impatient customers stood waiting...Lucky the manager on duty, soon broke that up which I think was pretty on to it. Overall, if you don't mind large crowds and family noise, then this Mcds ain't different from the rest I guess. Modern Mcds. Lots of people... 3 for good latte and b+e. I will probs use the drive-thru next time.😊

Visited during lunch hour which was quite busy, inside and drive thru, restaurant was clean and good air con, empty tables were cleared, staff were friendly, and relaxed. We choose table service plus ordered food off the app. Served to our table less than 10mins. Exceptional.!

I went here around 11:30pm on a Saturday night. Quite packed and the drive thru was a bit long. I decided to walk in and takeaway knowing it was extremely busy. Service took a long time and missed a few of my order too boot. However, this was to be expected at the time and day. One of the more 'better' maintained McDonald's in Auckland that's open 24/7.

One of the better McD's to go to. Despite its size and how busy it was it's kept clean and the staff are friendly. The only problems we had was with the self ordering system, there seemed to be a problem with the eftpos so we had to line up anyway. And a pack of chicken nuggets didn't have the full amount in them. But with this problem they gave use 5 extra nuggets so that was nice.

Been here once but wow this place has such a uplifitng cafe like vibe. Staff are quite nice. There's light music playing, the design with greenery and different seating styles are nice touches, makes it feel more professional and aesthetic. It can get very loud with so many people talking, but is a great place for meetings etc... very catered towards a business, on the go, professional demographic Theres even a self serve sauce dispenser thing? So many different types to choose from, I've never seen it before.

Walked in to look for a table and there were a few tables that had empty food cartons and no people it was a mess and people in line were gueing up and waiting for more then 10mins, I managed to get someone to wipe down a table for and kids to sit and eat. Service was OK. No smile staff seem abit lost as customers were getting upset with their order.

Great place for time killing. I always go there for kill some time with a hot chocolate and their free WiFi. Yes they offer free WiFi.😉 Plenty of room to get your ass down. But if you order something, you will have to wait a little time until its ready. Overall a good place. Love it.

Food is same as always. However in my opinion this is the best McDonald's in Auckland, if not the whole New Zealand. Very large stylish first floor including a kids play area, nice cafe with it's own seating, power points to charge devices and water stations. Also there is an area to charge electric cars just by the drive though.

Very busy quick service. When ordering coffee be sure to tell them how hot you like it generally its given luke warm. Otherwise convenient meeting place off the motorway.

I really like the new order system with the kiosk and a ticket. You can order and then wait sitting down at your table for your number to come up then collect it. Sometimes it gets tricky if you have a large group but you can still (for now) order from the counter.

Generally good food presented here, I have been here roughly 50 times with friends and by myself. Some times there are a few sloppy burgers and employees with attitude problems, however I never see the same employee twice ;) as for the burgers, they tend to stay consistent.

This is probably one of the busiest McDonald's ever. Very well organized. Drive trough has two lanes that are flooded with river of cars moving through on what it seems constant and non stopping pace. Unbelievable.

I had a good experience here . I an curious about one thing though . Why do McDonald's restaurants not have separate rooms for meetings and interviewing new staff . Very large and modern store with great amenities like McCafe, drive-thru and meeting rooms for business groups. Place is very large and busy, even late at night. There are plenty of staff and work hard to keep up with demand although the Mccafe could do with another staff member in the evenings. While the exterior facade is just the typical McDonald's layout and rather systematically characterless and unassuming, the indoor area has been beautifully renovated and serves as a modern, classy and relaxing environment ideally suited for both group and individual dining, work meetings or simply relaxation. The Wifi here is always speedy and reliable too, which is not to be underestimated.

She felt confident knowing she could see me as she climbed higher and higher. Because of it's size and location near Motorway this branch of Macdonald's is good as a rendezvous place for meetings and to go over meeting preparations. Plenty of seating and a good McCafe along with a big car parking area shared with Countdown.
