Mc donalds app codes only once per customers @ this particular McDonald's bader drive and it says repeated offer so whats the point having app delete the app offer manager says you cant repeat offer get rid of it -2 Drive thru has improved but the demand of it has impacted so this does not lose a star workers are working as fast as they can🤝 Customer service was great both worker and Manager no problems. Point is kids enjoyed there dinner+ Not happy with McDonald's app and cooperation with McDonald's bader drive.

Seems like there is a high rate of employees rotation in this branch, complaints justified. Even in spite of that, today the service was decent and fast. It is a median sized unit, toilets need clean perhaps more often. Playground is good to entertain hungry kids while waiting for their order. Parking is a collective one for other shops in the area.

They're actually pretty fricken good. Proud to be from South Auckland. Proud to be from Mangere. The customer service was a little hectic but it's been pretty good and they get massive orders lol. So give them a break for minot setbacks like missing fries lol. Shot guys

Went in with great hesitation to have lunch, my first in the new red light scenario. Great welcome by Robert. Checked me in with ease on the new vaccine pass, made me feel very welcome, didn't roll his eyes when I changed my mind. Twice!! Food was fresh, the place was very well presented. Very clean toilets, aircon was perfect. Had a nice peaceful and satisfying lunch. Well done Mccaz Mangere and good on you Robert!!

It’s a bit grubby here I have to say - lots of trays etc left on tables, but they do get quite busy. Service is okay. They do have some cool features like USB ports in their booths. The kids love the playground and the cafe does good food. But it’s still just Mackiedoos. Been here once but wow this place has such a uplifitng cafe like vibe. Staff are quite nice. There's light music playing, the design with greenery and different seating styles are nice touches, makes it feel more professional and aesthetic. It can get very loud with so many people talking, but is a great place for meetings etc... very catered towards a business, on the go, professional demographic Theres even a self serve sauce dispenser thing? So many different types to choose from, I've never seen it before.

My local McD's Can get very hectic during certain times like 8-10am,3:30-5pm, 6-7:30pm but the staff are busy& juggling uber orders & dine-in customers its kept clean & the staff are pleasant One downpoint is the beggars outside constantly asking for change.The Management have put gated barriers around the areas of congregation & police patroling but many are under-age minors too young to prosecute & return so just be aware give them nothing& hopefully if everyone does that theyll move on🤞

It's Saturday busy time in Mangere, Pacific markets open till 14pm if you have never been why not come and experience it in Mangere on Saturdays lots to see and do and then a treat at Maccas. Lobby was a mess needless to say busy for the managers and staff but if you know that why not put an extra person on Saturdays for the lobby, one person cannot sustain the lobby unless they are primarily assigned but that was not the case he was also needed before coming out to lobby. Tables were full we found a table for 6 people and cleaned it ourselves using the cloths on the side of the bins. Question why would you mop the floors when the priority were the tables where customers sit and eat, clean tables provide repeat of business? . Food ordered over counter ask for no salt as fries were plenty in the fry tray which means either over holding or mixing fresh fries with warm fries something to look at when buying fries ask for no salt and they are always hot fresh. Ordered a coffee asked for trim milk no froth but it came with 1/3 more of froth which is not what was ordered and it means I only end up with a 3/4 cup of mccafe coffee which is not great when you pay for a flat white, trim milk, no froth? Medium cup they end up making on their profit over a period of time. ( something to think about) had a custard tart not moist, soft, delectable quite rubbery to firm, not the best. Ample car parking but Saturdays you need to be easy always packed it's market day. Food ok kids love maccas so you treat the kids but product quality was not its best. Toilets were clean but a broken hand dispenser. Why when it's beginning of school holidays that staff look stressed no smiles, only x2 service and 4 people d/thru and customers queuing the lines. Looking at the order and pickup through order numbering this needs to be fine tuned to work for the customer not make customers wait for 10 minutes and then no apology for waiting. This happens right across fast foods they give you a number or direct you to the pickup Lane and you end up waiting just as long as when you waited to order. Fast food companies like Maccas, KFC, BK, CJ, need to do a better job with the order/pickup system it is suppose to make things more efficient but it is just the opposite. If you know your sales by the hour you should project for staffing but a balance of staffing on the floor, , training, new and experience to meet the needs of your customers not the sales to meet profit. People (customers) make profit. It can be frustrating finally you get your food over $60 spend and it's warm well quality is not the best, service not the best. I graded a 3 well that's for overall experience, I hadn't been to Maccas in such a long time and I know why? experience is important so much has changed in fast food chains all over but that should be for the better of the chain brands in meeting customer needs or is it to increase profits to get customers in first to spend? Discounts, meal deals, promotions, lunch deals, dinner deals these all get customers in but what about EXPERIENCE for customers internally (employee) and externally (customers)? People make profit it's how you define VALUE at what expense? Maybe having an off day, understaffed, not treated fairly, poor customer attitude?, relations or its business?.

It's home! Staff there are predominantly polynesian. The atmosphere is relatively the same. The service is good; waiting times are variable; The remote order kiosks work most of the time; parking is a breeze (nice n close); the restaurant is clean & tidy!

On Saturdays...people just sit in there for ages and don't even order maccas. 👀 Also i asked for no ketchup and onion but still got it. So attention to detail is required. Overall not a bad experience. 🌟🌟🌟

First time here. Wasn't too bad. The last person left their rubbish and spilt drink and food on the table. An older gentleman of the public cleaned the table for us even though my friend insisted that she could do it. He was very lovely and I'm guessing he's a local. It's nice to see that there are still wonderful people in the world.

This place nailed my order unlike some Mc Ds i have been to haha. Other than it being a bit too greasy it tasted very good and they were all quite bubbly. Plus the space was cool so i would recommend you stop by this place :)

Ordered a mocha only 10 mins ago, almond milk is cheap for 50c!! The coffee wasn’t hot but thats okay as it was warm enough, & it was frothy and foamy. I love it! And I received my order pretty quick too, as there was no line because usually other mcdonalds would always tell you to wait on the side. Thanks mcdonalds mangere! Keep up the work.

The carpark is always packed, ground littered with rubbish, - I recommend the drivethru. The inside is ok, and the food is up to standard.

Burgers were messy, looks like the staff were in a rush when preparing them. Its a hit or miss with their espresso coffees. There have been times when my caramel latte is on point, but sometimes the coffee is either lacking caramel or they've overheated the milk.

I only get coffee and/or icecream at McDonald's and this was a warm day, where icecream was to be a treat. I had used the facilities, and santised/washed my hands so unable to use the kiosk to order my food, when a lovely staffer put in my order for me. Kudos to having great staff like this.

So. 1. Not actually 24hrs. 2. To who ever is in charge of running the Google Maps for this branch - please update Google Maps advising when the restaurant is actually open, and the days that it's closed for maintenance. Your customers will understand and go to a different Maccas. Just for the love of God update your Google maps. Maccas workers - keep on keeping on guys, I can tell that management sucks with how few people they have staffed at this branch during the busy periods, and I appreciate you all👍🏾

Slow service at drive through and sometimes orders are incorrect. Unbelievably when though ordering through Uber eats there's never been any stuff ups with my order. Food looks good and I'd say that's $6.99 for delivery well worth it. No waiting in queue or stress.

The service was good. The restaurant area was dirty. Tables were not wiped down, drinks spilled on the floor, and rubbish scattered throughout. I decided to take my food to go. When leaving someone was coming out with a mop and bucket.

This is more of a general statement about New Zealand McDonald's rather than this particular location. Get the frozen sodas. I had the frozen raspberry Fanta and it was incredible.
