No toilet paper in ladies loo, had to drip dry 😡. Place is dirty and it's not because of the staff, it's because it looks like people were literally throwing all their food on the floor. Poor guy was having to empty the bin area with his hands because people don't know how to use one. Fast service and friendly staff.

As good as maccas could be. They had run out of Fuze Ice tea, but were happy to change to bottles of pump. Fast service as well

I went in during a busy time and I have to say I've eaten better made burgers at other outlets (Penrose, for example) at busy times. Also, the toilets are not properly indicated for people who might not know Maori. My pregnant wife had a hard time spotting the right one and then I showed her the right one. :)

Maccas was great. We went around lunch hour which is super busy so my expectations weren't really that high. But my goodness the food super exceeded my expectations esp for Mcds. I ordered a big mac and the bun was toasted just right n the fries were super hot even when we took it to our seats. My 6 yr old niece commented on the fries n I said I loved it. I really wanted to thank the staff afterwards, but they were very busy. They all did an awesome job especially for me that never eats McDonalds n I really appreciated how much care was taken into the food.

One of the bigger Macdonald's with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. The playground is pretty spacious as well. Perfect for big parties!

Location is beautiful near the picturesque rainbows end. We ordered from the gourmet menu and IT IS GOURMET! !! I had the Mcflurry and the chef must have been trained by Gordon ramsay as I'm sure I tasted truffle oil amongst the m and ms. The gourmet meals came out fast very fast. I'm talking Mark lundy driving to Palmerston North fast. Have to try McDonald's next time your in New Zealand. 4 stars.

Standard McDonald’s. Doing a pickup. And long wait on the counter as another customer trying to order for 10+ kids and parents. Each has individual need. Staff told her to put it on paper... but that was my 10 minutes waiting for a burger (son was using his player of the day coupon).

We've had hit and miss with food and service. Sometimes really good. Sometimes not. Messed up my order recently which I understand, thats no dramas. One service person couldnt GAF about solution. Feel bad for Team Leader who had to rectify the situation. This is purely an assumption- but it seemed like it wasnt the first time they had had to do so that day.

Nice layout, great sized playground, plenty of seating space. It had an enclosed party room beside the play area. Includes a Mac Cafe. Power points for charging cell phones as well.

Little slow. Went to the Ormiston McD's and that had a queue, nearly out of the carpark and on to the road. So I went to Manukau McD's since I was heading that way and ended up waiting in the queue from start to end it took half an hour. Honestly McD's management if you're opening 24/7 staffing might need to be revised. Otherwise you shouldn't call it 'Fast Food'. My husband ate the food and said it was the norm, which is ok, hence my rating. Window service was otherwise friendly and polite and it was nice to be greeted by a NZ'er... thumbs up for that one McD's! ...and no I'm not racist, just saying it was nice to have someone who could speak English clearly and provide a smile even tho they were swamped. (I'm NZ Maori... so let's not go there about racism 🤪)

For a billion dollar company they could look at a better intercom in the drive through. Service was slow and the meat patty was a tad on the chewy must have been made more from connective tissue than.... What I consider meat... Think quality suffered in the name of profit. I remember the meat being better back when I watched rugrats in Paris on a orange VHS tape.... Sign.....😔

The coffee is good and consistant from the Mc Cafe. With all the hard surfaces and high ceiling, opposite the playground can be pretty noise. I like the table delivery service but it still had some bugs in it like when the order is from the Cafe and some from the restaurant. They sometimes swipe the number from the table before all the order is filled.

McDonalds Manukau.., it's been a while but it was great. Food was made upon ordering so everything was lovely and hot. The place was clean and staff were on hand to ensure it was kept clean. Parents and children alike seemed to be enjoying themselves. My autistic little man loved it there.

Ordered quarter pounder meal, unfortunately they left the pickle and onions out. This place can never get it right. Either it's the service or the food. Maybe better luck next time? Only go there for the kids as the playground not bad :(

Peak times are usually 6pm onwards, especially when it's Late Night shopping at Westfield Thursdays or Friday nights, so if youre thinking 'hey, ill grab a bite after my shopping trip' - just remember that twenty other people will have the same thought, and you're in for a wait. Also, the minute you pull up to the drive thru-- dont badmouth the staff. They can hear Everything. Even after your order has been taken. Everything. Anyways, 4 stars because it's unsafe having to pull over to the side during drive thru to wait for the order -- there are maniacs drivng through the intersection who drive like theyre on the Fury Road -- it could end badly for someone just leaving the drive thru area

I hardly go to these fast food chains, but my experience with the manukau McDonalds last night was awesome. Drive thru was busy as but moving well. Good clear communication when l ordered and when I received my food it was hot. Very important.. Happy chappy. Cheers

Always packed and really busy. There's this one particular girl who works here who is a manager and she is beyond awesome. Always going above and beyond to serve customers with a smile. You may have to wait for your orders but it's to be expected with a crowded popular place

It's ok It's McDonald's it's a fast food joint??but for some reason this Manukau 1 is always busy and service can become sloppy,slow and on the odd occasion lippy from the youngins at the pay window,other than that it's quite tidy inside and they always try to get your food out as quickly as possible

Drive Through on Queens Birthday at 8:30pm， good for a public holiday! Took 5 minutes total time from the back of the queue and out through the gates，simple order，made and ready to pickup faster than the time it took to count change. Chips were not hot，not cold，just warm. Meh. Unfortunately they were out of ice cream，frozen cokes，regular cokes，and fanta. Maybe ice as well，either that or the default for drinks is no ice :)

This place is very slow when it gets a busy. Waite almost 10 minutes for a three piece nugget Happy meal .. and they didn't give us fruit pack and swapped it out for fries without telling us.

Nice new McDonalds in the newly built Flatbush suburbs. Good size carpark and easy drive through configuration. Service has been fairly fast on all my visits.

It's honestly a hit or miss at this McDonald's. I mean, as an American, it's muuuch better than the ones in the US (at least in Los Angeles). Though recently, the fries have either been too limp or faaar too salty. That it's unedible (I don't mind the limp fries, but goodness they're trying to kill me with that salt). And 55% of the time, the ice cream machine is "broken". I say that with quotations because one time, my husband saw someone with a sundae seconds before placing his order and suddenly ice cream machine is not working. Also if you go late in the evening, you will notice the parking lot gets suuper sketchy. So definitely lock your doors and don't park it far or by itself.

Food and service is nice but I particularly enjoy the opportunity to use the internet for free there, via available plug outlets on a fancy bar style setting. It makes you feel independent and the view overlooks the busy Ronwood Ave traffic, as well as the playground, while you enjoy your meal.

There are lots of seating space with the option to create your own burger, and cafe style coffee. It's usually tidy with cleaner going round to clean up tables and a kid playground for families with children.

I normally just use the drive thru, I have eaten in also and there have been a few occasions that tables haven't been cleared making it look messy, I have put that down to not enough staff due to being late, as well as too many messy lazy patrons just leaving a total mess.

Customer service is not consistently good, there are staff members that need to learn to smile and to be welcoming to the customer instead of having an attitude that we are inconveniencing there day😕 But there are a few that are friendly and helpful. Depends when you visit.
