W.Good customer service and food tasted good.
J.Order taker in the drive through is friendly, patient and accurate. The wait was not long at all and the food was juicy, crispy and fresh! I also go here for the creamiest chai lattes. They make pretty good coffee here too.
G.Always enjoy quick drive through at this site. MORE important is the food is above average. Always get the Grand Mac Combo pretty filling for me and reasonably hot too, aside from the Choc Sunday😘
To get a 5 Star well food MUST be hot for at least 6-8 minutes on purchase lol.
R.Clean and excellent service. Awesome barista at McCafe Local icon and places reflects in the interior which makes it otahuhu own. Spacious outdoor dining area, warm and breezy There's a small conference room. The only down side playground too small.
V.Service is quick, ok and twice missed items frm my order. All round good work though, not easy to work in this industry especially will the long ques and some difficult customers.
S.There are a few mornings where I have visited this place and the morning drive through worker who takes orders, she is awesome at her job. Clear, polite, efficient and never gets the order wrong 👌
P.Clean! And the service is always wonderful, staff are friendly. Had an issue with stale chicken nuggets, they apologized and gave fresh one's with extras
M.Good service although they seem to not have no sugar options for their frozen drinks most of the time
P.I love the food, its not dry or portion issue. Just right in customer service and food is made properly and nicely and preparation is good

T.Stopped in for a drive through dessert. Very convenient and I enjoyed my chocolate sundae. Not sure how your supposed to know what they offer though, as theres no menu? Maybe its all online?
h.It was full as in drive in... by the time we got our order... & got back to work to eat... our chips were cold... but lucky we were hungry lol
S.Everything was good apart from the bathrooms. You have to ask the staff to open the door every time you want to go bathroom, I have 3 kids and 1 of them uses a wheelchair/walker so they decided to all have turns going toilet 🤦 so we had to ask everytime and even worse the disability toilet was locked 🤦🤦

J.Always there for a quick breakfast and the morning staff are great. However when i went for dinner, the service wasn't as good. I still go there for breakfast and the morning staff can almost guess my order when they see my car drive in.
C.I visited in the morning. Clean with plenty of parking. Attentive staff. A bit hard to get out onto the road during traffic. Only one power outlets for laptops/phones.
W.I had trouble when entering how to workout how to pre order. Thankfully a stuff member was so helpful explaining step by step through the process. I would definitely visit again because of this.
B.Great. I always use the drive through. Great happy smiling service. Accomadating and food was nice and hot and freshly cooked unlike the Clendon McDonald's drive through. This place is a great drive through place.

M.Food order was fast & perfect. Mc Cafe order took a longer than should have. Could see a communication breakdown between staff & witnessed a bit of unfair treatment to the Mc Cafe runners who would of been better off standing behind the counter calling order numbers as opposed to running around the seating area looking for the customer.

A.Good service, tidy place. Restroom entry requires staff assistance, which, may seem annoying at first, but at least they're clean and not vandalised when you do need them
M.Havent been here in 7 years. I liked the attitudes of the girls but the Islanders behind the counter look at you like they have problems. Catty looks and attitudes that big Islander chick🙄 Good staff cleaning tables and areas. Kept clean and tidy.

R.This place is THE BEST McDonald's in Auckland. Great food - crispy clean chips. Leaving this comment in the hope that all the staff get bonus cos they deserve it haha thanks for the great food
D.The drive thru always gets priority over walk in customers so you go in, order and watch all the cars get their food before you. Very annoying AND tonight, the staff were having a good laugh and gossip while customers waited for service. I have been to this store a lot and it's not my first choice for food as the service and wait time are both....not great.

S.Service was good, wait time was ok considering drive thru was packed .. food was good, my kiwiburger was one of the best I've had in a while, the chips thou were cold and didn't compliment the nice burger.

S.I feel there is only one thing that makes one McDonalds different from the next and that is the staff. The food will always be the same but if your store has awesome out there staff that go the extra mile and don't just wear a smile on their faces but also wears one on the inside that comes out when they talk to you. With a welcome like that of course you are going to come back everytime. And so is the case for this branch.

J.One of the better McDonald's. Hot chips and burgers.... Nice drinks too. Unlike some other Maccas we've been to.
Sometimes there's a homeless man hanging around though other than that all ok.

Y.Went there to get snacks for the fam of chicken nuggets and fries. Service not bad. Paid cash and required to wait for manager to swipe/approve it - They explained they did this for all $100 notes received. Didn't mind as they explained.

N.Coffee was nice & hot. She even managed to serve my coffees within minutes, which allowed me to board the Metro Bus Service before it departed without me.. .
I was more than great full for her ability to accommodate my requirements.
J.Service was second to none, very accommodating after a mix up with an Uber delivery. Was dealt with at a late hour which was very busy at that particular time. Great staff, highly recommended.

I was impressed with the decor but we waited for about maybe half hour for a Flat white coffee and caramel Latte.
They weren't busy but seemed like one staff was on training or coffee machine wasn't working properly
Habibi was getting frustrated and went to ask why our hot drinks taking long and we've been waiting for ages
Team leader or manager came to bring our hot drinks and as she was walking away from us she said apologies in a loud voice which I personally find it unprofessional.
O.I am very disappointed the fries were cold when i got home - we only live 2 mins drive away. This is the second time my fries from mcdonalds has been cold. Why are the fries left too long in the warmer. Thats not right ☹
R.Staff always friendly and burger well done just opposite of other Maccas units in the area.

I was annoyed at the fact that I used the kiosks to make n our order, opted for the food to be delivered to our table, but when the food was ready the order Humber was still called out and we stil had to go collect the order Instead of getting our delivery and dining in the restaurant, we got takeaway bags, no trays for food
C.We went through drive way but our coffee need to be picked up at the counter.

S.It's McDonald's. What more can I say? They don't usually muck up my order which has extras 98% of the time and they're pretty quick on drive-thru
