N.Definitely extremely busy but did get my AutoCorrect more than I can say for other McDonald’s so I definitely recommend if you’re in a hurry and get your order correct to go to Otara
K.Service is really good, food is good as well but need to double check your orders incase you’re missing something. Didn’t need to wait long as well which is good, only downfall is the drinks. Asked for light ice and they gave me extra ice and it’s also never filled up enough, bought a medium mcfloat and the frozen was halfway and the ice cream barely even reached the lid. Other than that, this maccas still better than most.
J.At the times I've ordered from here, burgers were great and fries were fresh. The drive thru service is well prepared and consistent. Great place 👌
L.I ordered an Ice Coffee using the self serve as the drive thru line was long. When using the self serve, i got a lil confused about my purchase after not recieveing a docket with number. I had a very unsettled autistic child in the car waiting so it was differcult from the start.
After getting confused about the docket, i just left. I rang the restaurant 15-20min later explaining my situation over the phone, not knowing what to expect. The lovely lady who took my call said it wasnt a problem, & that i could make my way back and collect it made fresh when i arrive. I was so happy! Thank you Otara for making my morning and being accomodating to parents with special needs children and stressed out parents.
B.Fairly fast food services, polite mannerisms contact less drive through, first time here in years. Well done Otara Maccah crew.

m.Food always hot and fresh but the drive through needs a rethink when it’s busy . Lots of people in the car park get blocked in because of the que to drive through..and two entrances to one lane of drive through!!!!????? If you’re wanting food in a hurry, don’t bother

I.Always great customer service. Its always packed when i come but other then that never had a bad experience regardless of it being busy food is always hot and ive never waited long like other Mc Donalds

A.It's such a convenient location, unfortunately it's so packed with people it's not really "fast food".
Being close to MIT it's also a bit of a mess, but if you are happy to order via the kiosk it's still a reasonable place to get some food.

L.Usually full, had to go back to get fries by the time i ate my burger it was cold. Normally good service but drive thru was rude.
C.I have been to this McDonald's quite a few times, and while it can sometimes get really busy, they are generally quite speedy at getting orders out. I have only had one bad experience of not receiving all my items, but they readily fixed their error. Also, slightly less expensive than some other McDonald's stores in the area - not by much, but noticeable on some menu items.

M.need to make sure the fries are filled for the proper box size. I ordered a few large sized orders and the fries were not filled up to the top. It was basically a medium size. Not good as I would appreciate getting what i paid for. BUT the service is good which is why I give 3 stars

P.One of my favourite McDonalds to go to. Always got my order on point. Friendly & welcoming staff that are always smiling. Clean & tidy with lots of seating available. Its handy as it's close to where I study at MIT, so I'm always there for lunch.
A.Good service, the manager is the most present and hard working manager I've ever seen, very friendly
M.I will always love this place. This is my go to place from when I was little and I even bring my own kids here too. Staff treat you like family and is very polite, happy and really fast workers. Any mistakes on my order it is always fixed on the spot without arguments. I would choose maccas over rainbows end honestly. Lol. :)
T.Love the service from all the employees. I always recieve all items I ordered. Needs an extra drive-thru because of the amount of cars that que up, almost blocking the car park area. Otherwise great service & great food!
A.They always forget at least one thing with my order. It's either a drink with the kids meal or fries. Really annoying and upsetting.
L.Maca's is Maca's thank God. You can always depend on the taste & variety but this Maca's is badly run with sirly staff who never meet you gaze & act as though you are an imposition. I have even seen a cockroach on the floor. A LIVE ONE!
On the other side, they have a play ground which I have actually seen being washed.

P.10/10 Team. The only McDonalds in Auckland where their burgers look and taste as good as they look on the Ads. My friends and I stay out in Flatbush (1 minute drive from Ormiston Maccas), but would rather drive over to you to get a feed.

R.Depends on who makes your order and what time of the day you go there you will have different experiences. My coffee tasted different on every order I made. Friendly Staff any way which convince me to keep going there.

M.It's a Maccas, everything tastes the same as any other Maccas, coffee is drinkable, service isn't as fast as the fast food name would indicate but it's friendly.

J.They might be slow, but they get the orders right and fresh. Prefer this one over the otahuhu Mac Donald's as they take 30 minutes for 1 frozen coke
T.Havent had any troubles with them even though iv heard from a few people that they're frustrated with this particular macdonalds and can the ice cream machine stop "not working" after 11pm please.
P.Just a normal maccers. Only issue is they say it is 24 hours but it is not really, as around 3am they do not take any drive thru orders as their systems are apparently always down around after that time.
M.Fast service. Staff were the happiest I've even seen a crew at any fast food place
B.Every time I go and place an order for coffee and a brekky burger my coffee always come first and i have to chase my order of bagel or bacon and egg I end up making sure that I get it otherwise they let my burger sit the other day my burger was given away and when I raised it with the counter girl she handed me the order that was left behind because of her mistake...cmon maccas just need you to get the details right...
C.Considering how packed this store constantly is (given its proximity to MIT Otara), the staff manage to perform well and prepare food quickly and, for the most part, accurately to order.
G.If you want a terrible coffee, this place is a must visit. Or come in on a Saturday morning where the weekend staff will serve you an even worse coffee!
