Level 3 Lockdown drive thru experience review. Cars merging from both sides into one lane. Very busy as expected and got through within 15 mins with contactless pick-up. Food wasn't fresh, fries were soggy and burgers were a little dry. Limited "Classic" menu available only, but got my Macca's fix. Extra star for being open at Level 3

Drive through always long. One of the managers is rude and do not accept any contributions, overall team is good. Food overall warm but sometimes poorly built with pickles stack together.

Very good service drive thru super quick especially after a long day. Chips always seems to be just made always warm and fresh also great for a morning coffee run.

Good Mc to bring family and kids, it has a small playground and satisfies the small ones. Parking is large and shared with other restaurants. Plenty of seats, clean and in order. Went there at 21:15 and the drive thru was too full and ordered inside instead. Service was reasonable slow due to the car’s ordering first.

Yum! Haven't had Wendy's for a while but got a craving for the Baconator Mushroom Melt combo and it absolutely YUM! Decent burger size with nice amount of toppings, the fries were fresh and piping hot and my fanta drink finished it off nicely. I had this for my lunch but I was so full that I didn't need to eat my dinner..... The service was great and fast, this is easily my favorite branch. No photos of said combo, I was too busy eating it to even think about taking a photo

Would be great to see your full menu displayed in the drive through area rather than only what you are promoting for the day , particularly where you are ordering from.. I don't come here often enough to know what is available outside of the display boards.

Absolutely love this McDonald’s. Although the drive thru can be a bit busy, especially on a late night. My favourite burger has been the chicken bacon deluxe. Friendly staff always smiling 😊 Edit: had to change my star rating after tonight. I went there tonight and the food was really good and staff were friendly but I was about to get handed someone else’s order which I wasn’t too happy about. Normally they would tell me to park up and wait but tonight they didn’t. I wouldn’t mind parking up to wait for the correct order to come to me. Next time if an order is going to take a long time please tell the customer to park up in the parking bay so that everyone can get their stuff when it’s freshly made

Happy meals were ok but came with toys instead if the books ordered. The garden salad didn't come with dressing as requested either. Other part of the order was ok

One of the more mediocre McD. Service is generally slower than other stores and had a few experience with bad staff. 1 repeatedly did not scan my offer voucher resulting in me not getting my coffee stamps while another was a barista that was super slow and rather impolite.

This was based on Drive thru visit during a Lockdown. Took an age to get acknowledgement at payment window and quite a while to receive my food. Even just a wave to acknowledge the presence of the customer is good basic customer service.

Big Thanks to Isabella !! When I went to buy my dinnar 6:30 tonight, there were a big queue there. I decide to order from the ordering machine, but both of them were not working. I then noticed, both machines charged my credit card. But due to system error, my order number were not displayed neither printed. Well machine could go wrong. The good thing is, they have good customer service there. The reception girl Isabella has been very patient to me. She kindly arranged my order, and quickly asked her manager to resolve the issue. The manager refund me the overpay immediately.

Faster food ever, only one concern people who serve food is compulsory to wear hair-net all the time for Safety and Health reasons. I hope they fix this problem and is not just in one place all the McDonald are the same.

It's a maccas. It's convenient and not much else. Went there at 7am the car park was full of rubbish so not a good impression. Staff were not friendly and were busy doing other stuff. One thing I really hate is when you are made to feel you are an inconvenience. I had a flat white which was just hot enough but a bit on the watery tasting side. Corporate mentality telling it's staff to put the minimum amount of coffee in do it just tastes like coffee. It's cheap and it's open all the time no other reason to use it.

I dont know who in management needs to hear this but Charlotte(??)(with the pretty purple bun??) has an amazing super friendly sunny disposition for a 4am winter maccas run and needs to receive this praise from management!

We had a 5th birthday party here on Sep 2nd. Although they do not have a private party room, I was advised over the phone that I could come in and use as many tables as I required. The facilities were clean, the service was fast, the food was yummy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Balarama approached us as we were setting up and asked when our group was arriving so he and the team could prep the meals to give us a shorter wait time to feed our kids. Throughout our event my friends and family all had positive things to say about the venue. I would highly recommend using this branch for kids parties or large group gatherings. Had my first Kiwi Burger here......interesting with the beet root slice on the bottom.....🤔 Everything else was bog standard Mickey Dees, as we say here in Canada... This Mackers is clean & the staff was friendly. Clean facilities & parking was no problem. If you visit Canada. Try the Mickey Dees Poutine, tell me what ya think...😎

McDonalds used to have a great value proposition. It was good, cheap fast food that gave young kids a decent start. It is now only fast food, with none of the other aspects of the value proposition present. This one is expensive.
