very good customer service! restaurant is always clean in the morning and the food never disappoints! would highly recommend however only downside is when drive thru is busy wait time is long but other than that i love!

The drive thru is a tight fit and is tucked away on a side street which is fairly deceiving to visitors or new residents. Apart from that, fast service and reliable quality, have had some missing items from orders but too late to go back by then. Would recommend drive thru over eating in store due to hygiene related concerns.

The lovely lady maybe in her late 30s early 40s, possibly samoan. Is the loveliest lady I think I’ve ever come across at a drive through. She works in the mornings and I usually grab a coffee around 730am. Been multiple times and every single time, she is super chirpy, huge smile and so lovely to deal with! Overall service is amazing too.

Went through drive thru. Messed up my order. Missing some fries. Realized it when reached home some 20 minutes away. Couldn't be bothered going back for some fries. Otherwise food was good.

Good service. Very short wait. Food comes out as per, clean & fresh. They say the only thing that beats a Hunters corner shake, is a Hunters Corner roll. If your familiar with the area & its service you know it can be halfway down your throat before you've had a chance to find your wallet.

Sometimes they are slow other times they're fast but for some reason my chips are always without salt. Had 2 or 3 experiences where my burger was slopply made cheese and pickle peeking out of the sides, mchicken lettuce was on the sides of the burger rather than in the burger itself.

Constantly dirtier than other McDonald's. Service consistency is... well... there is no consistency. Sometimes you get great service and a smile, sometimes they can be a bit rude and unhelpful.

Drove through at 4am, long-ish line but quickly moving in drive through. As with most McDonald's as of late, service and food quality is terrible.... However, this McDonald's was at its best. Hot food, even fries, perfectly made burgers, not thrown around as experienced at another location (Airport). We were impressed! That's the service expected and food quality we appreciate from McDonald's! Keep it up Papatoetoe!!!

Made an order. It was like playing a game of Chinese whispers and the order I made had changed a combo had disappeared because of what they thought. So be clear and get confirmation of order. Otherwise enjoyed just a bit inconvenient for me at time.

I came into the Papatoetoe McDonald's this morning and i really liked the customer service there. I ordered a Hot choc from your McCafe and it was absolutely lovely, the barista there absolutely nailed my choc to the point where my eyes rolled back. Also ordered a couple more things from the menu and the supervisor was really excellent with communicating with her staff and also myself to keep me updated with my order. She was also very nice and so kind to give me an extra to apologize for the wait. Thank you very much to the team at McDonalds Papatoetoe for the excellent customer service, yummy food and the eye rolling hot chocy : )

Awesome sevice have gotten my orders wrong but most fastfoods do u can imagine my surprise when I bit into my burger to realise theres no patty. I have gotten some looks from Indian staff when i ordered pork/bacon

A well presented store clean n tidy, had to wait a bit to be served by staff bt notified wont be too long which is reassuring very friendly staff. McCafe was great too and coffee was great. Has self service to order food as well. Good for a quick stop for a feed as it's a small restaurant. Food was fresh n well presented and food served to table as well. Recommend for sure..

Awesome service and moderately fast too. My only downfall is the drive-thru road where we pick up our food. Its very difficult trying to get to the pickup order window without damaging our car or the Mc Donalds building. Need to find a solution to this, one reason why we would go to another Mc Donalds is because of this drive-thru.

Having this Mac Donald's new, their service has been fast yet patient with your order. They speak to you politely and do their job properly at a good pace. Inside is also flash.

Whenever I go there to order it's usually fast and quick. But APPARENTLY they dont want to serve customers who are earlier than others. One of the lady's there was a quite rude, snapping at me while I was making an order. Even when I said thank you, she still glared at me. Papatoetoe MacDonalds, up your game and serve customers no matter what age.

We don't usually go to Mc Donalds, but in this case it is an easy place to find for strangers. The coffee was quite good and they did let us stay for some time after we finished our coffee (we were meeting a relative we hadn't seen in a few years so had some catching up to do) without making us feel uncomfortable. Parking is a problem and my husband reported the men's toilets left much to be desired. Overall it was okay.

Limited parking at the front. Have to park at the back & walk around. Would be more convenient to have a sidewalk parallel to the drive thru instead. Minor issue, but just saying. A known 'drop in' for vagabonds & local 'undesirables' (sex workers, homeless, etc). Doesn't bother me, & I'm not phobic of any kind, just pointing out.

22/07/2017 - 6:30-ish ordered a meal and upgraded to 2 large hot chocolates from the Mc Cafe, they were disgusting, claims its full cream just tasted like chocolate water (worst then the regular ones you get from their machine). Didn't realize until we got home, so we went back. The manager was really nice and the 2 replacement hot chocolates were the best I've ever had from Mc cafe. Either sack that first lady who was on or give her some more training cos that was just yuck tbh. Thumbs up to the girl who made the replacements though <33 other then that very fast service, good CSR :)

McDonald's Papatoetoe! Always busy, drive thru exits on to main road, driveway for bank next to it, can be a bit dangerous. Not a long wait when busy, great staff, order is taken and we are served quickly and order is always correct! Thanks McDz Papatoetoe! Since you opened we have never gone back to Manukau.

Quite small but not terrible. Small car park at the back of the building (access via side street), entrance is on the main street. Good for a catch up. No playground for kids.

Had a mcfloat there and used the free WiFi while waiting for someone. I can't put my finger on it but the space was narrow so it felt unwelcoming if you wanted to have a sit down meal.
