Reviews of McDonald's PT CHEVALIER
J.I dont rate on service for fast food restaurants, unless it is extraordinarily bad. Not a major fan of fast food, but i ll make an exceptions for the joints around pt chev. The four stars is for the delicious freshly made fries and burger they make. I havnt had dry stale overcooked meal yet, as with some fast food joint. I took one star off for the side salad which was not as fresh. Their dispensed drinks are also fizzy and nice, i.e. not watered down.
M.There fries are the best frys that I can get from a maccas, I come all the way from Henderson just to get them fresh frys because they understand when you ask for fresh frys unlike my local maccas they mix the fresh with the ones that have been sitting long. So welldone Pt Chev yous rock hope yous continue to always serve what your customers request.
B.i visit usually after 12am on their 24 hour nights. The fries are always piping hot and the burgers made correctly. After trying to use the westgate branch due to moving to west harbour and getting both bad service and product i now drive my order home from pt chev, its worth it when all you want is a quarter pounder with a good amount of mustard and pickles on it.
The driveway is a bit awkward but that really cant be helped
S.The only maccas I've not had terrible service or bad food. The only thing is sometimes its shut when it says its open online and they are never consistent on how many maccas monopoly vouchers u can use in one visit.
A.Car park availability are a bit of hit-and-miss at the front and side area, luckily there are some more spaces behind the drive-thru. Waiting for your order will take awhile so you better to have something to get yourself occupy. However, I do like how they fry the mozzarella patty as it's still quite thick and I can still taste the mozzarella rather than just the taste of deep fried batter.
D.Went and had breakfast at Maccas with grandkids very clean organised. Work construction next door and on a busy road they have parking on the sides can get busy during peak times however parking can be found if not going through d/thru. Customer service was appreciate in the morning from the Asian lady lovely smile, polite and you knew she was serving to please you request. No pies as yet as it was till cooking and not quite 11am for regular menu, I thought it was at 10.30 c/over never mind her smile and sincerity made changing the order ok. Enjoyed the little touches in the toilets. Ambience in the lobby area was warm clean and inviting to eat in. Staff were all happy with the exception of one he made of had an off day walking into clean lobby but in a fast food place who likes that task of being in the lobby but hey the lobby was good as 5 customers sitting and enjoying there day. Food was hot and fresh quality does make a difference in fast food places and ambience atmosphere great. Had a coffee while Hines was servicing there electrical. Mccafe coffee hot and made with no froth well done. The team were all busy doing things on the mccafe side it looked like a little organisation on the bench top needed while serviceman were working as the area was still being used to make coffee, would of like a little more selection in the mccafe fridge to choose from as no scones available. Never mind overall experience was great and that's what counts.
