I loved the security lady at the door on 28 January between 5-6 pm. Scanning everyones Covid passport. You were brilliant ❤️❤️❤️

Probably the biggest McDonald's i have ever seen. Was pretty clean but the terminals didn't work. The staff did its best to satisfy the customers and helped out actively so everyone could get their meal as fast as possible while fixing the issue. 💪🏻

Despite being new the place was a bit dirty. Maybe we went in after a busy rush but tables and seats were filthy. Sadly the location still attracts a lot of people who aren't buying food and this impacts the overall experience. We were originally going to dine in but quickly decided to take away. Food was decent for a McDonald's though.

Great space. Building architecture mixed retro facade with modern interiors. Staff is helpful but sometimes the service can be slow. The bathroom is ok. They keep it fairly clean despite the homeless frequent visits.

Ordered breakfast this morning. Machine buttons didn't work all that well, which made that process long and complicated and made me rethink my order, and a few drink items 'sold out' (may have been too early for coffee barista to be on?). Fairly slow on ordering because of that, although the food was OK when it arrived and was hot.

I don't know what this place is like during the day, but during the night it wasn't bad. The staff were neither polite nor impolite but there was only one or two workers from what I could tell. The food wasn't bad - Quarter Pounder burger was a bit dry but at least it was cooked; The Big Mac was pretty good. The restaurant is quite small compared to others, so I wouldn't personally recommend eating here. There are bout 6-8 self-ordering kiosks. I didn't have to wait too long, about 10 or so minutes.

WAY TOO SMALL! I give it a good rating because i love maccas and the food they gave me was very fresh and tasty and the look of the store is so sleek and fancy but WAY TO SMALL like i felt i couldn't breathe. It it was bigger no doubt would go there a hell of a lot more!

The only concern I could see was that they didn't have a display showing the token numbers, the employees had to yell out the token numbers(in 2020). The food there is alright. I find the place to be quite big, I would say that it is one of the biggest McDs I have been to. It's got the feel of a restaurant although it's a fast food place. The place wasn't quite crowded at 5pm on a weekday. It was quiet neat/clean and tidy there.

Mcdonald is a good place to hang out especially when you want a quick snack and yes the homeless is a problem but sometimes you can't blame them because most of them come from broken homes and most of them had no choice but to live on the streets because as some will say the streets is the only place they can turn too and don't forget we are not all perfect out there because me myself came from a broken home because i was under state word for years in the 70s and 80s sometimes some of my Foster parents just gave me bread and water to live on some days because i wouldn't do what they u told me to do like show me yours and I'll show you mine and i was 5 years old and that's going back 1977 and it did not stop there i went though he'll and it took me from 1999 to 2016 to get a state home but before then me to was going from the street in Auckland central here yo the Night Shalter and back on the streets and next in a boarding house into i finally got into a state house so sometimes you just got to give them a chance and maybe they will sort themselves out that's all I can say about them.

My family and I always stopped by this MacDonald's restaurant before we take the train to Manukau. The service is great and staff are friendly. We notice that this place is also kept spotless and clean -- despite tons of patron come through each hours; this is a impressive. The air-condition is always cooling at this establishment and warm during winter time! Plenty of seats available with superb interior design; thus contribute greatly toward your dining experience. Food are served warm and fast. Highly recommended to Kiwis with family, tourists and students.

This is one of the more interesting Macca's I've ever been to because of its tall, grand old ceilings, except that inside it always just feels a little grimy? I mean, they do try to mop the floors often and tables pretty clean (despite nobody being allowed to eat in during some covid alert levels), but idk what it is - maybe because it feels a little darker and a little more rough around the edges inside (esp if you go at a time where people are coming in during or after heavy drinking)

It's very busy most of the times so you need around 10-15mins order waiting time. Restrooms are also available which are clean and well maintained. It is always busy and one might have to wait to get the order complete. Well recommended nevertheless.

This McDonald has been pretty good to me, for over priced fast food. When it's open it is open 24/7.however it Was closed for covid lockdown which sucked. But has since reopened. This McDonnell restaurant is fairly new, is that the operation since 2017. Usually a drop by here for my breakfast before I go to work on Queen Street. The restaurant could be busy at times but they tend to keep it real clean. Highly recommend it for those office worker or travel. @davidlim

McDonald's...where do i start. They need to seriously consider upgrading the interior. Everytime I come in the tables are filthy. That goes for the toilets as well...if they are not locked to start with. Food is pretty standard and service is good, but they could do a bit more to liven up the place. As for the lovely people serving us from behind the counter...come on guys, smile! It's not the end of the world.

After a few rounds of pool on a Saturday night, we found ourselves craving for some sort of dessert. With most places closed, it was decided that McDonald's was the only option. This particular McDonald's has a slight charm to it. With it open 24 hours, right in the heart of Queen Street, it's quite the popular attraction. Mind the mess at 1am however; we're just here for some dessert. We picked the limited edition Choco-Pie which is sort of like their apple pie but has chocolate filling instead. The wait was a bit long but I didn't mind, there were other people ordering as well even at this time. A glance around the place; you'll see hungry clubbers grabbing a quick bite after a long night out and even the occasional tourist sitting down for a late night snack. All in all, it's quite a experience. Just don't get fussy with the state of it, it's the city after all.

Probably one of the oldest McDonald's in Auckland. And the first 24 hours as well. The building itself is old and classic. Has a special kind of feelings to it. The ceilings are high, almost like 3 story height. Temperature are nicely controlled. And it's quite spacious for a fast food joint. The toilet is a bit old and dirty needs to be clean or update soon.

Used to be a posh McDonald shop in the city, before they build the one close to the britomart. Now, the interior looks a bit gloomy despite it has been recently renovated. The floor always have this dirty feeling. The speed is acceptable, and it's much faster & easier to use the touch screen ordering system.

One of the biggest McDonald's in NZ. Probably the most interesting one at least. The service here has been very quick, every time I'be been. It can do with more regular cleaning though. It receives 100s of customers every hour, so cleaning it once every hour or two would be good.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in. Tables are worn out and scratched, litter on the floor food scraps every where. Tables uncleared. Definitely needs a facelift. Food is consistent and they have a clean toilet.

McDonald's is a brand, and whilst the menus are the same, from branch to branch, the staff are not. Sure, it's at the top of Queen street, and sometimes city people aren't the nicest, but this McDonald's has a gem of a lady working there. Her name is Tufa, and she is not only hard working, but always has the friendliest, most contagious smile. The staff here are great, and so is Tufa. So if you're on Queen Street, and want Maccers, it's definitely worth your effort to walk up towards this McDonald's near the top. I promise :)

This McDonalds is in a vintage building, with the skylights in the ceiling simulated with fluorescent tubes. However, it makes the space feel empty, cold, and vacant, and sounds echo around the space. The bathrooms are also very inadequate, with queues, filth, and graffiti commonplace. Otherwise it functions well as a McDonalds with self ordering and a McCafe onsite.

This Mcdonald's is often in need of a bit of a clean, and sometimes the wait for the order can be a bit long. But with 24 hour service in the heart of the CBD what more can you expect. Standard Mcdonald's service, what more do you want?

This particular McDonald's is more crowded and less clean than other branches. And this one even missed some combo options when I was there. I ordered a relatively expensive Clubhouse Angus and it was cooked just awful. Beacon was burned and meat was too dry. Next time I decide to get a burger in CBD, I'll go to McDonald's on the Britomart.

Arrived in Auckland City 10pm equipped only with my shiny new travel bank card & about $25 in cash. Found out the card doesn't work so of course all of the accomodation places turned me away. Luckily there's a 24-7 store here with free wifi, after 6 hours of building an app project that is due tomorrow I eventually gave in and spent the remaining cash on breakfast. Finished the project in time for banks to open, full stomach & even get to sleep tomorrow thanks to McDonalds.
