I.It is supposed to be a place for us to enjoy the nice and delicious foods and having fun time with my family. However, I just can not get over how unhygienic the place can be. I guess the place is always busy and constantly been occupied by incoming customers where there is no time for staff to clean the area on time.
F.Whole team like a family, working with each other, randomly check the vaccine pass but this is the only store actually check the pass. Good management. Lots of customers but no messy. Food...like it! My local sweet and coffee store lol
H.The fries are good but i didn’t really enjoy tue big mac. It is smaller than shown in the billboard. But i give the buns to mac. They are really good
M.For the time of nite where it was almost morning It was quick and fast service with a smile the coke Unfortunately wasn't that cold on warm Humid night.
R.It’s a bit grubby here I have to say - lots of trays etc left on tables, but they do get quite busy. Service is okay. They do have some cool features like USB ports in their booths. The kids love the playground and the cafe does good food. But it’s still just Mackiedoos.
Been here once but wow this place has such a uplifitng cafe like vibe. Staff are quite nice. There's light music playing, the design with greenery and different seating styles are nice touches, makes it feel more professional and aesthetic.
It can get very loud with so many people talking, but is a great place for meetings etc... very catered towards a business, on the go, professional demographic
Theres even a self serve sauce dispenser thing? So many different types to choose from, I've never seen it before.
P.I love the service there and the staff are patience... They have someone outside to scan the pass and well organized. Often go there and my family lives it as well...
M.Customer service was good but as always it was very busy so tge attention us kite focused to the orders

J.The Drive through at this McDonald's is super efficient with two order lines and plenty of staff working 24/7. The line normally looks long but it moves quickly. Highly recommend always using vouchers from the official McDonald's application to get best value for money. Ice cream machine has always been working when I visit.
L.Good fast service sometimes although they forgot the rest of my order but sometimes it happens when you've got a full restaurant. We stopped by at 8pm the kiosk was displaying that we chose a number for our table but there were no numbers on any of the kiosks, no receipts in most of the kiosks.
Table numbers for table delivery are a big help to parents with kids playing in the playground.
紐.Perfect place for kids running around the new play ground. The brand new place is amazing. Plenty of fun for kids.

But I can't get over how many times I've had an extremely stale bun or I've paid for like bacon or some little extra, just to get home and not have. So 😫
Staff are majority of the time great. Very clean inside and drive through is fast.
X.Tables were all gross. The burger I had was greasier than other maccas I've been to, but the staff were nice. I do not recommend the grilled chicken burgers, I feel really sick after eating that :(
C.Very spacious, handy having the self serve kiosk machines when theres queues. The restaurant was clean when we dined in and the food was hot and freshly made. Good play area for children. Busy location and foot traffic.

j.Fast service, young crew who are industrious. Measure of Mickey Dees service is how they serve their fries....hot. If you like stealing fries out of the bag while driving than this pitstop is essential if you're a local. Botany Road, Te Irirangi Rd is fanatically busy but having the Mackers fries while fresh keeps the mind off the busy roads.
D.An excellent restaurant laid out nicely and spacious too. Excellent location as well. Restaurant has a built-in play area for the kids. Staff are often pleasant and eager to help.
J.I don't like my chips pre-cooked, I like them fresh & piping hot. That's why I only gave 3 stars. These 3 stars are for speed with which orders are dealt to, and lovely customer service, most of the time. However, if you buy from here after-hours, the standard of professionalism drops. If after hours ever manages to give me piping hot chips, I will definitely change my review to 5 stars!!!
F.Super busy, that was fine as can understand the wait, rudeness of staff is what let them down. Pointed to a counter to pay as the self service machines weren't working correctly, wasnt spoken to by lady making coffee wearing a blue shirt with crew trainer written on back. No please or thank you from either, kind of expected a bit more from a "trainer"

S.Hi there, I have dined at pretty much most of the Macdonalds out what was known as Manukau City. But having visited Ti Takau Macdonalds in Botany I wanted say what an amazing team they have .The service is excellent from point of sale I was impressed as to how fresh and clean the premises was and the staff well I could seriously stay the whole day because they were friendly professional but human and what beautiful smiling faces to greet even the grumpiest of customers and if they leave.. still grumpy well that's just how they were born can't do much about what face they recieved at birth. But Ti Rakau Maccas take a bow you rock and you are now my go to cos the young man that made my latte is a true coffee connoisseur. Thanks for the amazing!ing customer experience .

R.Some stuff is extremely friendly, can serve pedestrians for free while lockdown (by the drive thru). But other stuff members who works here goes for food to subway across the road

K.It was great. Only thing when you order hot drinks, you get your food..biut have to wait for your drinks from café. They should put all the stuff in the tray. Otherwise you end up waiting for your hot drink , holding your tray of food getting cold

N.It's an average good McDonald's. The service can take quite long if you are unlucky even though when it's not very full. At least there are enough seats for everyone. But the toilets are disgusting. Don't go in there! The good thing about it is that it is in a good location and has heaps of car parks

Had anothe experience, I ordered on drive through no cars behind came up to pay window asked if another add to the order but was informed that cannot be done as they didnt want to place me on wait, although no other car were waiting. Then went on to ask the duty manager Joushua who kept arguing the same point saying they were not going to do the change as they didn't want to keep customer waiting. The duty manager was blatenly rude not even bothered to ask what I wanted and moreover they forgot my drink and I to come into to the store to collect ☹️
P.Pretty good service times despite the large amounts of people ordering.
Food is good for fast food and place is quite nice and tidy overall. Definitely a good impression.

D.Myself and two friends dined in store tonight, we were warmly greeted at the door by a lady explaining how to check in for contact tracing. As we entered the store another lady who I wish I got the name of told us how to use the kiosks and follow the very clear and well done covid signage.
The food came out quickly and was fresh and hot, the same lady brought us our food and could have been working at a 5 star restaurant her service was so great. We entered the store about 7.24 on May 21st, I hope she gets recognised she deserves it!
C.Not particularly friendly staff on the door making sure you sign in, but I'm sure they're sick of saying it by now. Only waiting for order but table was dirty.

J.Have been going to this McDonalds pretty frequently for the last couple of years and haven't had any issues with missing or incorrect items. Sometimes there can be a bit of a waiting time, but only during peak periods. In general, they're really quick.
M.Ordered a milkshake through the drive thru..when we received it there was soft serve squished under the lip of the lid, which proceeded to melt on the drive home and dribbled down the cup and onto the seat of the car 😶😔🤔

J.Time saving double lane drive through, the food was really good especially the burgers. For the most part the inside was tidy still a bit of rubbish lying around however.
S.Used the drive thru today and was served by the most polite and helpful team member. It was refreshing to be served with great customer service. Also my burger looked like an ad, it was almost a shame to eat it.

C.Mixed results here. Sometimes they are really good, other times, OMG. Some of the staff are really really helpful, like you want to go back because they are so nice. Others, wow, if you haven't had good service the first time, you probably wouldn't go back. If you ask drive through for anything other than Sweet and Sour Sauce for your McNuggets, double before you leave, they have a hard time with getting this right. Always a good idea to double check your drive through order in any case. Sometimes the place is tidy, other times not very good. I think it may depend on who is managing the store on any given day. If they can get a constantly good level of service I will review again, and update.
M.One of the few remaining places to go for a late night feed or snack that you can go inside and sit down and enjoy your food. Staff are efficient and friendly, it's a well run operation 👍
S.Has a cool multi story playground with some tables close enough to keep an eye on the kids. Also they bring your order to you which is very good and you could even order from the machine in the playground area. Great place to meet up with other mum friends with kids

J.This is my local McDonald's as it is the closest but I have been tempted to drive further away to get friendlier and/or more efficient and accurate service. It is usually slow even when not busy and I always have to check my order in case something is missing or just wrong. Average at best.
A.Food is handed out nice and fresh. Generous ice cream portions and staff is nice. Big ups Tī Rākau Maccas!
L.It was a full house with not enough staff. Please it would be much better to organize staff for long weekend for people has to wait longer than 15mins for their order, and food was cold. There was one guy he looks like a Maori guy he was extremely awesome even though he is overtired himself from working since 8am till 12am tonight but he still serve with excellent attitude and customer service. Well done sorry I dont his name he serve my coffee so good 👍
A.Ordering some drive thru takeaways, quite fast and decent waiting time depending on the queue. I like the double quarter pounder.
b.The service on average is okay during busy hours it can lack but thats understandable as it does get very busy. The food is no different to any McDonald's but the barista staff could do with a bit more training on making a better coffee 4/5 stars
A.Playground was too hot and humid even for the kids. Self serve didnt have all desserts or drinks on the menu so had to order at the counter. Service was good as the staff were friendly and polite which made the overall experience good.

N.The only downside is the children play apparatus really needs a good solid clean. Tables also need a bit of attention to get clean. We had to sit at a table that was covered in spilt juice and left over boxes. Given its a busy Maccas, but staff should be on top of that and know their peak times. Other then that, it's a good spot.
M.This McDonald's is always crazy busy! It does have the best kids playground I have seen. They do forget the sweet and sour sauce, I usually have to ask twice for it but its McDonald's and everyone loves McDonald's!

D.Impressive McDonald's store lots of seating available.when i first went inside there was a line of people waiting.you cant see the order here sign.
And it looked like only 1 place to make your order and other to pick up.
But as you walk in they have the touch menu screens about 10 of them which was convenient as i used it and recieved my order faster than waiting in line.
The childrens playground was good upto date modern style which my grandchildren enjoyed.

J.Not always great, often forget parts of order. Wait times can be long. Food is not as hot as it could be. Best McDonald's we have been to is in Dressmart onehunga. Food is not and service is fast even on busy days.
S.Went in just after midnight on new years and the place was fully packed. The workers were SLAMMED but they were really really trying their best, despite all the rude customers. Honestly 10/10 for effort you should pay them more

L.Since going into level 3 Mc Donald’s it has been crazy, today I went and there was about 7 cars in front of me but I literally ordered and got my food in 5mins and the two staff I got served by were in such good spirits such good customer service.
Y.I've only been for ice cream and to take my son on the playground. But what s great playground kids seem to love it.

D.Have been there on Wednesday this week around 10:30pm. Even with Renovation and only one working display in drive through - there were almost no line, my order took 3 minutes to be done, food was good. Great attitude guys.

D.Service inconsistent where i was able to get a sausage egg mcmuffin but swap the muffin part to begal cause they dont have have that as standard order, and told no another time.
Was also told you can't get a small combo anymore?? Not sure if this is true or not
J.The refurbish has really been for the good. There is more seating and the self order kiosk is really helpful. That's where it ends...there is chaos as the staff fumble around to get orders out and don't succeed.

L.Generally quick service, pro tip, if you go through drive thru, service are much quicker than making the trip inside. However if you need to use a coupon, you'll have to go inside to redeem it.

D.Probably the McDondals with the quickest service in and around Auckland. They appear to be well organized with sufficient staff numbers on duty when required. Will definitely continue to support them.
T.Softcorn ice cream is awesome, as well as sundae. However, avoid the late night time as there are some crazy teenagers, who are extremely noisy, badly behaving and jurks. Some of them might hit your cars as they drive recklessly.

S.Legacy East Auckland met at 7am, Saturday February 2 2019 for the first time this year at McDonald Botany. Our General & Overseer Elder Anne Kahu officiated. Also in attendance were Generals: Teresa Mokaraka, Yarryn Whetu-Horne, & Rash Paora, and Senior Captain Trish Hamiora. The meeting of 20 Ladies from the Community a majority were members from Destiny Church Auckland met for o er an hour to Strategies plans to bring LEGACY training programmes to every home in our community's.
Botany Mackers was an Excellent Venue for out presentation, the catering and staff were amiable, helpful & hospitable. A request for the Conference Chambers may have been the better option for more privacy and personalisation but the rooms size was not suitable.
