Ordered via Uber Eats today and drink was delivered just as I ordered. 30% ice meant 30% ice- that's good. Had lots of pearls, which was fantastic.

Second time coming to Meet Fresh on Dominion Rd. Always seems to be busy (especially during the night) so service can be a bit slow while making all the dishes. But you definitely get a good dessert for the price; not too sweet but enough to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. Yes the bowls may be faded and old looking, but doesn't diminish the quality of the dessert that you receive. You know a place has good food when it always has lots of people and their bowls and cutlery are worn down!

Came to meet fresh for dessert and what we had was just above average in terms of quality, thought it was a nice treat and not overly too sweet which is to my liking. Queue gets a bit tight when busy as some tables aren’t spaced out enough. I wouldn’t mind coming back to maybe try what other things they have on offer 😋

We’ve been here two times and it’s been very busy both times. The place is quite small so it can feel a bit crowded/loud. Wait time seemed reasonable for how busy it was. Food was delicious and presented nicely - dine in portions seem much bigger than takeaway portions. The service is a bit lacking though - staff don’t seem too happy to be there but they were polite enough while serving. Seems like there aren’t enough staff members working during the busy periods so staff are a bit over worked/overwhelmed.

I've come here many times and trust me on this, it is always too crowded and always too loud. It's very hard to find a seating, however the food is very nice. I love the food and can never stop having enough of it. The place is too small too and the bowls looks old.

First time here, came because I saw it on tiktok. Tried the shaved ice taro dessert- & mango sago pudding, strawberry fresh milk tea with boboa, taro & rice yoghurt drink. Was OK. Would be nice if cashier serving us, talked more about varieties of dessert available, to people that's not Asian, to try on First time. We was second guessing & looking at menu had gold star next to it, so we ordered, we didn't finish our desserts, like the others in the shop thou... *Not worth the $63 ish I spent in store!

Pros: the desert taste quite nice. Cons: always crowded, hard to find a place to sit during dinner hours. I never see any staff ever cleans the table.

They ran out of snowflake ice and mango, so the alternative I ordered was just disappointing. It also took 30mins to get our order and while we were there the environment was so loud, and I don’t just mean from the ice machine but the staff kept dropping things and making really loud clashing noises. Just a really disappointing experience overall.

Stopped by after dinner since we were just down the road. They have a few options of dessert types as well as toppings and drinks. Decided to go with the signature coconut sago and I wasn't disappointed. The sago was made well and had a nice flavour. The taro balls gave it nice chewiness and the mango gave another layer of flavour, although they were a bit hard for my liking. Nice stop for good Taiwanese desserts.

The strawberry tea is fantastic! However, the snowflake dessert we ordered is with little ingredients though the icy snowflake is yum and soft. Get really busy and noisy during dinner time and late night. A good hang out place.

Dessert from Taiwan, it’s very popular in Asian societies but the price is not cheap. It worth to try it. There are many different options regarding to the flavors, a lot them most KIWI never try them before. You can take this visit as an advantage trip. VH

Great dessert yummy and looking pretty It was a bit crowded in there when I visited - 7pm on Tuesday Would like to try other menus, they looked delicious! Reason why I took one star off - the menus were a bit pricey ($17 for the waffle and $14 for the ice) and I caught the staff cutting a mochi on the actual sink top with no cutting board. The staff could cook and prepare foods cleaner and more carefully. Overall, the dessert was delicious and I enjoyed it.

This place reminds me of Taiwanese night markets. The jelly tea and custard puddings. Place is packed with different menu items. Maybe like a Taiwanese version of IHOP. Great if you like tea. They have roughly 60 different types.

Was expecting better from this, the pearls weren’t as good as regular pearls, the mochi was alright but wasn’t the best. About 85% of the food was ice, more like buying a frozen Coke then something else. Wouldn’t recommend this next time would probably try something else.

Wow, amazing place for dessert, traditional tea, slushy, lip cream tea, waffle, tofu pudding, taro ball, herb jelly, ice cream and many more. Hot and cold drinks available in regular and large size. Seating space of about 35-40 people. Strategic location bang on Dominion road - Balmoral road square. Nice service.

Ordered a couple of items as a group including this Snowflake Strawberry Ice; photo clearly shows strawberry ice cream on the dish, but when the the person who ordered it from our group asked the staff, they said it doesn't come with strawberry ice cream. Even after pointing out the photo to the staff, they did nothing about it; no refund, no strawberry ice cream, no apology.

Yummy Taiwanese style dessert. The venue is a bit small, so there's a long queue especially around dinner time, luckily their service is fast. Unfortunately, sometimes the tables can be a bit sticky from the spilled dessert; so better take lots of serviettes from the counter with you. You also have to order at the counter and pay first before they make your order.

Meet Fresh serves a range of yummy Asian desserts and some influenced by European culture. It reminded me of some popular dessert parlours I saw in China a few years ago. The hardest thing is figuring out which ones to try! I heard about this place from a few friends and finally got to visit last night. They are open till late, which makes it a great place for dessert. Their menu is very appealing and the place is clean. The big display menu is slightly different to the ones you take to the table (some items with only Chinese descriptions) so it took some time to go over it, but overall not too bad. Eg. They had something like taro ball #1, taro ball #2 etc with a Chinese description (or no description) but most had pictures. They also have some sort of loyalty system but it's all in Chinese so will need to ask someone to help me decode it haha. My limited Chinese helped me figure out that there are two sides to the stamping card: One for desserts in bowls and the other for drinks. I think you get a stamp per dessert and there is no minimum spend. Couldn't understand what the reward was though! My friend always orders the coconut sago and it was super delicious. She usually goes halves with her hubby so it's a decent amount! I was full from a big hotpot dinner so just ordered a hot sesame milk with pearls to takeaway. It wasn't very sweet but definitely pleasant. Will go again and try out their other desserts. Their shaved ice looks delicious! In fact, everything on the menu looks and sounds delicious haha.

Snowflake was a new experience, and mango flavor was amazing. Update: Downgrading from 5 stars. Had a bad experience the 3rd time, really bad customer service. Person on duty wouldn't look in the eye when asking questions, the taste came out bland, due to little mango syrup.

They have a wide range of Taiwanese desserts(summer or winter) The Dom rd branch, is conveniently placed by the main crossroads, nearby other Asian dessert/boba places. However, as with any place at Dom rd, it can be difficult to find parking at busy period. Recommendations: - Taro shaved ice - Mango snowflake ice

Their food is nice, but I personally do not like the milk tea, it is either too sweet (full sugar) or not sweet enough for me (3/4 sugar). I like the waffles with mangos and vanilla ice-cream, but it's a little too expensive for what's really on the plate. Overall, I can only give a 3 out of 5.

No fuss place, good for groups. The desserts are on the large size so take a friend to share with. We had the mango ice one (can't remember the name), it was good. We enjoyed the hidden can of frozen condensed milk lol.

Hungry for yummy deserts or cold flavoured drinks this is a place to stop in and to try out. Which my friend and I did. Innovative desserts and drinks not your usual dessert or drinks. This place you can order to takeaway. Or sit in. A youthful crowd here with the odd couple of elderly folks like myself😁. The waffle and icecream was just what the doctor ordered.check out my photos. A long wait .. as i noticed 2 girls at the front and a male gentleman at the back. Which meant some tables we not cleared as the staff were actively preparing the food. They have free WiFi and a toilet.

Would give it 4 stars because their food/deserts are good, but the place lacks ventilation and when it is full, you are basically breathing foul humid air! They need ventilation! A great place to get bugs and the flu! Auckland Council inspectors please take note! Thanks.

Go there often or whenever i feel like a snow ice which is made from frozen milk then slides to paper thin layers look like snow, never get ebough of this in summer. Weekend nights are always busy you may not be able to get a table and it is really lound, if you dont like the busyness, get take away east elsewhere.
