Reviews of Mentatz Ramen
T.
It's an ok experience. My boys likes hot and spicy food so tried the hell Ramen, but guess they went over board with the chili powder and cayenne pepper🌶 that overpower the noodles and all other ingredients. I do personally liked the tufo steak melt in your mouth👍
T.
Definitely one of the best value for money, cheap eat spot in the cbd. They’re doing $1 per fried chicken which is tasty and great if you have a kid with you. I would recommend to have any of the noodles. The only thing I didn’t like here is that the Don having too much sauce. Staffs are lovely too
E.
At first I was worries this could have been just another "NZ ramen", not the Japanese one that I love.
Unexpectedly this one was as good as what a Japanese ramen should be.
I ordered a meat combination, hmm, yum yum, that definitely worth the money you pay.
The lean pork and the pork belly were made perfectly. Juicy and tender, not a bit porky.
Ramen itself and the egg cooked just fine, the best mates with the bone broth.
H.
Food was served pretty fast as we were the only table there but almost everything is made up self service as you have to grab water yourself etc. Taste was good service was good overall it was nice experience pricing and taste was reasonably good.
R.
This is one of my staples and has been for over a decade!!! Hands down the best takoyaki, dry ramen, donburi and gyoza I've ever had. The deep fried dumplings are also scrumptious. I'm quite disappointed that they took Mogu Mogu drinks and the pork katsu don off the menu but I'll still eat here. Lovely and hard working staff. Oh and by they way, BYO is accepted here, which is just awesome so I can drink my favourite wine whilst enjoying my donburi or ramen. Corkage is $5.00.
J.
A good value ramen restaurant. The food used to be better compared to few years ago. Not sure what’s changed, probably the increase in ramen competitors around Auckland makes this restaurant less favourable. It still has great ambient as usual, and relatively short wait time. Great for students.
K.
good food and fast service, reasonable prices.
T.
The food here seems to have changed quite a bit, it’s just not quite as good anymore. The garlic mussels we’re unrecognisable which was a shame as that was one of my favourite dishes here, and there is no sashimi on the menu anymore. It does seem like the place has changed owners and is now cutting corners.
H.
Good price but wasn’t excellent. The broth was a bit too salty for me and they could have been more generous with the meat. For the same price there are many other Japanese restaurants in the area that are better
Y.
This restaurant sells Tonkotsu (pork bone soup) ramen that tastes most similar to the actual Tonkotsu ramen in Japan.
I have tried other places’ ramen too, but there were nothing near to the taste of Japan.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who can eat pork, so they know what is the actual tastes of ramen in Japan.
M.
Friendly service, the place is nice itself but the food quality the couple times we revisited seems to be not as good compared to a year ago. The broth is very salty, pork was generous but not great. My partner didnt want spinach in the ramen but shes also finished only half of it since its too salty.
m.
The mentatz signature ramen is really good 😻😻😻 it comes with the normal meat slices as well as super soft chunky meat?? 10/10 would recommend
O.
I must say I was sleeping on this Ramen Place, walking past it over the years. The Mentatz Ramen here was crazy tasty! The servings were large very generous with the meat. The other Ramen we had was also 👌 anyone suggest a better place, I'm yet to find out. This will be my go to for now! The servers were friendly and patient with our orders. Will definitely be back here!
N.
The food is delicious, and the price is reasonable with a generous portion. The restaurant is always packed with people during peak hours, which means it might get a bit noisy and squeezy. There are only a few selections of side dishes, but this won't bother me as all their side dishes taste great. Staff is very friendly and they are quite attentive.
E.
Kia ora Mentatz Ramen team!
This place is a hidden gem! Everything we ordered was delicious. Staff were friendly also.
2 adults 2 kids - mains, sides and drinks $70
Good portions and self serve seasonings
Highly recommend 😊
M.
Delicious and reasonably priced food. Pretty authentic kotteri-style ramen (thick and rich with plenty of emulsified fat), generous with portions, and the next best thing to being in Japan
A.
Amazing place! I live out of Auckland but every time that I visit the city this place is a must!
Shame that the Miso Katsu Don is not on the menu any longer!
Highly recommended!!!
I.
Always crowded a waiting line to be served lunch time & dinner. Good udon noodle base dishes and tofu. Limited on some Japanese sushi selections. Good place to dine in for low cost.
S.
One of the most popular Japanese restaurants on Lorne Street. Always packed at lunch and dinner. Good tasty food at reasonable prices.
S.
Not that bad for the ramen. Although I found some of the ingredients not to be Japanese like, such as the boiled egg and the bamboo shoot (not sure whether it’s NZ style of cooking). It’s a place for a quick fix for noodle soup, but if you want authentic Japanese food, it’s not this place.
J.
Ramen was good, a little bit too salty and the noodles werent the best but was still good.
They are short on staff and you can tell it. Price was really inexpensive.
R.
Mentatz Ramen was delicious. I ordered prawn tempura ramen, it was perfectly cooked and crispy. Service was very prompt, servers were very polite.
Nice large portion sizes leave you feeling very full and satisfied. And for a very reasonable price, too. Most mains are around $10.
My only complaint was the seating, which was a bit odd. Our table was beside the stairs and you had to sort of shuffle in. Not a great annoyance, but a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I would definitely recommend.
g.
This place is absolutely a 10/10; I come here all the time!
Such an affordable place, with huge portion sizes for their rice dishes and ramen - even their alcohol is on the low side for prices! With even a few, although not many, vegetarian options, staff service is just as great as the food and prices.
A.
Great place, nice staff, very clean and fantastic food. We enjoyed every bite.
M.
Been here several times and I can’t get over their ramen. Good food, good staff and place can be a little crowded 😁
H.
A good place to have Japanese ramen. It is popular and many customers were there.
L.
An ok experience. Food was not as good as i thought it would be. The person working seemed like he can’t be bothered working too.
S.
Love Japanese food? This is the place for you. Love ramen? Step right in - if you take spicy, try the spicy dry ramen. You won't go wrong
S.
The place to be if you love traditional Japanese cuisine. Prices are very affordable, great for students or travellers on a budget. The servings are big, so I asked to take away the rest of my uneaten dishes which I was given a takeaway dish and bag to take food home, too yummy to leave behind. The service is fast and waitresses are wonderful. I would advise you visit Men Tatz, I highly recommend this restaurant. 10/10
W.
This is a very affordable place for everyone. Food is good and service is average but cannot complain due to a very affordable price and generous amount of food.
よ.
The chef is so nice he told me that there is a free upsize for students between 230pm to 530pm if I remembered right? and the ramen ofc is so fking cheap and scrumptious!!! Gotta com bk next >< plus both the staff and chef are nice Japanese people
B.
Tasty pork bbq ramen, lightly salted and plentiful edamame, cosy and spacious atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, great location on High Street, grab a window seat if you like watching Auckland walk past. Will stop by to try more of the menu, especially the sake.
J.
Excellent ramen served here. Superb customer service and friendly host! Recommended to all Aucklanders
H.
Tonkotsu ramen is not too bad, but far for authentic. Broth needs to be a bit more flavorful. Egg was overcook. Ramen was around 10$, kaidama was 2$ extra. Water is self service.
D.
Thier ramens got smaller after the menu change. But still tastes good. The miso katsu don actually tastes better but got smaller as well.
K.
Excellent food made fresh.
J.
I loved this place. We came after a show at The Academy, and the food was incredibly fresh, tasty, promptly delivered, and very very reasonably priced. The staff are actually Japanese which is a bonus. We got the chicken katsu salad and the katsu was the best I've had that I can remember, as were the gyoza, agadashi, and karaage. Angling to get back and try their ramen soon. Kampaki!!
Y.
Consistently excellent donburi. Favorites are oyakodon, grilled seafood, spicy shrimp salad, takoyaki :)
Ramen is very good too, but the egg is always disappointingly overboiled.
M.
Food tastes average. Noodles were boiling hot, but the soup was cold. Was it meant to be like that? Eggs didn’t seem fresh, so I decided not to eat them. My partner’s teriyaki chicken was also not so tasty. Both of us couldn’t finish eating our meals, because it didn’t taste good.
The only good thing about this place that prices are inexpensive and portions are big, but then again who would want a big bowl of average tasting ramen? Hope, they will work on their recipes.
N.
Went here with my family a few weeks ago. We order their signature ramen, karaage chicken and mussels. All were so tasty. Their signature ramen is SO tasty and the perfect comfort food for the colder months.
J.
Decent food at a very reasonable price, there's usual a small queue but it moves quickly and worth the wait!
A.
If you are in a rush, this place is excellent for your ramen fix.
s.
Ramen soup and bbq chicken is ok,nothing special.
D.
Reliable quality and not too expensive. Pretty good range of ramen and other Japanese food. Worth a visit.
A.
Surcharge of 15% on holiday, otherwise their price is cheap compare to other restaurants nearby.
Chicken salad & chicken teriyaki don were good size portion.
The summer special of cold noodle with vinaigrette was a bit anemic on the meat shavings, perhaps would’ve gone with normal menu if the specials had hardly any meat.
Good place for quick meal at lunchtime.
T.
I haven’t been here for a wail, but remembered the reason I always back. The menu slightly changed but totally worth it 😍. I ordered Tantán noodle and my partner prawn tempura ramen. The broth so reach with mix of beautiful cooked protein and touch of freshness. Amaaaziing!!!
L.
Most awesome noodle soup ever, great for lunch. Take someone that can't eat that much & you get even more 😉
L.
Delicious noodles and great services, reasonable prices, definitely a place I would suggest to my friends.
Y.
Really appreciate the new vegan menu!
My partner loves this restaurant he isn't a vegan so it's great to know there is a place where we both get something to eat!
J.
Good ramen.not the best I have had.plain soup
m.
Friendly staff, fast service, clean space and most of all their ramen has generous amount of meat. Definitely will go back
J.
Best inexpensive Japanese food I have encountered in Auckland. $10 for a decent ramen
G.
This place actually use to be really good. However, all of a sudden, their menu changed, the ramen became oilly, salty, and tastless 😢. Regarless, the staff is very friendly. It's just a shame that their ramen is not worth its cost anymore. I'll still come back though, but rather have their donburi's and/or side dishes.
J.
Great place to eat Japanese food for a reasonable price and staff are friendly.
C.
Busy Japanese Ramen place. Quality of food and variety of menu are good for me and I am happy to recommend to others as well.
Price range is good for students and whoever has lightened pocket and thin wallet . Enjoy it.
A.
Great prices. Amazing sashimi and seafood tomato ramen!
H.
My son loved the tonkotsu soup and I enjoyed miso ramen. Spicy shio ramen was bit too spicy for my daughter but she finished. We all enjoyed the pork on the ramen.
J.
I got the mentatz Ramen and it was packed with flavor the pork was melt in your mouth soft and the broth was thick and flavorful 11 out of 10 for me
S.
Good cheap prices but quality was lacking in some items. The chashu tonkotsu ramen had a very strong pork taste in the broth that was a bit off putting, and the chashu itself was not slices but variously sized chunks of pork. This was possibly due to coming in at almost 9pm on a Sunday. The fried chicken on the other hand and the spicy dry ramen were tasty. Good portion sizes for all items too.
J.
Awesome thanks busy busy 😀
Ramen noodles in its simplest form is Chinese wheat noodles in soup broth. Although introduced originally from China, Japan has created an entire cult-like obsession making ramen anything but simple.
In Japan, ramen shops and ramen making are considered a culinary art and Japanese people line up for hours to try a bowl made by a master ramen chef. Some ramen restaurants are so popular, there are line-ups hours before the shop is even open.
Ramen in Japan is also quite diverse with different kinds of broths, toppings and noodle styles as well as regional variations. Different areas, cities, and even shops have their own twist on ramen preparation and ingredients making each ramen experience different and unique.
I.
Great food and decent prices. A $10 bowl of katsu don will be more than enough for one person, and their ramen servings are huge. The staff all friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant feels genuine and authentic.
J.
Large variety of rice-based and ramen dishes to choose from. The ramen I got was packed with different ingredients, flavor, and (along with most other dishes) was relatively cheap. It's quite difficult to get a seat there, as its popularity exceeds its capacity during lunch hours, but if you have the time then this is a great place to eat.
D.
To start off with, the food is very affordable! You get a huge bowl of Ramen for 9-10 NZD. Their rice bowls can be dry though and the ramen a bit too salty. My personal favorite is the Takoyaki! Crisp and perfectly cooked. Great value for uni students.
B.
True Japanese restaurant, even the staff is Japanese. They offer delicious ramen noodle dishes. I think it is one of the best I’ve tasted. Location is great since you’re in the heart of the city you can stumble into it will exploring downtown Auckland.
D.
Seriously good ramen, better than some of the higher price options.
Very friendly staff.
Bonus for beer options !!!
i.
yummy yummy 🍣🍥🍜🍙🥙🍡🍢🍵
Teriyaki chicken egg rice bowld delicious ^ ^
N.
Great service and food. They make their own broth which adds a lot of flavour. Sitting at the bar in front of the kitchen is a real Japanese experience!
O.
Great atmosphere and cleanliness, but weird ramen: gooey and with strong taste of pork broth, unpleasant aftertaste
D.
Amazing value for the taste and food portions. I ordered the Miso Ramen and enjoyed it, and my friend liked her Chashumen as well. I'll definitely come with an emptier stomach next time to try their dumplings!
A.
Staff are friendly and quite attentive. Price are pocket friendly, with generous portion size and taste yummy too. Decor is nice and calming though feels a little bit dark. If you seat at the front part of the restaurant the hustle and bustle of the street can distract. Parking is very challenging to find, especially on weekend and during the busy times.
S.
I've been here a couple of times. I liked the food here and they are reasonably priced. I'm not really bothered if the food is authenic japanese or not (cause I honestly wouldn't know). I love this place because atmosphere and service have been consistently great each time. I think most of the staff here are also Japanese, and have been very pleasant. There was once where we asked why the restaurant was called Mentatz, and one senior staff member came all the way to our table to explain to us the name's meaning and origin. It's also quite a convenient spot in the city center to meet up over dinner. I would come back again.
J.
Excellent price... very affordable these days how you can eat a true Japanese food (not Korean run Japanese place .. No offense to the Koreans) just wanting to eat food made by the country of origin. .. $10 for most of the Dons e.g katsudon, but I like the miso katsudon and ramen most are $10... but do be there early as it's limited space as there are a lot of people eating there... you won't be disappointed and you will experience full Japanese culture as all waiters and waitresses and chefs speaks in Japanese to each other
Y.
Visited again today (mostly dinner place for family day every weekend sometimes) and they have launched the brand new combo, mini BBQ don + any kind of Raman…. BBQ don is a bit too salty, soup of Raman about too thick, and lost the garlic flavor in the soup. But most of the rest still the good old Mentatz it used to be.
T.
What was once a legend is now only in memory.
Budget cut on what was already relatively cheap food was the worst choice. Getting rid of pork on the most popular menu was big mistake. The sauce changed. It's just not as great anymore. I cannot believe how the legend has fallen.
Z.
Cannot go wrong with value for money at this place. Most mains range between $7-$13 for a fairly large sized bowl of ramen or donburi. Not a fancy restaurant but really good considering the location and the price!
A.
Strange but amazing and fairly priced alcoholic beverages. Polite staff, fairly quick service. Always more food than you need and tastes great for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit on a rainy day when you need some ramen to warm you up
J.
The food is nice. It was the service that let them down. They seemed to not notice us despite having shown us to our table. It took quite some time to get their attention with one of the wait staff more intent on polishing their picture frames than serving patrons in the lunch hour. But once that was sorted out the food was very nice amd it came out quickly.
K.
love the traditional japanese vibe when you eat at the bar. something about all the servers and cooks talking in japanese makes me feel like I'm actually in japan.
it gets a bit warm when you sit at the bar since you feel the heat from the kitchen but it's a nice way to get toasty if there's a cold winter chill outside.
i had the tonkatsu ramen and it costed me just 9nzd; very affordable considering I'm a student. The broth was so rich, i loved it! i am a person who loves the taste of garlic and this dish had that scrumptious essence in every sip of the soup. noodles were cooked just right not too soft that they seem soggy and not too raw that it's still crunchy. the pork had so much flavor in every bite i couldn't help but savor every bit of it. my only complaint is i wish i could ask for more nori, the other half of the hardboiled egg and a few more slices of pork.
i will definitely come back!
S.
Great if you are looking for standard Japanese food for a cheap price. Gets real busy and they dont take reservations so timing is key. I don't recommend the tempura ramen but I do recommend the miso katsu don.
H.
Mentatz is place that any uni student would have gone to at least once.
Boasting a cheap menu and large portions of food it's easy to see why it's packed full of people lunch or dinner every day of the week.
The menu covers everything you'd want from a quick eat Japanese restaurant, and they do everything on that menu well. They don't really excel in any area but you're guaranteed for a pleasant meal.
Tip:
Seating in here isn't the best, especially if you get a table below near the door. You'll need to try extra hard to get service as the waiters are extremely busy running from one end to another.
C.
Great place to eat. Prices are amazing, not overly expensive and the food is tasty. The service is also top notch. What is preventing this place from getting a perfect 5 is the location. Parking can be an issue for those who want to drive here to eat. But other than that, there's nothing bad I can say about this place.
K.
Tried the new britomart branch tonight, and we were pleasantly surprised! The sashimi was fresh and delicious, siu mai were good quality meat and very tasty, the karaage chicken was served in two different varieties, the cornflake crumbed one was especially good - my partner the self proclaimed karaage connoisseur was impressed. The star of the show for us was the wagyu beef special, it was perfectly cooked and served with the most delicious smoky pumpkin I’ve ever had.
The restaurant itself needs a little work, kind of seemed like the startup budget didn’t have room for much decor etc. yet but don’t let it put you off, the food quality was close to fine dining standards and a little refinement through the establishment would get it there.
C.
This place has been long running ramen place to go for cheap and good feed,,
A.
Sooo delicious! Had the Nanban and Takoyaki. If only I had a bigger stomach I'd just keep eating and eating! Staff are fantastic, service fast! Perfect!
P.
Men Tatz is so much more than their ramen. They have an epic selection of dishes! I'm partial to their Garlic Mussels and Fried Calamari (which go down really well with an Asahi dry) but their sashimi is delicious too! Good portion sizes, reasonably priced but you maybe subject to a small wait as this place gets busy really quickly!
C.
So impressed with this place. Great staff, great atmosphere. An extensive menu with pictures of everything. The three entrees and two meals we had were absolutely delicious and ridiculously cheap.
J.
The ramen is good but nothing special. I had the ship ramen with chicken broth. The soup is very tasty and not too salty which I had a lot of ramen in the US with salty soup. The price and the portion match.
M.
Great ramen at affordable prices. The atmosphere is really nice too. I'd personally pick Genzui over Mentatz, but Mentatz does come a close second. You won't be disappointed eating here.
C.
Wonderful Japanese Ramen restaurant with perfect snack. I will go their again
R.
I absolutely love this place. Choose anything from the menu and you will not be disappointed. Depending on the time of day you come, it can get quite busy. Seating can be a bit cramped, but that's not a problem if the food is excellent.
J.
This place is so awesome. Foods are very delicious and the price is so affordable. Big servings too.. this place is must visit. :-)
I.
Always a great choice for a meal. Inexpensive, large servings, very tasty.
Great for a ~$10 student lunch / dinner.
G.
Flavour is just sweet, Mentatz Ramen.
D.
Great Japanese place. Going here for years now and it's always good. Good prices too. Can get busy at dinner time.
L.
One of the best Japanese restaurants in town. The ramen is delicious and so well priced. Staff are always friendly and the service is great.
R.
I absolutely love this place. Choose anything from the menu and you will not be disappointed. Depending on the time of day you come, it can get quite busy. Seating can be a bit cramped, but that's not a problem if the food is excellent.
S.
I find the Don is a bit boring. Maybe the chicken katsu I had is somewhat soggy and soft.
T.
had the mentatz ramen, the soup was so oily..but overall taste good
J.
I really like this place. It has a good atmosphere. There is often jazz playing, and sitting near the entrance when it's raining is super cozy. Plus the food is tasty and pretty filling for the price (cheaper than Renkon).
G.
Hands down the best ramen in Auckland! Can be a bit packed at peak times, and I wouldn't recommend their non-ramen dishes as highly as the ramen. Great value for money, delicious, and quick service.
A.
Really great atmosphere and amazing ramen. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheap eats in the city.
A.
Very atmospheric bar and Ramen cafe. We got Takeaways, which were nice and tasty.
M.
If you want good cheap food, this is the place to be. Ramen is super cheap and tasty. Has a wide range of other Japanese meals and tapas. Highly Recommend.
J.
Great food at a great price. Always fresh and big portions. My go to is Salmon Sashimi, Teriyaki Chicken Ramen and Hot House Sake. Yum.
D.
Quality and taste guaranteed!
S.
Perfectly average ramen. The noodles are a bit undercooked and the service egg was too firm. Nice and cheap spot nonetheless.
T.
I used to be a huge fan of this place when it first opened but sadly the quality of the food has gone down hill. My friends and I have felt ill twice now after eating there. I no longer feel comfortable getting food there.
o.
Not the best ramen available but worth the money
Things to note:
It gets pretty crowded and cramped in peak hours
Ramen may be a bit undercooked
The ramen soup can be quite salty
P.
Great place for awesome ramen. Easily one of the best ramen I've had in a while. Staff is friendly and efficient. And service is relatively quick.
E.
Fast service, food arrived quickly. Good yummy food for a good cheap price!! Decent protions. I bought 1 main and 3 sides for only $28. Mains mostly $10.
A.
The cheap price, variety and quality of the food is great with actual Japanese people unlike most Japanese restaurants. Although the tables are a bit small for 3-4 people
M.
Nice place, no spice in the ramen, but I am used to spicy so that's my fault. Staff were great and the beer was cold.
M.
One of my favourite Japanese restaurant in Auckalnd to go to get Japanese ramen and donburi. My favourite dishes are Miso ramen and Chashu-men.
Y.
Great ramen and other Japanese dishes at a good price point. It's usually quite busy at night, but the wait is never long.
W.
If you love pork belly you must try the kakuni (braised pork belly) don or ramen. It's amazing!!
J.
Great service. Delicious food.
C.
One of the best tasting ramen I've ever tasted.
J.
Tonkatsu ramen was good but not the best tasting I have had. Meat portion was also less than I've had.
I.
Always a great choice for a meal. Inexpensive, large servings, very tasty.
Great for a ~$10 student lunch / dinner.
T.
Tonkatsu Ramen was good! Highlight of the restaurant. Fast friendly service. Fried chicken side was good but nothing amazing
D.
Great Japanese place. Going here for years now and it's always good. Good prices too. Can get busy at dinner time.
K.
Good food fast service. Nothing bad about it ever. Revisit again and again
J.
Before the new menu was implemented, this restaurant was one of my top restaurant picks, but after they changed their menu, personally the food didn't taste like back in the days. I less frequently dine here nowdays.
B.
Very nice noodle 🍜
V.
Best Ramen in the auckland CBD area...friendly staff with good service...crowded but the internal space is small...overall not bad...highly recommmend seafood ramen...
N.
Good value and a warming meal. Though why the main door remained open all the time on a winter's night I don't know.
M.
Very good Ramen experience!
김.
good place to eat japanese food. but i dont want to recommend you if want to eat real japanese food. exclude ramens. ramens were soooo nice like eating in Japan
k.
Ramen was on point and the tempura were massive!!
J.
This place is so awesome. Foods are very delicious and the price is so affordable. Big servings too.. this place is must visit. :-)
D.
Great cheap Japanese food. Food is great quality and you get a lot for what you pay for. Highly recommend any of the dons.
A.
The best price and taste in NZ (Ramen)
L.
Great value for money, can get a large meal for ~$10. Staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. Would recommend 👍
J.
I felt in love with the food... so delicious, 100% recommended
L.
Cheap Prices, Loved the atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed the food and the friendliness and Team work of the staff and the way they showcased their culture!
B.
LOve it, been going here for almost a decade. Highly recommend their Miso Katsu Don, absolutely delicious. Always busy as they are so cheap.
M.
The best Japanese restaurant ever! The dishes really big! Recommend 100%
a.
Very delicious tonkutsu ramen, get a generous portion.
A.
There was a huge queue outside, we thought that the place must be good. However, the food wasn't great. The service was ok. Went there twice and decided to never do it again 😀
J.
Ramen is ok. $8 hot sake? Yes, please.
L.
Good price and food
J.
Excellent Japanese Ramen bar. Same location for many years and lots of loyal customers
R.
Japanese food on the cheap. Can get busy and they did give my meal to the wrong table, however the staff was very apologetic and I received my meal shortly after.
A.
Looking for cheap and cheerful this is the place, expect to see your meal very soon after you order. I just wish it was cleaner and tables and chairs where less sticky.
J.
My regular spot for a great lunch. I wouldn't keep coming back if the place wasn't great 😁
M.
One of the greats amongst Japanese quisine in Auckland City. Efficiency and quality in the meals are high.
A.
It was so lively and the atmosphere was just perfect to eat. However there can be more vegetarian foods
j.
Nice ramen. Good portion size, worth a visit.
A.
While it is more expensive after change of ownership but it tastes so much better. LOVE IT!
T.
My favourite ramen spot in the city! Amazing service and well priced
R.
Friendly staff offering good service at a comfortable night time ramen stop.
F.
Amazing food and atmosphere, if you like ramen then this is the place to visit!
A.
Ramen is way too salty. Could use less salt. Tables are too close to each other so customers are basically yelling at each other.
S.
