People can dine in and should scan a code on the table to order online. We had a whole chicken with 2 large sides. The hot sauce for the whole chicken was delicious. Peri peri kumara chips and corn on the cob with butter were tasty too. Just the corn cobs and some parts of the chicken were burned, so tasted bitter… But fast service though.

Very good BBQ chicken with their own special chilly sauce. Nice and clean environment.

Inside Seating very cluttered, hard to move through with everyone seated. I had the Espetada duo which was ok wasn't very hot periperi chips were nice & hot.

This was my first time having Nando's and am not disappointed! Four of us went for a midweek dinner here and decided the best option was to get s share platter between us all. Would definitely recommend this option if you want a sample of a few things and not pay more as individuals. All up i think we paid around 70 or just under for the platter and a bottled drink each. Not too bad considering how good the food was. Can honestly say i will be back to try anything qith their delicious bbq sauce on! Our chicken was cooked to perfection, chips crispy and service was very fast. Will be back again for sure to try more from the menu.

Chicken did taste good. There is free drinking water. There is also a range of sauce, you can choose from the level of hotness. The seats are comfortable. This is not a place for vegetarians. My vegetarian pita tasted like paper served with sauce. I had to wait around 10-15 min for the food to get served which is normal. This is a snack joint. The proportions are small.

Came in here to have dinner before going to a movie at the Hollywood Avondale . The restaurant was clean and tidy . The staff were attentive. The meal came promptly and was nice .

Absolutely happy with this place the most helpful cook/customer service rep young middle Eastern looking definitely needs a pay rise and the lady with the pink hair absoulte gems you have working there

This particular nandos was totally awesome. Especially after the recent Renovations this place looks really beautifully. The ambiance and decor was lovely. The staff was also nice. It was totally packed when we went. The food was nicely presented and seemed fresh. The only thing was that the parking was hard to find. Still great experience and highly recommended.

I always come or order from here because they sell Fresh and delicious chicken and peri chips. The girl of the checkout is amazing, I hope her manager knows it!!! Good service in general.

Great food@ New Lynn,small portions,chicken cooked perfect and hot chips delicious-we got there late so the dine in area was rather dirty,toilet walls abit gross,but the service (girl with the turquoise hair*U are an amazing server!!,and we observed you were doing all the cleaning up,plus answering phones etc)and we do apologize for staying late and laughing so loud!!!!Would go again,maybe not so late.

One of the local favourites. Chicken is cooked well and juicy and hot sauce as yummy as expected from Nandos. Need to order at counter like many other stores and food is delivered to your table. Much more parking available in the basement if you cant find a park up top. This joint's toilet still relatively clean, but could be better. Tables should be cleaned with cleaner or disinfectant as flies are everywhere.

Very busy but we'll worth the wait

New decor looks much better than their previous one. Staff are good and know their menu. I've done takeaways mostly from here but each time I've come they've had a reasonable amount of customers, a family atmosphere. The food as as expected from Nandos, the flavours are all there. Sometimes the size of the pieces are not consistent but then I can't blame a chicken for not being symmetrical! Edit been back tonight (20/03/22) and taste was the same deliciousness but they didn't have tenders of some of the other chicken options. Looks like they were limited to the standard chicken pieces - 1/4,1/2 etc

Great amount of sauce added to the chicken. I love Nandos. It’s always good when there’s enough sauce and juice over the chicken. Bonus points for getting our order correct and not forgetting anything in our takeaway.

The food was better than I came last time!

Excellent staff. They cooked our chickens to perfection in record time. I'm pretty sure it took about 8 minutes. I'm not really sure how you can flame grill a chicken in 8 minutes but it's pretty impressive. Minus one star for too much sunlight coming in through the window straight at my eyes. I wish they had blinds or netting at least.

One of the better Nandos around Auckland. We drive here from Henderson bc the service is good, the food comes out fast and they don't mess up our order. A++

Food & staff were the same as other Nando's, but the environment was definitely not as good. Small, draughty & not as comfortable. 2 for environment, 4 for the rest. Gluten free options available.

I usually go to the one in New Lynn and its so good. And pretty much always have the baby back ribs. They are so juicy. Love the sauce they are cooked in. And i like spicy stuff so i mix the hot sauce they provide as well. Have also tried Paella and found it a little dry. But its good. I am never disappointed with the ribs. Keep the good work going guys.

Yum but extra hot is not hot for me. Extra hot tastes sour and spicy. Tender is good half of grilled chicken is cheaper than 1/4. Free water. Many sauces provide and you can take it from spices counter to your table. Grilled chicken is very good smell from coal. Must try. ***Press Like 👍 if helpful, Thank you ***

If you're looking for decent hot / spicy chicken this is a good place to go. Service is good and I cant ever recall having a bad experience here out of the multiple times I've been. The longest I've had to wait is about 15 minutes for my burger and fries or my chicken tenderloins, however this is due to being very busy some nights. Nevertheless always a good meal.

Very small dining area. Good service. Good to see that the cooking is visible from cashier. Very limited parking though 15 July: went there yesterday and found out they dont accept cash which was annoying.

Fantastic decor .. nice art work went well with the whole place. Different table and chair seatings which was good. Also out door seating if you prefer. The place was clean and tidy. A suggestion would be for the staff or sign to tell you to take a seat and you will be tended to..or order at the counter then sit down..stood there waiting and looking for some clues to indicate what to do. The food i ordered was very tasty and enjoyed the rice quarter chicken and garlic wraps.Toilets available wheel chair access.

Newly done up. Gives it a whole new dining experience. Staff were helpful as always. They were missing the new "three pepper" sauce that every other Nando's branch has. The staff didn't even have any idea about it's existence which was the only negative on the night.

Very small outlet but the it tastes the same as any other Nandos. I didn't like the ambience much but it can be a personal choice. Decent parking space around. Staff is courteous. Good place to enjoy some chicken after shopping at the mall.

Just renovated or something. So looks nicer. The salad was disappointing as the half the leaves were damaged and brown. The chicken as usual at high quality and tasty. Staff seemed friendly.

This branch always provide you hot and crispy burgers. I have tried many other branches where you get a cold food. I always love there garlic bread and cheese.

Very buzy with uber eats so I felt not too much attention for customers present. But could have been due to my time of visit, must have been a buzy period for them. Otherwise it was okay and food was good.

To get someone answer the phone is a nightmare. Its the same excuse "We are busy". So what is the point in having a phone no., on the website? Thats one side. The full chicken we ordered today (21/06/2019) was horrible, half cooked and tasted nothing like Nandos. Two of us could not finish even half the chicken. Very poor service and uncooked food. Extremely unhappy with the food served.

This New Lynn Nando Chicken offer one of the top customer service in Auckland. Staff are friendly and helpful. My family and I come here almost every other week, if not more often! Food is delicious and served promptly. Ample of partk lots next to the restaurant and a few on side of main trunk road. The cooking is just like mom's cooking, no kidding! Highly recommended to all for good meals with conducive environment.

don't know whats up with the shitty reviews are for waiting times, if you go on a saturday at 8pm, yeah they will be busy and it'll take a bit more time, its a restaurant AND a takeaway. pro tip: i usually order before i leave home, i get there, food is ready to eat either for dine in or for pick up. just gotta be smart about it.

Had the superfuel salad, mix salad wasn't fresh, but chicken tenders are excellent and pita bread microwaved so kinda chewy. Wouldn't recommend the salad.
