Absolutely yummy Food and wonderful staff. The Lady on the desk is very Friendly and always goes out of her way to help as much as she can do. I love their food and especially the coconut jelly it's the 👌 best. My Husband and I were introduced to this Restaurant by a Dear Friend of ours and we recommend this Restaurant to anyone who interested in Chinese YumChar Food or anything similar. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants decent Chinese meal.

The menu is quite extensive with lots of traditional Hong Kong chinese dishes. Place was quite full so I would recommend booking on the weekends. Decor: simple and traditional, no frills really. Watch the floors - could be slippery when it's a wet day outside.

Great price and taste for yum cha and ala carte. Staff also helpful. Underrated! It's one of the best yum cha in Auckland although parking is a bit tricky when it's busy.

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in Auckland. Big menu to choose from, delicious authentic flavours, generous portions and very reasonable prices. The restaurant is also very spacious, tidy and pleasant and the hygiene looks to be excellent. Staff are very polite and attentive.

Get in before midday for Yum Char otherwise you'll miss out on a table unless you've booked. Fast, efficient service, delicious! I'm definitely going back. Make sure you park in the designated spots otherwise you'll get clamped.

Best yum cha experience I've had im NZ so far! Staff is super friendly - especially since I'm so used to much grumpier, sometimes even plain rude waiters at chinese restaurants. I'm hardly used anymore to words like "good morning" or "thank you" or "welcome". Everyone spoke English, or at least tried their hardest. The food was good. Not the absolute best I've tasted, but very enjoyable all the same, especially combined with the overall positive experience and decent pricing. Would recomend to anyone who asks! Only make sure to come early or book on weekends. It does get busy.

Great for Yum Cha Lunch or a full dinner. Do not be deterred if you are the only white face in there. The food is amazing and they can usually find you a server who speaks English to help you navigate the menu.

New chef? Food is very good. Personal favourites are the siu mai, char siu bau and prawn chive dumplings. The dumplings were crisp to the bite. Flavourful but not overly so. Not too salty, not too spicy or peppery. Perfect for Cantonese palates. Only disappointment was the salty egg custard bun, which was too sweet.

We've visited the spot a few times in the past. It is a strange location that you see restaurant opens and then closes real fast. We've tried its predecessors a few times and they were no where near good. We've seen No. 1 BBQ's name sitting there for a while now and finally decided to try dinner there for my dad's birthday. The food was yummy and in generous amount, seafood fresh, not too much salt as other Chinese restaurants we visited. We also tried a yum cha dish and it is impressive. We will definitely visit again to try the yum cha. If not for the hideous carpet I would love to rate a 5.

Great dimsum place, always tasty but it's a bit hard to make reservations there over the phone. Parking is a bit of a pain also.

I'd say this restaurant is one of finest Yumcha restaurants on the shore but today was quite disappointing since there were only limited choices of dishes which kept on going round and round as if they were waiting to get picked up by hungry customers.
