It's the second time that I went to get beef burger but was told to get Chicken burger instead. Logic given to me was that it will take 5mins to get chicken one else I have to wait 20 mins for beef burger. Seems like the guys at the counter are time merchants. Love the taste though.

The burgers are delicious and beautifully made. Plus it only cost 7.50 - 9. Great value for money. I only speak for the mexican & satay angus, honey & hawaiian chicken burgers though. Have not tried the other things in their menu. Will definitely go back and try the other ones. Place looks squeeky clean too.

The kebab was nice to eat and it is also good to by a small size @ $5. However, you have to ignore their large menu shown on the outside of the shop. For example, it seems they do not sell Angus hamburgers. And despite advertising that you can choose your veg filling, they tell you "so anything you don't want" to be fair they were busy, but I felt they are very abrupt (can't be bothered with you) I have used them three or four times, each time the same. Also, I advise you to eat it over a plate as they don't fold over the end and a bit liquid. As for me I prefer places that offer pleasant service. But you can not complain about price,

The customer service however 😒👎 I understand that they get busy here, but if they can't keep up with the demand maybe they could cut out their uber eats service?? A delight for the senses... On my recent trip to Auckland, New Zealand I had a chance to eat at this fast food diner, and was so glad that I did. I used to only come here for dinner but now they’ve introduced the new Belgian Waffles for as cheap as $3, used to go somewhere else for desert but now i can order in store, quick and easy. I got promoted this June and I gave treat to my best friends at “NZ Kebabs Sensational Chicken” that’s in Mt Roskill. From their Family Meals section of the menu, I ordered Party Pack which was so affordably priced at just $39.99. The Party Pack contained 5 thighs, 5 drums, 5 wings, large chips and two large 1.5L soft drink bottles! The quantity was wholesome and the quality was awesome! Chicken was so soft and delicious, chips were so fresh and crispy and the soft drinks were so icy chilled! It was such a mouthwatering experience, at the same time soul satisfying. Ambience of the restaurant is great and is a very neat and hygienic place to enjoy yummy food. Services are also pretty quick, as they have a well trained staff too. To sum up, “NZ Kebabs Sensational Chicken” at Mt Roskill is the best place to party with family & friends and is therefore highly recommended. Go for it today!

This is a new spot that people may not know of they have been opened for awhile and there menu fried chicken, kebabs, burgers are a great combination and execution. They are located on the top of Mt Roskill shops and have to say not bad at all, pricing is great and meal offers are a good buy in the fried chicken selection.Have to say there chicken is not as greasy as KFC, has a great taste to it. Kids love there Kebabs. Burger meal was also good though a little more salad would be great. Not much parking on the main road but if you have not tried there menu if you are passing you may be surprised. Only one draw back and that's the wait time for your order to come but if you are patience you will be glad you waited and there chips are great. They have cubicles to seat and tables and chairs. Not bad for NZ Kebabs. Customer Service is ok as some of the boys are not clear in speaking but don't let that deter you from trying there menu. You need to repeat your order and as they give you an ordering receipt you can double check your order. This may be a franchise outlet as they have 4 in Auckland area competing against the likes of KFC, Texas chicken where they have there secret sauce recipes but if you are wanting to try a new menu selection and fried chicken if passing Mt Roskill why not. Clean area a few couches needing recover or patch up still you are able to sit. They also have phone orders that may suit you. Would visit again desserts was waffles did not try but will on next visit.
