Love this place especially the spicy stuff. Huge servings too. Pre-pandemic we had a small gathering here and it did not cost much. Would definitely come back here. There a lot more food waiting to be tasted. I love the innards and fish cuisines more than the noodles though. Highly recommended.

We went to Panda Restaurant recently to give it a try. We had been told it was the same owner as Kuai Dian Eatery in Newmarket (which we had really enjoyed!) so thought this place was worth a shot. We tried multiple different dishes and loved every one of them. These included Dan Dan Noodles, Steamed Pork Buns, Sichuan Chili Oil Dumplings, Bobo Chicken, Stir Fry Cauliflower and Pork, Mapo Tofu, Kung-Pao Chicken and Dry Fried Green Beans. My personal favourites were the Bobo Chicken, Mapo Tofu and the Dan Dan Noodles. I highly recommend these three in particular, but again, everything was great! All dishes here were really reasonably priced and it was great quality food. The staff were attentive and service was excellent. You should definitely give this restaurant a try if you’re looking for a good Sichuan Chinese restaurant.

Sichuan chilli dumplings are heaven!! I now order more than one container. Seriosly, those are the best dumplings in the world! Also, staff over there are lovely, super helpful on the phone. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

A strong effort. Panda restaurant certainly features a charming and bright interior. Not for the lack of effort, but it seems to on the verge of being "overdesigned". Outside signage should also be improved. My family was also unsure if the place was still open. Toilets are clean and the Service staff are friendly and accomadating. They also speak mandarin and English as far as I can tell. WiFi is available. Pricing is average for the area. Food wise: Braised pork is okay... The pork is tasty, but a tiny bit on the tough side. It is also a bit drier than I had wished. The Sichuan dumping and wanton are a mixed bag. The skin is really wonderful and I quite like the filling. However the sauce is really weird. I found myself drowning it in vinegar to make it more plalatable. Fried dumplings' skin and texture are great. The filling falls a bit flat, lacking a bit of character.

Polite staff with delicious Sichuan dumplings and braised pork noodles. The dumplings were more to the “sweet” than to a “hot spicy” taste. Restaurant had varieties of food and beverages to choose from. Has a family friendly atmosphere presented with detailed interior designed themes of pandas and Sichuan/China. Note the hot spiciness of Sichuan exists in their food limited to the chilli pics next to its name on the menu. :)

Friendly staff n very clean place are appropriate. I also like the plants n bowels all ceramic, (not plastics - hygiene issue arise). We dined in at a busy Saturday lunch time, 1pm. The place was packed n there were so many families. Food came a bit slow cos of the peak time, which we expected so no problem. I ordered 5 dumplings n jery desert. They were alright, a little bit light flavour than I like them to be. Dumpling seemed to be a bit small to me. The menu always looks better, lol. Though, I would like to try some other menus next time only because friendly staff n clean table n space.

Probably one of my favourite Chinese restaurants, fresh ingredients made with care and love. Pork buns are sooo juicy and tasty, taste a lot like what my grandma used to make! Twice cooked pork is a winner too 🌟 Sweet and sour tenderloin is so delicious, has a nice crunchiness!

After 5 weeks of lock down, finally able to order some awesome authentic Chinese foods. The meat and veggie buns are amazing, both of my boys fight over them. The Chilli Chicken is my favorite, crispy and flavorful. Not to mention the Browns Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake, always order this as a dessert after a satisfying meal. But honestly, one of things that make me go back again and again is the great customer service there. The people there are super friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. A great spot in the heart of Browns Bay. The decor is fantastic. There's little panda figurines and chopstick holders which are really cute! The servers are really friendly and helpful. There's free WiFi, and you get a free drink if you give an honest review, which is really kind of them. My only complaint is that it gets a little sunny if you're sitting near the outside in the afternoon. E: stick to their signature dishes, because everything else looked good, but did not taste good.

What a great little find in Brown’s Bay! Strolled in here looking for something new for dinner and my oh my. Their cuisine is wonderful. Very surprised at how empty the place was! My favourite is the fried dumplings, duck noodle soup and their fried pork buns. All affordable and super tasty.

Very nice spartan decor, clean, very good council health rating. We were the first to arrive at 12:15 for lunch. The staff are friendly and speak good English. By 12:45 the restaurant had filled almost three-quarters up with diners, most of whom appeared to he Han Chinese: a good sign in a Chinese restaurant. The sweet and sour pork I ordered for $25 was a HUGE serving, most of which I took home to have as my later dinner. The staff had no problems packaging my leftovers for later consumption. I am looking forward to trying their battered fried chicken next time we visit, and we will as this was an enjoyable, delicious experience.

This is the most authentic and real Chinese restaurants with brilliant service and fantastic food - take this from someone that has lived in China for a long time .... My wife and I has been frequenting the restaurant for the past two years and this is a hidden gem and absolutely well worth the effort to visit. Brilliant restaurant in one of my favorite suburbs- Browns Bay. We tried it for the first time this weekend and it was fabulous. The menu provides variety and the food is excellent and so is the service by the sweet girl. Sweet spicy tangy savoury, you name it and they have it. Not the typical Chinese takeaway style but gourmet style.

Nice enough. Service was fairly slow (the staff were focused on cleaning up tables, so it took almost 30 minutes for them to come back and take our orders). Food was good-ish (although it felt more Cantonese than Sichuan). Clean, and friendly staff. One down side is that it is really noisy. There are no soft surfaces in the restaurant, and so every conversation seems to echo around. It's obviously extremely popular with the locals - perhaps we didn't catch them at their best.

Popped in as it is a newly open restaurant and we were craving for steamed pork bun. The internal decoration and service is super nice. We ordered steamed pork bun first, its not genuine steamed pork bun and 外皮 is way too thick and it’s 发面的。after checked out it’s reviews, we found it is Sichuan cuisine, therefore we order the Sichuan Dan Dan noodle. It looks nice, but tastes very dry.

The best Sichuan restaurant ever. Tried many places which are named ‘Sichuan cuisine ‘ but that’s fake Sichuan flavor actually. Only panda restaurant is owned and operated by Sichuan people so this is the reason why only this place is so famous and advocatesd by many local people. Love here and will come back definitely.
