Went to get some keke puaas because I remember their keke puaas being soo good and moist.. Even the meat was delicious. However the keke puaas I purchased a few days ago were dry... And the meat was dry also. Ended up throwing away the rest as it didn't taste good. I don't know may it was a different chef

Freshly made food that tastes great and awesome service! I usually buy their pork buns and their deep fried buns filled with sweet coconut cream.

Nothing like the tastes of home! Went through on arrival into Auckland and found Keke Pua'a and Panikeke ready for breakfast consumption! Great hospitality and good service! All mixed with the beautiful flavors of home 💙

Their fried coconut buns are nom nom nom Didn't have time to take a photo cos I scoffed it 😅🤦‍♀️

My Mum lives in Avondale and catches the bus to visit this place and gave me a recommendation to visit and try your food..whata you know the best Coconut and German buns and Keke pua'a, the texture of the dough is soft not too oiling and not too sweet just the right balance👌 and the lady maybe the owner, absolutely delightful. Thank you for your beautiful service. Definitely recommended to everyone just like mum said🌺🤗

Beautiful people, and cheap pork buns at the moment, but as one said sometimes the taste or quality is different sometimes. Either way I like to have a snack there definitely need more things there. But they do well enough with what they have. Bless

Pork Bun was disgusting, was basically like a gross meatball in dough, unfortunately they don't make it the way they used to. Service was good (as always), lamb bun was tasty, chow mein was pretty average but the coconut bun (German donut where the coconut is replaced with creamy coconut cream sauce) was my fave. Would only recommend the donuts and coconut bun here.

Everyone loves the keke pua'a (pork buns) here but they always run out!! The desserts are quite nice (German buns, and coconut sauce or chocolate drizzled donuts) with crispy outside and fluffy inside but are very greasy and heavy

Surprisingly enough, the traditional buns our people makes is pretty good and is one of a few places I know that makes em. They have potential to thrive more as a business since they have customers and upgrade the place as they have enough space to make it more family orientated, but until then it's a 3 star. They have potential!!!

I love their pork buns but the round coconut cream buns that we got were heavy and under cooked. I ended up throwing them away and I got 5. Will definitely go there just to buy the pork buns

Always gives yummy plain donuts, but they've changed the price on them now, and sell the donuts for 50cents(and they've made it a bit bigger). I think it use to be 5 small donuts for $1? Wish if they could bring it back.

Friendly service PLUS the richest and tastiest pork buns ever. Met Moira who told me the pork bun recipe has been in their family for generations. Highly recommend to pick up a lamb or a pork bun when in Otahuhu.

This place is hit or miss. Some days the food can be awesome, other days it's poorly made. Customer service is lacking and the inside still looks run down.
