Not great, I had ordered my pizzas online and when I went to go pick them up they said I never ordered them, then they checked all receipts attached to the ready pizzas and found my order but then they told me to pay for it but it was already pre-paid so I had to bring up my online receipt, that took probably 8 minutes that's a long time. Then when I got back one of my pizzas was the wrong pizza and all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. But they did redeem theirs elves with an abundant of toppings which was absolutely amazing but maybe a bit too much tomato paste, customer service 6/10 can't blame them they are probably new and barely know much. Pizzas 7/10 only if they hadn't given me the wrong pizza and toppings stuck to the box it would be a 9/10

The pizzas I got were very tasty but unfortunately they were very oily and a bit soggy. Haven't had pizza hut in a very long time and don't plan on having it again in a hurry. Although it wasn't te best pizza I've ever had it was yum and had loads of toppings. I didn't remember to take any photos as I wasn't eating at home. The pizzas we got were hawaiian, cheesey, satay chicken, and garlic shrimp.

Delicious, hot, tasty pizza loaded with exactly what is advertised and with quick and friendly service with a smile! Cheers for that! Seeing a smiley customer service person after a hard day at work is a great thing to see!

Ordered a cheese pizza from lincoln road pizza hut ... not the best but it was edible. I found one of the staffs ( mikayla) very loud and rude as she like to swears at customers from behind the counter as they are walking out! I witnessed this behavior of hers , while I was waiting in my car . Please managers responsible hire staffs with good mannerisms, not a good image for pizzahut.

Everything is just OK at this store. Pizza quality is ok and service is ok. It is quite obvious that the staff here (most) would rather be elsewhere and that shows in the lack of pleasantries you get when ordering. Store is clean and tidy. But often there is no stock of some sides and deserts. Not a major issue in my opinion, as that does happen, but certainly means the store ia not a perfect 5 star.
