I had a good experience. Best Hawaian pizza I've had. After years of using competitors. Forgot how good Pizza hut Dough is. I just like my basic pizza's not too loaded, or nothing gourmet or.fancy added. Their pizza base. Deep pan. Dough is the best. I like a well balanced pizza. Dough not too thin. Or not enough add-ons. Their deep Pan is just the right balance!. Their Dough makes the best takeaway pizza, my opinion anyway. I could just eat the Dough. I changed my review from 5 star to 4 star. I wrote delivery instructions on my online order. About my driveway. I was going to blame the delivery drivers, for their consistency of not finding my house. However not their fault. This was not printed out fully on the receipt I received?. You guys should take this information seriously. Especially when there are obstacles. Where can I start. Roadworks detour, dog behind a gate. I would think Pizza hut does not care about the efficiency and safe delivery of their product, especially the health and safety for the delivery drivers. Everytime i make a order the delivery driver cannot find my driveway. It's all in the delivery instructions. And Especially one of the driver turned up with a bad phone, I could not communicate with them...I could tell he wanted to walk away from the delivery aswell?. We had to text.

Nice decent sized Pizza. I tried their new “lunch box” deal for $5 and I was impressed by the stuff I got. It tasted amazing and came up with crispy fries. However, there was only one person who seem to be running the show on her own and finishing up various jobs at one time. But she still managed to give hands down service with a smile. Impressed with the service. Good job👍🏻

Cooked to perfection. A slight mistake on the order but the team had no problems...made extra pizza for me and apologised several times. It was the manner in which they handled that minor error that impressed me. I was trying to say it is ok...but their care and concern to ensure I was looked after was above and beyond and I would gladly eat here again. Thank you. I hope the team gets a bonus for their efforts!

Awesome service. First of all, I love the delivery service set up for Lynmall Pizza Hut, they are always accomodating and eager to please their customers. Just recently, I made a mistake with the delivery date and called in last minute for them to change that. They were super helpful and got my pizza delivery quick. Definitely continue to use their services to order pizza.

If you want a place to get reliably tasty cheap pizzas from, this is your spot. I've yet to have a bad pizza from them. They're also really quick (when picking up in store). I order online and arrive before the pick up time and my pizzas are usually ready for me. The only negative experience I've had is when they swapped a pizza in my order by accident and gave ours to somewhere else. They were very apologetic and quickly made us the right pizza while letting us keep the extra pizza. Good customer service!

So a friend and I ordered a large loaded Hawaiian pizza online the other night. The website said it would take 10 - 15 minutes but it actually took 20. When we received the pizza we noticed that the sizes of the slices were really uneven and one slice was the size of two. There was sooo much tomato paste that the taste was over powering and the toppings kept falling off onto my clothes which would cause my amazing outfit to get dirty. Overall the pizza was ok but I could of gone to a different pizza place and get a better pizza for around the same price. XOXO KAREN

Changing my ratings from 1 star to 4. Have improved on quality and service a lot. -1 ◇ for short old guy who has bit of an attitude. Asked me to take drink myself by signaling with raising eye brows & making face while chewing on something. Whole store shouldn't get rated down because of one employee. Will visit again soon.

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that it's just a pick-up point. Not a place where you can crash with your friends and have a pizza while sitting down. The guys at Lynnmall demolished the old building for extra carpark so you've lost your chance to dine in. Another pain in the back side os that every single parking space in front of it is a disabled space and/or police. Lynnmall didn't think this through. You have either the people who don't care or the ones who roll their eyes when they realise they're not cops. Not the best move on a stormy day. But the service is always fast and the pizza is always good. Except if you order Hawaiian pizza. You deserve nothing if your order includes Hawaiian. 🙄

Good pizza and excellent customer service. The owner happened to be there and he delivered the pizzas to our children himself with a big smile and making jokes with the children. The only thing that was a bit shocking for me was the price of the small juice(300ml) for $4! Same brand 3L is sold for $3 at the supermarket. Overall, good place to get a pizza but not beverages apparently.
