I take my kids here quite often. For regular pizza, chips and drink combo for $8 .. my kids love it.

I need to acknowledge the service of this team in Otahuhu Pizza hut, I ordered via online, and didnt get a confirmation, I called this store and they were so patient! and helped me. They found the order, called me back and apologized and it wasnt their fault it was my internet. THANK YOU !

Ordered most times from this branch. Recent order was better than usual from my opinion as the customer service was a bit more friendly than usual. The guy helping me over the phone sounded very calm and helpful as I tried to order online but had an issue so he just sorted everything for me over the phone instead. Quite happy and food was delicious and no issues.

Best pizza hut in the area by far but they sometimes forget to add sauces that i've paid for or they put on the absolute tiniest amount on. like smaller than tiny. basically nothing. but that's not often. Never had an issue here. Pick up is always on time

Ordered and picked up my pizza and there wasn't cheese on every piece of pizza very little and pineapple was only 4 pieces this is ridiculous I expect to pay and receive my money's worth I only go there because it's the closest one to me. I now have to remind the teller to make sure there is enough filling in there and I must say they improved big time😀😊

Pizza freshly made. The Crust and the paste was crunchy and perfect. Just 1 thing tho. They never had hollandaise sauce??? Besides that. Everything was perfect

Previously services was very good unfortunately the latest visit has bn a put down - my order was not what I requested right person/consumer but totally wrong order consider replacing your young guy at the counter displays disinterest in his work ethos .

Or was alright, kinda signed when we tried to call and nobody answered because they were "serving other customers" yet when we went there, they're was literally nobody in there. But I dont mind since there were only two people working there
