n.We ordered pizza from Pizza Jacks Albany today for a shared work lunch. WOW!! So full of flavor, huge amount of toppings, 100% value for money for sure. The chicken cranberry pizza was the favourite. Delivery was fast and easy. We will certainly buy again.
S.Gosh trusted reviews here but its not true. Pizza is trash. No difference between them and Pizza hut. Tastes exactly the same. Why pay so much money for trash. French fries were uncooked. Took like half hour to get ready. Will never buy this trash again.
EDIT.
Was contacted by Manager Sanjay who was not there on that day of my order. After a talk we gave them another chance. I have to say that there is a huge difference between Sanjay's pizzas that he made for us including the delicious curly and beer battered fries. Everything was amazing this time around and I would definitely revisit this store again. Thank you Sanjay.

T.Everytime I go to Auckland I have to have a pizza from Pizza Jack's in Albany, they make the BEST tastiest pizzas, service is great, if they say 20 mins when you call, that is how long it takes. I always pick up a few and invite myself to dinner at friends or family in Auckland, makes me welcome every time.
M.the place is nice and clean, their Pizza is tasty and even better than the Dominoes, the only catch is that the thin crust is not really what you would expect! the base was good and the filling were good!
P.This is our regular pizza takeaway place in Albany/Browns Bay. It tastes good, never had any issues, good range. Would recommend!

Y.Definitely our favorite kind of pizza "Pizza Jacks / Pizza Club". It is delicious every time and we have it quite often. Guys working in the store are pretty friendly and always greets you with a big smile on their faces which is always a good thing :)

A.Some constructive criticism here. The BBQ sauce overpowers all the flavours of the pizza. We found it too sweet. I had specifically instructed to ensure the pizza isn't too sweet Adding chilli flakes won't help it. Really disappointed, as otherwise, I feel pizza would have been delicious. The base was nice and fresh. Meatballs were perfectly sized but the taste was overpowered by the sauce.
Chicken wings was the saving grace. I think it's probably the best I've had till date. Spices were perfectly balanced. That's why 3 stars instead of 2. Will come back for it.
Pizza needs improvement. Hopefully next time its better.
Customer service was good. I wish the guys are educated better about the general tastes of sauces they use so they can make much informed decisions. Otherwise, I found it to be warm and friendly!

E.This was our first time eating here. A friend brought us saying it was awesome. She was right. I highly recommend the Veg 2 (Slingshot), the chicken garlic bread, and jalapeno bites. The pizza had delicious spicy sauce and seasoning and all the right stuff on it. We'll definitely be back.

P.The main handler of the shop is very loyal and polite while customer service also he make sure that food safety is being maintain while serving food. The shop also looks clean and tidy. Wide range of manu is available veg and non veg both type of people. I highly recommend you to visit the shop or place online order their online delivery service is also phenomenon and very fast. Overall performance of staff is also appreciable.

Me and my husband love this so almost every week twice we eating this pizza nd the staff are really amazing, helpful and friendly but i have just one little complaint only like they should develop a proper application because online order system not too good nd plus we eating often pizza there so might have some point system or sometime discount or free things like other popular shops
