We absolutely enjoy the Punjab Palace compared to other Indian restaurants in Papakura. We have visited a few different Indiam restaurants in Papakura, but never found a place that we enjoyed until now.
Service was great as well.
T.Compared to other places, Punjab Palace is average. While the layout of the restaurant is beautiful, it doesn't makeup for how average the food is. One thing they lack is decent customer service. It took 10 minutes before someone took the initiative to serve me, even then they weren't very hospitable.
S.Friendly, quick service and the food is always exceptional. We've been coming here since our kids were 2 and 4yrs. Staff always so welcoming and friendly, great with kids. Food is wonderful. Always the favourite dine-in option for our teenagers and our favourite takeaway option in lockdown.

M.Great clear communication on phone and super friendly staff at counter. Felt like Nan bread was just reheated, rubbery not fresh .. Delish curry, rich in flavour - medium maybe a little more spice? Otherwise overall satisfied. I'll be back again!
