Today was my first visit to Sals as my workmates are big fans they notice some good deals that only for today the price looking good for me, so i decided to give it a try ,the customer service are professional and friendly ,i know some people feel uncomfortable to be ask for scan vaccine pass or put mask on like the customer in front of me but they just doing their job!!! i got my pizza little late like 5/6 minutes which really good during a busy dinner rush.food is awesome definitely will be back for more tasty pizza

I love a good pizza - one of my favourite foods 🤫 Can't go past Sal's pepperoni pizza 😍 Authentic, tasty, huge slices and very fulfilling! Front of staff was fantastic, friendly and patient. Really enjoyed eating here.

Recently opened branch in Howick (finally!!). 😁 Just got my pizza yesterday! It took about 15-20 min for full size pepperoni when this place was overcrowded, which is quite fast🙂 Staff is quite fancy and young😎

Had to wait for our pizza but it was worth it, you'll see it come out of their oven and be delivered straight to your table. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks, those were delicious. You'll have to be fast though as once they're cold it's not as good

Pizza's were nice, but we were charged incorrectly. My male explained the guy at the counter that he has overcharged us by$1. He understood and just smiled back at us.

Great food friendly staff have to admit its on of my favourite places to come I'm in love with the mozzarella sticks and meatball pizza you can never go wrong with these guys

Absolutely amazing. I go there quite often with my small group of friends and us 5 just hang out for a couple hours eating pizza and a tub of ice cream at the tables. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to just loiter around and chill out with some mates, not that busy either so the seats are always free. The staff are lovely and they don't mind a bit of loud banter and laughter. Only downside is that it's quite expensive but overall, would definitely recommend going with some mates and splitting the pizzas with them

Have been here a few times and never disappointed! The staff are really friendly and great at recommending what I might like each time. Personally love the pepperoni wheels and can’t beat a little Ben and Jerry’s on the side :)

Very nice pizza but let down by service. No acknowledgement when I have walked in to collect my order for over five minutes and the sauce for the garlic knots was forgotten. A simple "we will be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way.

Sal's Pizza Highland Park is by far one of the best and maintained Sal's pizza chain in Auckland. Always do come back frequently to eat here. Dill is fantastic at running the branch real authentic and nice New York Pizza. Has a real consistency with delivering nice pizzas.

Personally I hadn't eaten Sal's pizza since back in 2013 on queen street, I had a pepperoni slice and was impartial, since trying it again in December here in highland park I'm happy to say I prefer it over other styles of pizza, even though they don't have Hawaiian on the menu I highly suggest either the meatball or Brooklyn pizzas, the buffalo wings give a nice change from the ones offered in other places by actually being spicy AND juicy, great staff and atmosphere! my mates and I come here for a pizza and beer most Friday nights, I hope this helps you to make a decision whether or not to give it a try -cheers-

Personally, I don't tend to leave reviews for restaurants or other establishments I visit. It's not because I don't have strong opinions on my experiences there, but mostly because I'm forgetful. However there’s a part of me that just needs to express how good I find this Sals. The staff here are great and the food is even better. This is hands down one of the cleanest Sals fanchises I’ve been too and the food reflects that. Even with other food options all around east Auckland the authentic New York flavour pizza (real New York btw, I’ve had genuine NY pizza and this is the closest you can get to the real thing) this is always a Friday night hotspot for the whole family. All I really have to say is that Sals highland park is pizza that makes me remember how good it is.

Top service, quick, polite and helpful. The store is clean and well laid out with a great USA atmosphere. But best of all it's Sals Pizza and Garlic knots. Why would you go past here?

Hands down best customer service I've ever experienced full stop. Me and my girlfrend headed down to pick up a pizza for dinner and while waiting a lady and her 2 little kids came in also. She ordered a half pizza and was about to pay when she realised she had forgotten her wallet, (me trying to do my good deed for the day) offered to pay for her pizza. As I went to go pay, the guy behind the counter said "well if you're doing a good deed I may as well too" and payed for both of our pizzas and chucked in a few garlic knots too! Now Howick is a pretty nice place in terms of customer service, and most places treat their customers very well, but nothing compares to what happened tonight. That's the kind of thing I wish I saw more of, the team at sals all deserve a crazy pay rise. Well done guys 👌

Great service and great delivery timing. Personal preference for feeding my family of 8 when it comes to pizza for dinner. Definitely would recommend this store for a great dinner option and perfect cheat meals for my hubby x

Always call and get told "hold the line" and usually have to wait a few minutes, pizza is ok but we find Mt Wellington store uses more toppings. 2nd time ive turned up and they have forgot about my order and had to wait while they quickly make it.

Not very impressed. I liked the cheese pizza slice, hubby didnt like the sausage pizza slice. I also bought a garlic ball. It was a dry roll of dough. You will have to try harder.

Worst experience with Sal's so far. It was 10 minutes later than the pickup time quoted on my online receipt and staff stood around chatting instead of serving the line of customers waiting to order/collect online orders.

Normally excellent, this time was thoroughly disappointing. So much buffalo and blue cheese sauce that the pizza was borderline inedible. For the price you expect it to consistently be spot on. Edit- Excellent service in response to this changes it to 5 star.
