We bought honey mustard chicken breast burger combo and a aoli chicken breast combo, both good value and tasty, the hot chips are especially good. Really good sized portions. We couldn't eat second box of chips.

Best Halal fried chicken in Auckland. The salty fries are the greatest. However, they could seriously do with a better seating arrangement instead of a bench next to rubbish bins. Also, the pigeons there fly right into the kitchen or annoy customers. Could look into that!

Amazing place. Great for students and office goers. Food is really tasty and affordable. Staff is also helpful and polite. Sometimes the shop can be really busy but it is worth the wait. I recommend you to try their Fried chicken and the kebab wraps.

I love their cheap deals, so very ideal for students and convenient as it's close to Auckland Uni and AUT. The service is great and food is made so fast you don't have to worry about wait times. One of those late night joints that you just can't get enough of. The fish and chips combo is one of the best value options for junk food out there. Not too greasy fried pair well with sizable potions of kebab, fish, or fried meat to create a symphony of calories that will kill you - but you don't need to worry about that just yet. The staff is friendly enough and the timings are very convenient for the late night worker. The waffle combo ain't too shoddy either. This place is for your average student on a student budget.

Absolutely love the chicken. Soft drinks are reasonably cheaper than other shops nearby and the guys are super friendly. Best part, even when it’s busy I wait for less than 15min!

It's a very good option if you are a chicken lover. I visit this restaurant quite often. Rates are friendly. You can get kabab rolls, fried chicken, burgers & chips here. And the big plus is that it runs till 4 in the morning. Quality and taste is good. Only problem is the waiting time. This place gets crowdy all the time and you might have to wait in a queue to get your order.

I’m fond of Kebabs as most of us do and recently a friend of mine shared his Kebab experience at NZ Kebabs Sensational Chicken on Symonds Street, which I decided to explore too. This past Sunday I made it there and ordered “Large Kebab on Chips” from their extensive menu full of seriously tasty stuff. The choice of meat was also pretty interesting, as I had the option of chicken, lamb, Cajun chicken and mix (lamb & chicken) to choose from. I opted Cajun chicken as I was in a mood to try something new. I got my ordered served in a flash, thanks to their well trained staff. I was pleasantly surprised as the quantity was king size and for just $10. Chips were crisp & tasty and Kebab was simply delicious, as Cajun chicken was fresh and so soft. I’m now an ardent fan of NZ Kebabs Sensational Chicken on Symonds Street as I’m eating here frequently and I recommend this place to you too, as there is so much to enjoy from their great range of food served in such a lovely ambiance.

A lot of bang for your buck but don't have high expectations for quality food. The chicken pieces are big and the chips portions are generous. However, It is extremely oily and the chicken seems to be second grade as its quite rubbery and sometimes the drums are sheared in half. You get what you pay for, and for these prices in auckland cbd, it's good value, 4/5 stars.
