When you think about celebrations Desi style, Shor Bazaar should always be your first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding. One stop shop for Indian cuisine. Service was delightful and very professional.

Very good service and yummy food. We had garlic ckn (very good), schezwan Momo's (excellent), ckn Tikka (excellent), garlic naan (perfectly made), harabhara kebab (not the best we have had - too dense and mashed), onion kulcha ( good taste but slightly doughy). All items were requested Indian hot and were really having good flavoursome kick. Highly recommended!

The dishes we have tried are nice, especially the garlic chicken. However the consistency wasn't the same when we reordered (one time they left out capsicum when it was supposed to be in there). The times for pickup weren't accurate either so we were left waiting for food much longer than we were told

Initially I was hesitant to try this dine-in but then I gave a shot. I must say I wasn't expecting much but it exceeded my expectations beyond this galaxy. Such a delicious food. If you want to experiment, You must ask for recommendations and you will not be disappointed. You will be served proper authentic Indian cuisine. The first bite will give you kicking flavours. I never had such an authentic taste and experience here in Newzealand beforehand. The best Indian restaurant in Auckland. Very friendly staff. MUST TRY mouthwatering delicious food here.

Delicious meals, beautiful spices, clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked for mild, this is the first Indian restaurant who have presented meals with lots of flavour but only a hint of chilli, perfect for our kiwi palate. The sauces are delicate and subtle, not laden with sugar as at most Indian restaurants. Lots of food and reasonable prices including drinks. We’ll definitely come here again. 5/5

Oooooh man!!!! Mouths watering as I am typing, the garlic chicken with gravy is TO DIE FOR!!!! a must must try!!! Garlic naan isn’t too bad but that garlic chicken with gravy WOW!!!!

Definitely recommended if you are the neighbourhood. We went here late last night. Service was just the best - the lady at the reception was so gracious and helpful in deciding what to order. Her suggestion Tawa chicken was a good choice. Even the chef came out to check our food was ok. We kept them open till late but staff did not hurry us at all. We will surely be returning. Keep up the great service and the good food guys :)

Excellent quality Thank you very much for the yummy food. I can definitely say it's the best curry I've had! :) The fish was flaky and just cooked and the naan was soft and tasty as well 😋 .definitely recommend this place for dining , staff was very friendly and love there homemade paan kulfi

We have been here many times. The food is always consistently good and service friendly and professional. The environment is pleasant and bathrooms are clean and we'll maintained. There are often Indian families eating there which I guess is a sign it's good. It's child friendly too.

Shor Bazaar is the perfect place for a nice dinner out with family or a place to hang out with your friends. Its owned by a very affable India Chef and the food / preparation is really good. Would highly recommend not just to Indians but anyone and everyone to visit this place.

Lovely and clean restaurant. Food was yummy too. You do have to pay for the rice. You could probably get away with sharing between two as the servings are generous...even the naan. Yummy and plenty to share between two.

Tonight I went to get some Indian food for takeout. Not knowing they have specials they kinda gentleman advised me of their Mon-Wed specials. 1st of all good customer service. Ordered my food and was advised it would take 10 minutes. Walked back in after 9 minutes and was advised its going to take another 2 minutes. With no exaggeration the food came out. Excellent timing in my book. Went home to enjoy my Indian food and i gotta say it was very good! Well Done!

I wish I'd come here before now. I read a review of the top 10 Indian restaurants in Auckland and it's well deserved. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, my take away meal was so good the wife won't be getting any.

Tonight we enjoyed a very pleasant meal. There were 4 of us. We were given as much time as we needed to make choices. Someone came over to see if we needs any advise on selections. Lots of smiling from the staff all through the dining experience. The food when it arrived and we did.not have go wait very long for it,.was really delicious. I am not that fond of Indian food but tonights food was so good we will be returning to Shor Bazaar soon. It was great being able to have a BYO as well as have a god wine selection on the premises ad well. Thanks to the staff and the chef.for excellent food and a very pleasant night well done. Sandyt

Good local Indian food with great variety and interesting entrees that are the same but not. Great employees and service. Great atmosphere, layout and seating withvtables that can actually fit the dishes on them. Can fit larger groups as well.

Superb service, and absolutely astonishing prices. $10 dinner deals Mon-Wed, $5 bottled beers every night, cheap mains, excellent food. The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent, served hot and flavourful. Already a favourite restaurant!

Seating arrangements were way too cramped. Food was ok. Mango lassi wasn't the best. I wouldn't go back in a hurry unless you're old and talk loudly about nothing. That seemed to be the theme.
