A.Decided to try this place for a Mother's Day treat and wow, very pleasantly surprised. The spring roll was big and had a nice crunch, not too greasy. The BBQ fried rice and sweet & sour pork were both very decent portions. The fried rice had a nice amount of the meat and veges. I found it a touch bland for my tastes but it went really well with the sweet & sour which was truly the highlight of the meal. Tender meat on the inside and not too soggy on the outside. Sauce was tasty and didn't have that artificial flavor that some places use. Definitely going to be our new regular Chippy. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait because they are very busy and popular.
j. j.Never disappoints, always tasty and they use fresh oil. The prices are incredibly reasonable also. I live in Tat North but happily travel to Smith and Wongs for the quality.

A. L.Chips were crunchy but abit too salty, ordered the $11 special, good value for money but the hot dog batter was abit undercooked and chewy. Owners were friendly, plenty of carpark out front.

Ordering ahead is good as this place gets pretty busy.

We ordered our favourite dish, BBQ Pork Fried Rice the other day (02/12/2016) and as usual it was perfect! The ammount of meat in it was also just incredible! Friendly staff too!
T. W.My first time trying this takeaways & I have to admit that it's really tasty & not over cooked & greasy. I would & have gone back a few times now. I finally found a decent Fish & Chip Shop closer to home. I haven't tried there Chinese yet!!!
