It was decent. Got the nachos, burrito and drink. Not too good not too bad. Although I loved that the burrito was well packed. Doesn't fall off while you eat through it. Nachos were nice. There sauces were good too.

So damn good! I can't stress enough how good it is to have somewhere that serves your typical cruchy Tacos. I am a huge mexican fan and Taco Bell hits the spot for me nicely. I ordered almost one of each off the menu and wasn't disappointed at all. I'm also someone who can be quite picky but no issues here

Tex-mex food. Food was alright- got the chicken crunch wrap and some chips. Could of had more sauce in the middle as it got alittle dry rather than all sauce on the sides of the wrap, chips were nicely mildly spiced (I don't think anything there is particularly spicy). Perfectly fine service from the counter staff and the dining area was clean so I'll return here again at some stage.

Yeah nah, despite how much I like the cheap & junk food treat experience when I'm back in the States, this is just an overly priced rendition of it with none of that joy. I tried to get one of the cheapest options to compare what I most recently had in the US of a beef and bean burrito and felt even less full for more of price. Whilst the restaurant looks snazzy, they've got a free digital jukebox to control the tunes, and I applaud them for what I hope are more sustainable sauce packets than the plastic ones in the US, it doesn't have the same guilty pleasure appeal.

Staff was really friendly and the food pretty good. Haven't had Taco Bell since being in the US 4 years ago, so this was a nice surprise as it was better the US' version.

It's always very clean and tidy at this location. Easy to order at kiosks. Heads up, if you are used to the north American style of taco bell. The only things that are the same are; packet sauces and the nacho cheese and the mince. Safest to order the soft tacos to get ur authentic tbell fix. The nacho chips are coated with this very strange and sticky spice mix- instead of plain. It takes some getting used to.

Every table was dirty. Food was nice and fresh however when eating in you are handed a paper bag which you have to tear open to eat off to avoid the left over food on the table of other patrons. I'd suggest taking your own hand sanitiser and spray and wipe I'd tpuvare worried about hygiene.

Finally Taco Bell opened in Auckland near queen street. Ambiance is good. Staff’s are friendly and polite. Ordered Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Chicken Quesadilla. Love the red hot fire sauce. Hope to visit again.

I've been coming here often for lunch at work, better value than Mad Mex and the quality is very consistent with each visit. I like they give you free guacamole unlike their competition. The self serve kiosks are super easy to use and the table buzzers are a welcome addition. I'd like to see nutritional information on their website.

I know, I know I'm reviewing a fast food joint but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how edible my meal was. It wasn't horrible at all and I didn't feel awful/guilty afterwards. I think the bowl is the way to go here and I would order it again. Lack lustre customer service.

Been waiting 9 years for Taco Bell to come to New Zealand and finally they arrived! Tacos served here yummy, just as good as State site, back in Amarillo, Texas, USA. Taste every bit like what Mom used to prepare for us! You deserve more that Five Stars for both customer service and yummy Taco!

Tasty Mexican food. Not as fast as usual fast food places, but Mexican food is labour intensive, be ready for almost "restaurant" length wait times. Bring your phone as there's no entertainment except for the music.

Great customer service here but you guys need to sell those cinnamon twists in bigger bags and also lower price. $ 2.50 for like 6 or 7 of them 8 if your lucky. Tiny little kiddie bags.

Feeling like a good feed for a reasonable price then this is the place. Take away is a breeze with the self serving kiosks and you can choose your own song on the digital jukebox while you wait. Eat in is also clean and well laid out. Staff were helpful and friendly, can't really my experience there.

Pretty excited that a branch opened in the city! Ordered the crunchwrap supreme and burrito--pretty good and filling. Great deal for the price as well. Oh and they have this purple bell that you can ring when you’re satisfied with the food/service. Plus this “digital jukebox” where you can choose what song to play at the restaurant. Pretty cool. Will definitely be back :)

I was hesitant to try it having had it in the U.S. however since it's been about 15 years since I've had Taco Bell I had the Crunchwrap Supreme with Cinnamon Twists. It was really good from the taste to even the cheese on two taste that gives Taco Bell a signature taste. The service was great and everything was really clean. And even better it was not expensive. Also thanks Chavase for the amazing service! I'll definitely be back.

I bought a Crunchwrap Supreme combo for $11.50. I was expecting a moderate to thick filling like advertised, but instead got a flat wrap. I also bought a Chocodilla for $2.90 and all I got was a small flat chocolate spread in a flatbread. Even a McDonald’s $2.00 Hash brown is more worth than that. But, the staff was nice and friendly though.

It's what you'd want expect from somewhere that is so big its even in new Zealand but the main downside is the wait time, i don't know if it was just that night or if it's every day but it took so long for the food to be made, they did have two of the best things for when you're eating out, the screens where you order your food and the buzzer disc things that vibrate when your order is ready, overall it's about four stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I mean it was better than I expected it to be. Long wait time but that is expected with a huge american chain opening here for the first time. Not a lot of seating so expect to have to take away if you're coming in at rush hour. All food that I tried was good and the menu is easy to navigate and decide.

Nice, brand new place, with cheap Mexican food. It is defiantly just a fast-food chain kind of meal so you get what you pay for but something different to try from your average Maccas or Burger King. I really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla.

Quick service, clean establishment and plenty of seating upstairs. Can choose your own music on a touchscreen jukebox thing which is awesome. If I had to rate fries from best to worst it would be Taco Bell, Kumara fries from burger fuel, McDonald's, KFC then burger king. You can get healthy (ish) menu items if you want and won't break the bank.
