If you like ribs this is definitely worth checking out. The portions are very big - two of us shared a whole rack of ribs and neither were hungry afterwards and are pretty decent value for money. Staff were good and service quick. Not a lot of veggies though, so don't come here looking for a well balanced meal (but it is good).

Awesome experience. Seated and ordered with no issue, and didn't wait long for the food. Great portions, meal was well-balanced and tasted fantastic. Waitress didn't forget about us or hover around our table but came around the right amount of times. Staff were polite, friendly and very professional, right up until we left. A bit expensive, but well worth the food quality and the experience. Would love to go again.

Lovely place to dine! Doesn’t hurt the pockets as much, especially if you’re after a main, dessert and a few drinks to go. (Worth your bucks) Service was pretty good, just one server seemed like he didn’t want to be there but otherwise everyone is very friendly. Definitely coming back soon!

Had a great dinner here with work friends and we were all impressed with everything here. The atmosphere was good. The food was awesome. All the service staff were on point, very friendly, and attentive. Prices were reasonable as well.

The food was tasty, gluten free options available and service really good! Unfortunately the facility is a bit run down and not well maintained, but with excellent potential! Add finger bowls after the ribs, some chillrd tunes and this would be a great place for a Sunday session and to watch the world go by

Food was great. Staff were superb. Didn't quite catch the servers name but he was doing it all from serving behind the bar to waiting on customers and clearing/cleaning tables. 2 words - THE MAN!! Apparantly they do all you can eat ribs here for $30 on Tuesdays. Mmmmm

Amazing food & customer service by Leonard the waiter! My whole family enjoyed everything! Leonard was so nice he made an effort to get my kids some colouring in pencils and paper which was a highlight of the night also them singing and bringing my mums cake out was such a beautiful experience! Would highly recommend The Rib House. Their food is great! And for a good price too. We got the Thursday deal which was $25 for a full rack of ribs! It was so massive, we took it home and had it for lunch the next day 😁

Nice venue, lots of space and outdoor areas. The front of house staff were very nice and the sirloin steak was cooked to meadium rare perfection. The only let down was the waiting time for our meals despite pre-ordering for our large group 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise, very good food and friendly staff.

Dined here with friends the other week. Great atmosphere. We ordered the seafood platter, some Sangria and the waffle dessert. Food was delicious. One of the waiters was quite rough and dropped a utensil and kicked it straight towards the door (I’m assuming where the kitchen was) I did not think that was a good way to handle it as we do place those into our mouth. Did not get their name tho.

The highlight was being greeted and welcomed by the friendly waiter who later took our meal orders, then he correctly repeated it to us from memory and patiently made changes to our orders. The food was delicious and the following karaoke produced some laughs and cheers and rounded off a memorable evening out with friends. A place that is really worthy of a recommendation.👍

Great food, great venue, great price, but what sets this place is the service, owner is an absolute sweetheart who made sure we were well taken care of, as well our server. Also the portions are huge! Make sure to get extra gravy with your meal, it's so good!! We will definitely be back 👍

Very busy place. We had a booking for 7.30pm but we were made to wait 10mins for our table. I didn't see a single staff member smile even when they took our orders. Our orders took over 40mins and they were missing one of our side dishes. We could see how busy staff were so my family piled up our dishes to make their job easier. Food was just above average but reasonable cost so I guess it matched it.

Came here with my family for lunch on a Saturday. I pre-booked and ordered a share platter that is awesome value for money! The share platter comes with 1/2 rack of ribs, steak, chicken wings, onion rings, chips, garlic bread, fried camembert (or jalapeno poppers), coleslaw (or green salad). I replaced the steak with more ribs and ended up with a full rack of ribs which was perfect. The ribs were cooked just how I like it ... juicy, flavoursome but most importantly falling off the bone! The garlic bread was also a hit with the family! Awesome service from the staff. This would have been a 5 star rating except for the fact that the share platter is only mentioned on their website ... which doesn't always work so I was told when I rang up to enquire about it because I couldn't find anything about it on the internet. The only reason I know about it is because a friend who's familiar with the restaurant ordered it. Otherwise great job to the owner and staff!

This is a place we will definitely return to. Service is fantastic, it's feels very homely. One can just go for a milkshake and your day will be made, but don't as the food is fantastic! Prices are excellent, the quality of food, was divine. We had their Platter "Special" and it fed 4 people and we were well fed. Milkshakes was fantastic and the desserts! Malva Pudding oh yes! I highly recommend you book your table to avoid any disappointment. 5 stars all-round!

Me and my family had lunch there on Saturday and the food like always is to die for. The staff was absolutely awesome from the bar to the kitchen and to the floor. I hardly take my family out to restaurants because of the portion sizes and how it's not worth the money spending. My family are big eaters and the portion size of every meal from this place is how I cook for my family at home. After our meal, me and my family were outside and they were telling me how they loved everything, from being satisfied and wanting to come back. This place I will definitely recommend to the world. For me it's rare to find a place with great service and food from the soul. The first thing my children said to me was this place was home away from home Mum. I love that my family can go there and be themselves and that's rare especially for my children because they aren't people persons. Food is really good and large portions. We had steak, ribs, herb chicken and chicken wings between us along with dessert which was amazing too. Staff are all lovely, very patient and quickly bring drinks etc (I hate it when you have to wait ages for a drink, we once had to ask 3 times at the sugar club in the sky tower which is rediculous) its the little things like that that makes the experience great for me. I am also so impressed that they offer free meals to families in need though a a South Auckland food charity. Dining out is definatley a treat especially for children so it's awsome that they can offer that to a family who may have never had that experience. We love a business that gives back 💜

My family and I for the 1st time dined here last night (30th July 2020), we were celebrating our daughters birthday. We as a family dine out a lot (we do a lot of family bonding over food lol) Of all the places we've dined at, I can honestly say, this place has to be my No.1. The food is absolutely amazing, the portion sizes I can only describe as Flinstone sizes (they are huge). I can't say enough about the staff that had to deal with us and the many changes we made to our order (I'm so sorry), we were dealt with such tolerance, kindness and always with a smile. The hostess with the mostess Althea is such a warm beautiful wahine. My family wanted to take her home with us lol. You made my daughters night when you and your staff came out and sang happy birthday to her. Thank you for an amazing experience and thank you for making my daughters night a memorable one.
