Quality is there, However speedy service is not. When I come to a "Fast Food" joint I expect to receive my food as a speedy pace, Waiting 10 minutes is not bad but it is when you have a 60 minute lunch break and it takes 15 minutes to get there. If Wendy's would like my advice be a Fast Food Place not a quality food place. I am not gonna expect Grade-A food from a fast food joint.

Great food etc, but only 3 stars for 2 reasons: the drive through and parking is awful!! And how are we supposed to drink shakes through straws that size seriously. They're even tiny for regular drinks. I did not come to fast food for breathing exercises and cheek strengthening

Tables were really dirty when I visited a week ago. I am very shocked by the lack of cleanliness in the current times. With vivid I expect the tables to be wiped thoroughly. Food tasted great though.

Hadn't been for a while - Still the same enormous drinks, but the fries seemed to be smaller while prices had escalated. Food usually good but consistency not always there - it's down to lucky (or unlucky) timing whether chips are hot/crispy or cold/soggy and burgers sometimes look as if they've literally been thrown together. But I will still visit from time to time, for some menu options not available at other fast food outlets (and take my chances on cold chips or be prepared to ask to have them replaced, which they will do)

Clean and friendly staff but a bit disappointed in my bacon cheese burger. I remember the old advertisement that was "bacon, bacon, bacon, 3 strips on bacon" so when did it change to 1 strip of half cooked bacon?

Wendy's food is great. Having to obtain the PIN number for the toilet door is not. Hopefully it's not an emergency to "go", otherwise, it could be an anxious wait as you tell your kid to hold it in while you enter what you think is the code for the door....

Easily the best Wendys I've been to! Drive through times are excellent, quite often I will pay and they will immediately hand me my food afterwards! Huge fan of the genuine bucket of drink you receive with a large meal. Fries are always hot and fresh, and I've never had a dry patty in my baconator, which typically is commonplace for other branches. Good job!!

Very fast service. Food was hot and seemed fresh. Probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've seen in a while. The tile floors were pretty slippery though, not sure if they had just been mopped or not though. Over all a pretty good fast food chain experience.

Love their small burgers but it's a shame the patties have shrunk to be smaller than the buns. Used to love their chili but their prices turned me off a few years ago. Nice ice cream.

Burgers taste good and fries taste good, personal favourites are the baconators. Drink sizes from medium to large are very large in size, not the small sized drinks though.

My first time at Wendy's was pretty great. The place wasn't very clean, but service and quick and friendly. They have their own ketchup station, which was pretty cool. Toilets were very clean, and the view was great! Will definitely come again.

Baked potatoes were not edible they'd been re frozen or something but they were watery and kind of crunchy like just disgusting and I had travelled too far to turn back for a refund but you just feel robbed . apart from that the burgers and fries are always great

Wendys got genuine petty and very generous with the size of combo. I really wish Wendys kicks off again jst like ten years ago. The texture and smell of petty is different from other fastfood places. The only thing that was disappointing was it was dry. It would of been perfect if it was moist and juicy.

Very clean. Your food looks the same (95% match) as the display on the menu board. Impressive. Regular customer here. And yes, I'm a fatty... haha. Plenty of car park, clean facilities and amenities. Friendly staff and mostly students. Great place to go after Saturday morning school sports event.

An old favourite. One of the best Wendys in AKL. Most of the time they're good, sometimes not as good - as always, depends on the staff. Must be tough employing people to work in a fast food joint that actually give a damn about making cheap burgers for soulless customers, I've seen some pretty rowdy customers in this place - the kind of people that would get mad at you for trying to use five year old expired coupons for free fries. Anyway, good place - I like their burgers and fries. They often do a very good job and it's ridiculously fast too. Full on one of the speediest Wendys I've seen.
