W.We ordered three dishes and two rice. The waitress wrote down on a small piece of paper. But we were only served with two dishes and one rice. We told the waitress and got the second rice. Though she told us we didn’t order the third dish( shredded potatoes). Then we told her we would cancel it. After we paid, the receipt showed that the shredded potatoes was still included in the payment…
The customer service was very unprofessional!
T.This star is just for the taro drink. I didn't try any food so quite not sure about that. Read other reviews to find out about food and customer service.
B.Food was so yummy, this was a good place for dinner after finished work cause they opened till 11AM. Food came fast and price was good.
S.My families hang out! We come nearly two or three times a week. We love their tea, and food popcorn chicken and dumplings are a hit...nice place to eat with great music! Their desserts are just as yummy

K.🧋😍 10/10 Absolutely the best bubble tea in the west, we had to go all the way to Mt Eden to get some bubble tea during the new years break and it wasn't as good as Yu Tea so I am super excited to see Yu Tea open again, would recommend to everyone to try this place! Very friendly staff, fast service, clean & welcoming indoor space to bring friends or a date to have a nice meal or drink some of their delicious bubble tea! 🙌
B.This looks like a really fun place to take the kids. It’s nice and spacious, light and airy atmosphere. They do open pretty late though at 11.30am. I need somewhere that opens earlier

L.This place was a delight! I was craving some bubble tea but also wanted dinner, and so I went to this place with my mum. They have a huge selection of not only bubble tea but a variety of other dessert drinks, as well as a good selection of food! I had their Papaya milk Tea and their Kimchi Rice with Pork and it was pretty good. Very nice atmosphere as well, wish I took photos 😅

S.Only bubble tea around the area. Lots to improve. Long wait time(20mins for a drink). Ordered brown sugar milk tea, pearls were stuck together, not enough brown sugar hence was drinking just milk. Quite average, not worth the $10

J.One of our favourite places to get some milk tea, with a large selection of options to choose from. Very friendly staff also. We mostly takeaway, but there are plenty of seats to eat in, nice and cosy, and a large menu to select from.
