M. W.Great place to chill and dine in. I ordered mixed grill which was not bad but i was a bit slightly disappointed that they did not offer any sauce to the grill. Just plain grill meat with basic seasoning. The other that i ordered which shared with my friend were seafood chowder with garlic bread and ribeye steak with mushroom sauce. Now both of those were way delicious than the mixed grill and the garlic bread really was surprisingly good. That is my recommendation, garlic bread and the ribeye steak.
S. M.We had the most delicious meals here which were reasonably priced and well presented.
We had the Twice cooked lamb shoulder and Vietnamese Salad with Prawns.
The staff were also very helpful and attentive considering they were short staffed and quite busy managing bar and restaurant.

M.Was almost five years since I've been to Fairweathers for dinner the experience then was average food a cross between pub grub and poor however this time around it was great food was hot and came with a generous helping for its price staff were attentive and very friendly to everyone in the room dining and it was fast and tasted fresh will be back again soon

Enjoyed the beef burger
S. S.Ordered a jug of Heineken and a beef meal. Ended up with a large glass of tap Heineken and a steak wrapped in bacon with mushroom sauce steamed broccoli coliflower and carrots corn, (corn was nice) and a wired square fried potatoe , (I think it was potatoe)
Beer was fresh, steak wrapped in bacon was delicious, mushroom sauce was delightful, steamed vegetables were steamed vegetables and wired potatoe square thing wasn't nice very fluffly like a cake.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to around por children aged 11 months to 10❤️. The food was not only delicious 🤤but it was prompt with a fifteen minute wait for 15 plus dishes and cooked to perfection. 👌Such a memorable experience that could not have happened without the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make it a perfect night. Definitely a birthday I won't forget any time soon. Look forward to dining with yous again. 10/10 all round 🙌🙌🙌 Highly recommend 👍👍👍

We dine often here.
C. L.The steak special seemed great the first couple of visits but after a while the steaks became fatter before it was more grissle than meat. Went in the other morning to try their breakfast. Our encounter began with the holier than though middle aged barkeep who seemed pleased with her ability to multitask (taking our order while quietly judging us).
We found a completely empty dining area and grabbed an oversized booth. Our coffee and my bloody Mary arrived thanks to a very friendly server and far superior experience compared to our initial encounter.
Our Eggs Benedict arrived in good time but it was a disappointing sight. A mostly naked poached egg with a thick tablespoon of hollandaise spiraled in a crown shape perched on top of black burnt to a crisp bacon on a thick burger bun piece of bread. Somehow managing to overcook the yolks while the whites remained runny.
My husband generously described his meal as the worst eggs Benedict he'd ever had. All for $71 being both the most expensive, lowest quality meal I've had to date.
I won't be returning.

B. W.The waitress was very abrupt when communicating with our table for the orders. She appeared to be very busy, as the only waitress, but there were very few people attending. She never smiled at all, looked as though she did not even want to be there. Not a good look at all.
She did assist us by taking a photo and she did give us a smile!! So, she did improve at the end.

The main menu is a bit out dated and includes a lot of stodgy accompaniments. Would recommend a refresh of the menu.
I've ordered from the mains menu so often, that I find the all-day menu offers greater variation.
Nice cabernet sauvignon by the glass is a positive. Interior design is old, and the cigarette smoke blows into the restaurant strongly.
