We arrived just before Christmas 21 on the second day after being allowed leave Auckland. The staff were so nice and helpful especially as we had a young baby. The help us with warming baby bottle and covid cleaned table right in front of us. It would have been harder to get better service even in a high end restaurant, the service would put most of these to shame.

Was good. Greeted at the door with a covid ID check then got (told) to use the automatic menu thingy which I wasn't to impressed with as it was quiet. But the service was quick and food was delicious

At 6.30pm on Tuesday we wanted milk shake, COULD NOT, WOULD NOT supply Wanted cream freeze, could not supply Bought chicken burger ok Chips not hot. No tray service, were closing at 10pm That's ok, but UNTIL THEN normal service SHOULD BE PROVIDED CLEANING MACHINES an TRAYS 3+ hours before is NOT SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Quick service, fresh hot fries. Coped very well with a busy Friday and our large order. Only downside was no napkins or straws, luckily we checked before driving off.

Given the location near Ohakea air force base, the Skyhawk mural was a nice homage. The inside of the restaurant had the normal pax of seats, and was taking full measures for Covid-19 prevention. They even checked asked for vaccine passes. The young man in charge of this duty was very polite about it. I ordered two meals and a happy meal for my daughter. The meals were slightly slow in coming hut this was only because they were out of fries. The free wifi was just that, login and you're away. The time for the wifi went longer than expected, kudos to them.

One of the better McDonald's I've been to, sitting area was spacy and clean, service was decently fast and the crew were polite. The drinking machine was a multi-choice dispenser where you could mix and flavour your drinks. Perhaps more fun for kids since I personally prefer the drinks as they are, but I appreciate the option! Toilet was nice and clean as well, kudos to the cleaning crew!

Used drive thru bit slow as two in front had big orders but my order itself was quick and painless got to the window and had it handed out straight away and all accounted for and food was good as it normally is. Good service all round. Drive thru area a bit tight as shared with a petrol station and in busy times its packed expect a bit of a wait my advice park up and go in store to order but definitely a good place to have a meal either eat in or take away I'll definitely return for more.

Drive through is great its a very traffic heavy town. However the level of service inside is non existent, being forced into using a self service touch screen that everyone else touches in this post covid world seemed like a silly move. No help given to elderly to explain or use self service machine had to step in and help the gentlemen myself. Food cranking out the window to drive through customers while we waited a long time inside for ours. The drive through is 5 stars inside was lucky if it was 2 so giving it a 3

This McDonalds is like all others. If McDonalds is exactly what you're after Bulls McDonald's will meet you're expectation to the t. I had a Big Mac combo, tasted just like every other Big Mac I had tasted from every other Macdonalds I have been too in New Zealand. Fries were standard - not too fresh but not too stale, finding the balance between 'fast food' and 'freshly cooked food' It's also in a great location- great excuse to stop on a long drive.

Drive through speaker was not very loud or the guy just spoke to quietly bit frustrating when your on a long drive down sh1 but the new order screen is very clear which helps to view what you've ordered. Food was great as you'd expect from mcdees ... though order did take awhile to be prepared ... the lady seemed busy making a ridiculous amount of ice creams in cones for the order after us ... this is why I gave them 3 stars

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

I travel by car for around 30 minutes to bring home McDonald's hamburgers, fries and a cold dessert (15 minutes each way). The drive-thru works well and the staff service is friendly. At home, we reheat the burgers and fries in the microwave, and have a great tasting meal for a good price and very little effort. Thank you, McDonald's!

The customer service here is excellent. The staff are friendly. I allways have the mc chicken burger and it is allways really good. The other day I had the chicken bacon delux it was quite good. The chips here are allways really good. My dad had the Almighty Texan BBQ burger, he says " it was a pile of slop, and it was a waste of $15". He says that they should bring back the mighty Angus, which he says is way better.

We arrived late in the evening and it was a very cold night. We decided to eat in. My companion wanted to sit in a warm area. It was warm inside, more especially the furtherest from the door naturally. My companion wanted to move to comfortable seats, unfortunately were nearer the doors. It was still warm in the comfortable seat area but you could feel a cold draft. My Kiwiburger combo was fine chips a bit mire saltier then expected, standard but my companion ate her burger, had her drink but didnt eat her chips. I cant remember why she didnt finish them, perhaps she'd had enough or she found the chips just a bit too salty for her liking.
