P.Great food, for a great price!
Paid for 4 meals 3 entrées and close to 10 drinks, for only $175! Timing was great. Service was great, only down fall was the mushroom sauce (just because I like mine thicker than I received). Otherwise we'll worth a visit.
Will be heading back in the future 😊👍
M.My daughter celebrated her 21st last night at the Prince Albert. Gaurav and his team were just amazing. They supported us with our every wish and were warm and welcoming. I cannot rate their service enough. The food was a grazing table and it was delicious. While the venue itself is old school English style, this is the theme of the pub. We were allowed to bring in decorations and it was an easy space to transform! They are about to upgrade it also. Great venue, food and service! Thank you

A.Staff were lovely, Guinness was great only thing I felt like mentioning was the size of the $30 platter for two, it had enough food for 5-6 people. It could've been 1/3 that size and I would still think it was good value for money. Felt bad for wasting half of it.
S.Hands down Cambridge's best kept secret. Portions are massive, delish and the staff are beyond lovely, especially the Manager. Could not recommend this spot enough.

D.The place looks outdated but it does look some what nice with some old school displays.
The food was definitely not the best. 3 stars is very generous for it. The mushroom sauce was not very good. It is best to avoid it if you are having a steak.
As for the steak it was cooked to protection and the portion was very generous. You will definitely walk out very full.
the young female waitress was super lovely and she definitely made us feel very welcomed and made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Definitely this place is worth trying out.

G.Enjoyably older character styled pub with a good selection of tap beer including Bodingtons. Lovely warm gas log fire in lounge eating area. Food although good selection is about five dollars more per item compared with other places to eat in Cambridge. A pitty as i would have happily had a calamari dish but not paying over 20

J.If you like old worldly type of pub atmosphere, then you like this place. Went for a Birthday dinner with family and we had a great meal there. The food was very good. The meal size was above average and price was well, in this day and age cheap. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. No complaints at all.
Will be going back some time on the next visit to the area. Cheers.

H.Absolutely awesome Thai beef salad. So recommend their meals. A great olde Irish pub.
D.A little disappointed with parts of the meals at our table of six. The mushroom sauce had way too much garlic and was incredibly salty. Two other meals at the table the chicken burger and beef burger were the same. Next time we would return the meals if this was to happen again as truthfully could barely eat these meal. Could not fault how the steak was cooked and the ribs were exceptional as usual. Have come to the Prince Albert several times and have not had this issue before. Could not fault the service with a smile.
B.Got a couple of meals here and they were pretty average. Took a long time to arrive too. Watched the rugby there before a few bands were playing. The first band had issues with the lights and the establishment was happy to let them continue playing in the dark. Admittedly it was actually hilarious at the time. But the band may have been unhappy. Sound was good. Place needs a bit of a spruce up. Better projector maybe
j.Lamb shank was fabulous. On mash with a red wine sauce. Deceptively with vegetables in. So I didn't need extra vegetables. Very good value for money.
Other meals: burgers with chips. Brilliant.
S.My daughter and i travelled to Cambridge to meet for lunch- wanting a cosy and cost affected venue we headed to the Prince Albert just behind the main road in Town...the menu had a great selection of choices most averaging $15 per meal.
I had a delicious basic fish and chips ( fish was fresh and cooked to perfection) added a side salad for $5 - which looked and tasted better than some more supposed upmarket restaurants i have experienced.
My daughter ordered steak sandwich and said the steak was very nice...we both finished with different desserts which both came with caramel sauce- the caramel was a thin disappointing syrup however overall my dessert was lovely. Have scored a 5☆ for overall experience and value for money plus a nice,cosy, convenient venue and good service.
J.We went with friends last night, Monday. They all had steak and I had scallops. The meals were worth a 4 star as they were very tasty and medium rare steak cooked to perfection . The Baileys cheesecake dessert was delicious. Would definitely recommend the food.
Downside was told coffeemaker broke so it was either instant or none. Decor very tired looking. No fire lit so a little chilly.
N.Food was surprisingly good, we ordered steak which came perfectly cooked. The salad was covered in a sickly sweet sauce though and it was mainly just capsicums so i didnt like it. But everything else was great.
C.Last Night pork roast was fabulous. we ordered lamb shank that was really tasty and at affordable prices. Definitely hope to go back.
M.I must confess that this is my local pub so perhaps i am a little biased.
Great selection of drinks with very friendly bar staff.
They also served little tapas dishes which are most appreciated
For me they are very handy just 10.mins drive away.

R.A large group from Fonterra ate here, & they could not have been happier with the meals & service! The different managers from Fonterra were able to pick any restaurant in Cambridge to take their groups. Andy chose Prince Albert, based on the wonderful experiences of guests we have sent there from Huntington Stables Retreat. Everyone in the group LOVED their evening with the terrific meals, the delicious steak (which was such a wonderful special price on that particular night), the beer, & the service from the excellent waitress. Well done to the whole team at Prince Albert - absolutely perfect in every way!
K.This English style pub is perfect for our monthly club night. The menu has something for everyone. They get all meals out together and in reasonable time. There's also a great beer and wine selection.

b.on dining there over valentines dinner the meals were well received after abit of a wait but very delicious and plentiful.... my partner had ordered the pork belly meal, and I ordered the sirloin steak done to perfection, medium rare...the staff were friendly and busy....
we had to shift tables as their was one annoying child who just cried during the whole duration 1hr10mins while waiting for our meal, maybe if someone had fed her she mite have shut up, i noticed the other occupants a family of five were waiting outside in the smoking area till their meal was ready!!!!!again maybe if their meals or the childs meal was served first it would have made a difference....... given that she was with a party of 10....
