Reviews of Que Bar. French Bistro & Wine Bar
P.
great surrounding and enjoyed the ambiance and great music. Very good wine list and had a very good drop of NZ wine. Our starter, Camembert was great. Main was Lamb for us. It took a while to come and was ok.... but have had much better! improve on that and it would be a great place! Reasonable priced.
It was a shame we couldn't have a coffee to finish our night of.

Great place, very cute atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. We had a wine and a cheese platter between two people. It was the perfect amount. We were offered a bread top up for free. Good prices. Easy parking in the evening.

Highly recommend. A perfectly curated menu with great service. We had the market fish and lamb which was delicious and a great price. The creme brulee was the perfect way to finish our meal.

Great wine, great food, great music! Sebastian always has the best suggestions and we absolutely love coming to Que Bar as often as we can.

It's VERY small, okay for intimate dinner for two. Food was good, but took a long tme to serve everyone. (Was a 'full' house, but only maybe 20 patrons). Prices reasonable. Not everything on the (bare minimum) menu was available. Tables tiny (Why serve food on such big planks?) and seating hard, (some cushions available). A bit draughty outside even on a warm night.

It's tiny, they have the best wine knowledge and selection in the Waikato, and serve some wonderful food from an equally tiny but perfectly formed menu. If in Cambridge try and get one of the tables. They have great (usually French) music. 💕💕

Food was really, really nice. Loved the setting and seeing other friends there too!

What a Gem! Great ambiance and service with a lovely menu and very reasonable prices. Made better spending my Birthday with the 2 most important people in my life xoxo

Very cosy, intimate little place. 3 of us dined, food reasonably priced apart from the Chacuterie board which, at $35 was very underwhelming, minimal bread, about 5 olives, 2 very small cubes of cheese. Should hv had more to it for the price. Oysters and calamari were delicious. Friendly staff. Would revisit but leave out the board.

Great place to go for a chat, the owner is a fantastic host!
