E.Absolutely amazing people and food. Very fun atmosphere to sit down and eat a meal with family even in the bad weather we had.
We travelled from Tauranga on our way home and called ahead to make sure we could get some of the amazing food even during Covid and the holidays.
Once again amazing staff and food. Would recommend coming to Cambridge just for the burgers. 😍😍

S.Always a delicious meal here, from a great bunch of down-to-earth folk. My pork belly tacos had fresh sweet corn kernels and black beans. The herb garlic bread came with cheesey dipping sauce - novel!
B.Outstanding BBQ! We had burgers and they were huge and delicious. Fried chicken burger was super tasty and the pork belly burger was mouth-wateringly good! Fries were awesome and came with aioli. The kids Mac and cheese was huge and was super tasty. I’m blown away! We will be back again for sure
K.Had the chicken meal, so good. And the woman who served us was helpful and friendly. Loved the Korean sauce and the brown gravy that came with the fried chicken, coleslaw and fries with spice sprinkle.
M.Had been driving past this place for about a year and a half and finally decided to go. Best decision ever. Have been a couple of times now and the kai is amazing, brisket tender and full of flavour, pork belly that melts in your mouth and can I just say that the lovely Maori lady who has served us both times, she makes dining there even better. Have recommended to all our mates and will be back again and again! REKA!
M.I cannot recommend this place enough the owners are absolutely lovely people started off in the van built the business up pretty quickly because they were onto a winner food is absolutely gorgeous and they change it up which is good because with a barbecue place it is what it is flavours of the flavours and that’s how they built there brand , But not these guys they just keep playing around and it just keeps getting better. The owners really understand and connect with the importance of customer service right from the start I always was treated like I was popping in for dinner and even when I couldn’t popping they personally drove food up to my place At no extra cost of all .look forward to what the future brings
J.I used to live in Florida where southern American BBQ was exactly like this, they’ve absolutely nailed it. The beef brisket was ever so slightly on the dry side but the flavour was bang on. The pork belly melted in my mouth and the fried chicken rivals the best.
A.Have been a long time customer of the Smoke Collective and I am not sure what had changed recently but the burgers are even better than before. The chilli jam on the Hustle is outstanding. If I had one suggestion it would be extra pickles and more chilli jam!
M.Great place to go for a meal, especially if you love meat! My partner and I are not from the area, but came across Smoke Collective after a Google search. We got one of the Sharing Trays and it was simply delicious. Plenty of food for two people, we even had leftovers to takeaway! The service was also very good. We will be back if we ever have a chance in the future.

S.Consistently Fantastic! Great and friendly table service the brisket burger and meat trays are my favorite things to eat and the chips are crispy and amazing especially how they are seasoned. We always get loaded mac and cheese and always end up taking it home cause we get too full. It is always a pleasure to make the drive over from Hamilton to have your amazing food.
N.Service was great and location very handy and easy to find. The food was pretty average and our meat was a tad dry (brisket and pork) Overall we enjoyed our meal and the price is just right too. Their kids meal burgers are massive and my daughter loved it. Will be back for sure.

G.Love going here with my family. We are so sad to see the ribs got taken off the menu. Looks like they need extra space and more waiters as we were so crowded and the heaters that was on made it unbearably hot. Food was as usual great, the girls at thecounter were friendly and helpful. B.So this is just about my experience of the food as we did takeout which was a smooth and easy process. However the fam didn't really enjoy the food. The burgers had good taste but bits of gristle made it unenjoyable to eat I'm afraid. My daughter and I love ribs but found some membrane still attached and the sauce was too overwhelming in its profile. Texan sauce is great but this was not great. Not sure if there is an alternative sauce option.

T.I ate here just after they opened and was super impressed!! Had smoked pork belly and OMG it was incredible. Served with slaw and fresh bread. Perfect soul warming food. So happy we have a restaurant like this so close to Hamilton. Can't wait to go back!!

D.Incredible brisket! I had the sir brisket burger, my wife the brisket tacos and we shared some fried chicken loaded fries. Flavourful, delicious, great service! Couldn't have had a better experience.
